Beach Place Miami - شاطئ ميامي

The room is old but OK, but very far away from everything and South Beach. Very easy to take a 2$ bus to South beach, but it's over 30 min away. We didn't use the pool cause it looked suspecious. If you're on a budget consider to book a budget hotel closer to South Beach. Overall it was okay. The staff was very, very friendly.

Specially apprieciated the free and convenient parking.

atleast 6 miles from South beach which is the main happening area.. around 20 bucks from South Beach.. We took a bus everytime we wanted to go to South Beach.. Bus stop is very near to the hotel... so if u dont mind staying away from the hotel or have a car, it is fine at a cheaper price

Good place and clean for the price I paid.

i enjoyed my stay at beach place miami very much the only drawback was that i was missing the turntable to my microwave.

Overall average to above. Room and bath small but clean. Biggest negative was no heat, so our early Jan. stay was a little uncomfortable. Minor repairs needed.

Everything you need and than something. Exelent.

It wasn't that bad only thing that could be better is that the name should be changed to "Beach Place Miami Motel" cause it wasn't very hotel-like. Other than that we had a great stay and for the price it wasn't bad at all.

This hotel had two features that made us take it: - Close to a quiet beach (and a park) - Free parking The quality was as expected. The rooms could be renowated and the bathroom smelled bad. Although you really cannot expect very much at this price range, so we were satisfied. If you have a car, this is reasonably convenient location. If you're looking for hardcore partying, you probably should choose a place closer to South Beach.

this hotel was confortable but i feel afraid because the ubications of the rooms is available for all people in the street. The bathroom was ugly

Nice hotel with mid siz swimming pool. Service is good and staff are helpful. Need hair dryer in the room, prfer to have either a breakfast included which is not availble or a full kitchette instead of the fridge only.

Yuck!!!! I feel so bad that I forced my family to stay here in Miami. All 4 of us got eaten by bed bugs from head to toe. The kitchenettes are a sink and microwave. They don't give you silverware or plates and cups. You get paper plates foam cups and plastic spoons. the pool is so dirty you can't see the bottom too well and I don't think they clean it but once a month. Pool towels are not provided so bring your own. The washer and drier are outside and smell funky so we didn't wash clothes. Only good part is it's a block from the beach. Other than that this is a nasty hotel to stay at. Be sure to lock everything in the safe when you leave.

The Beach Place Hotel is not close to anything other then the beach unless you feel like a sweat soked hike to shops and south beach. When we arrived we couldn't get into out room because the lock was broken and was given another room right on the main road. We got a shock waking up to the sound of truck horns and screetching brakes. We then got moved to a better room away from the road however the door lock didn't work properly and there was no plates, cups or cutlery in the Kitchenette even though it said there should be. The staff was very helpful especially the night guy who was more then ablidging even at 1am. The washing machine also ruined some of our clothing. I would not stay there again.

No one in office to check us in at 4:00pm. Waited till 4:20pm to check in. Room too small, barely room to walk around beds. Next to busy street. Parking not good.

We went to Hotel at night & found that the bed & blanket were not clean. Bed was big enough but main problem was it was not properly clean. otherwise it was ok. But please prefer other hotels & book this if none are available.

Let me first say that the hotel staff is friendly, and the hotel is rather new/recently refurbished. However, we still would not recommend this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we had a room above the lobby, next to the street. It felt like sleeping directly on the road, so noisy it was in the room. The next night we were given another room and although it was a bit further away from the road and therefore a bit better, it was still very noisy. We assume that this is because the windows are single glass and had cracks, the doors of the room show gaps so sound had a lot of space to come into the room. Therefore, we would not recommend this hotel for a stay.

The hotel was very quiet and only a block from the beach. It was clean and there were enough towels to go around. The people at the front desk were great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It had a nice pool and a clean refridgerator in the room. The price was good and the parking was free and easily available. I would definitely go back.

Phone didnt work , that is my only complaint. all rest was good , people at the desk was very nive....small , simple , good location........next time i might spend a little more and go to a resort but if i had the same budget as last time i would definetly come back.

place is way north in Miami Beach, far from some things, but close to the beach. Room was clean, but outside hall light was on all night, and the blinds were not great so there was a privacy issue. But overall better than I expected.

Its clean, simple, but wedged between 2 noisy roads but the noisy air con will silence that if u leave it on all night. Ask for a room upstairs towards the back like 110 to be furthest away from the closest road. The other road is further away and a park lies in between....more like a big strip of grass. The wireless internet worked without a hitch and they have a washing machine and drying machine for common use. Its good if u want basic with amenities, say after a long trip and you need to wash clothes. It was way to far away from the action for me....a 20 min bus trip to southbeach but if u want to be up the top end then its handy. bus stop out front both coming and going or $20 in a cab.

I was extremely unsatisfied with the comfort and the amenities of the Beach Place Hotel at Miami.I was initially given a 1 bed room to stay instead of my 2 Queen bed room.When I asked for a 2 bedroom I was switched but the room was really small and unsatisfactory.I had to change rooms again and again because each hotel room had problems.The airconditioner did not work in one of the rooms,the other room had drainage problems in the bathtub.The room was very small and the bathroom was really small too.Our stay at the hotel was uncomfortable rather than being a pleasure.Our vacation at Miami was spoiled because of the stay at this hotel.I do not recommend this hotel to any traveler.I chose this hotel due to a 3.5 by 5 rating in hotels.com but I would not even rate 1/5.The other problem we faced is we were not able to use the microwave though there was one.The room was so small they had a microwave which was not hooked up to the socket.When we tried to hook up the microwave to the socket,the sockets were behind a huge TV case which could not be reached.It did not make any sense for them to have the sockets behing the huge TV case.There was no trash inside the room.We had to dump the trash in a can which was placed outside the room.The airconditioner in our room did not work but we had to stay in that room because we were really tired of switching 4 rooms.

Upon checking in we were told they were out of rooms and had to put us in a handicapped room with the large shower. We said ok. Until we saw the room. It turns out it was an 'emergency room'. We booked a kitchenette room and this room had a bed, a fridge, a tv and that is it. No coffee maker, no remote for tv, no extra linens or towels, disgusting dirty room, lamps didn't work, stains on bed covers and floor, wall. We asked for a coffee maker and they gave us one, with plastic cups to use! No sweetener, cream, etc. Then we asked for the remote for tv and it didn't work. Had to ask again for another one. Lamp in room didn't work, we thought it was the bulb. Turns out the plug was cut off! Carpet was beyond stained and gross. It was horrendous. We asked to change as it was not what we paid for and was told they had no rooms left, to check in the morning. Which we did at 8am! Again told can't change till maybe 1pm, which was not good since we'd be out all day. Didn't want to change our plans because they overbooked! This didn't seem to matter to the person at the desk. Came back to hotel at 3pm and spoke to them again about changing rooms. Finally they "found" a room that had 2 Queen beds. Fine. Again, no kitchenette which we paid for. Room had no soap, no tissues, no extra towels, no garbage can, and no fridge! But the floor was clean. Vent in bathroom was caked with dirt and dust. The room had a closet but no hangers! How can you hang anything that way? The pool was beyond hot, like a hot tub. And the water was gross! You couldn't see anything! Isn't a pool supposed to be clear? It hadn't been shocked in who knows how long and there was no chlorine in it for sure! No compensation was offered for not providing the room we paid for and we barely got an apology. I will never stay there again and I will tell everyone I know never to stay there as well. They had free wifi internet also. But as things tended to go with them, they didn't tell us the password needed to log i

Great hotel, people and location. Everything you need for your vacation. Very recommend the only thing we don't like was the internet's speed too slow the rest more than we expect.

I line in Miami and stayed at Beach Place hotel for a couple nights as a get away with my partner. The hotel was extremely cheap... I saw why when I got there. Our room was on a street corner; good since I could park right in front of my room, bad because the hotel is located on a curb and I could only back out into oncoming traffic. The room was nice for the price although it could be cleaned better. The sheets didn't seem clean nor did the towels. I'm glad I brought my own. Overall it was a nice stay the staff was very kind and helpful. An upgrade is greatly needed for Beach Place Hotel.

it was not worth for the amount that I paid.... I could have got a better place to saty in such an amount

We have travelled Florida for two weeks on Harley Davidsons staying a night here and a night there. We went from Daytona Beach to Key West and back and did 1.800 miles. This hotel was a budget price and we were not expecting a great deal also no breakfast included. It was excellent. Recently refurbished. Very clean. Air con, kitchen area and t.v. the only thing that did not work was the free wi-fi, could not connect at all. Would certainly go back, would certainly reccomend.

This hotel does not deserve the negative ratings it received. I stayed at the Beach Place Hotel recently (May 2010) and while the rooms aren't four star-quality (i.e. white carpets are a bad idea in hotels in general), the staff was helpful, the location was convenient, the parking was wonderful, the pool was clean and nice, and the room was a great value--especially if you are planning to stay in Miami for a shorter time and your idea of vacation in Florida is not to spend much time in your hotel room. After all, it's a close (10-15 min) drive to South Beach, walking distance from it's own stretch of beach, and not to crowded/congested like downtown or on the strip in South Beach.

1. The window Vibrance was completely broken so outside light was enlighting the room. 2. No button in the AC to change the temp 3. The Carpet was dirty 4. The king size bed was broken. The iron frame was coming out. 5. The level of the comforter was not steady. It was deep in one side compare to other side. 6. Coffe & Coffe maker without Coffe glass jar. The hotel should not be in the business.

The location was good. When i checked in the rooms where not the ones that i purchased online and they put me in the room they wanted because they assumed we wanted rooms side by side. The kitchenette rooms are actually what they call mini kitchenette with just a kitchen sink,icebox ans microwave...no stove. The carpet was old and bad looking and had to go buy towels cause they didnt have face towels. The good thing is room service wont come in your room unless you ask so you can sleep the day away without any interruptions and you dont have to worry about any being in there while your away and something coming uo missing....

Pasamos un buena noche con la familia. Una excelente atención. El tener parqueo es una gran ventaja y una privilegida ubicación.

Não recomendo o Beach Miami Place a ninguém, pois há baratas nos quartos (usamos 2 quartos e em ambos havia), a limpeza é péssima (matamos uma barata e deixamos a mesma num dos cantos do quarto. Esta permaneceu lá por 3 dias, mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção sobre a limpeza no segundo dia, nada foi feito pelo hotel) e, ainda, não parece ser, na verdade, um hotel, mas sim um INN bem velho e mal conservado.

El Hotel es un 2 *. Basándome en eso es recomendable su costo. Está a 150 metros de la playa y lo bueno que tiene esa playa es no tener edificación, lo que brinda mayor tiempo de sol sin que se oculte tras los altos edificios de otras zonas. Tiene el clásico formato de Motel de rutas. Para disfrutar a bajo costo y sin pretensiones lujosas está muy bien. Si bien solo me hospedé una noche, en la recepción se encargaron de indicarme que recorrer en el poco tiempo que tenía. Muy amables.

Les plus : - Personnel sympathique. - Piscine - Confort de la chambre - Proche de la plage Les moins : - Loin des restaurants (15 min) et de South Beach (30 min en bus) - Ménage pas toujours fais Je le recommande aux personnes de petit budget qui sont là pour visiter ou profiter ;)

Fique hospedado semana passad no Beach Place Miami, é um hotel simples, porém bem localizado, perto da praia, os quartos são bons, dormimios eu a minha esposa e 2 fllhos pequenos, preço bom. Valeu a pena, recomendo.

마이애미 비치나 사우스 비치로 가기기에는 차를 타고 15분 정도가야 하나 호텔 자체는 가격 대비 좋습니다. kitchenette가 딸린 방에는 싱크대, 전자렌지, 냉장고가 준비되어있어서 편했으며 요금 지불을 해야 하나 안전금고 박스도 있었습니다. 약간 변두리에게 있기에 가격이 다른 곳에 비해 저렴한 것이 장점...그리고 주차도 무료....여러모로 경제적인 호텔입니다.

El hotel es de infraestructura vieja pero en buenas condiciones no tiene lujos pero es agradable les recomiendo pagarlo en bolivares pues alla es costoso!

esta bien ubicado!!! pero esta con falta de mantenimiento!! deberian limpiar afuera , las puertas y tapetes tienen mucho polvo!!! en los banos deberian cambiar los grifos!!!los cubre camos tambien se ven viejos!!! en general tienen que invertir mas en el hotel!! por el precio si esperabamos algo poco mejor!!!!
