Lovely room, decor is beautiful and very well kept. Only five minutes walk to Charles bridge and the old town, a great location to stay and explore prague.

I'd never stayed at a EuroStars property before, but certainly will again. The Thalia isn't the Four Seasons or Ritz, but it offers 90% of the luxury and service of those properties at a small fraction of the price. That said, its location on Narodni Trida (sp?) makes it the perfect place whether you're in Prague for business or leisure. The property itself is a mid-sized hotel, neither too big nor too small, that maintains at least a modicum of old world charm -- especially if you can get a room on the fourth floor. There the ceilings angle in creating a sort of garret or attic effect, and wooden beams adorn the walls making look every bit like one of the old time Prague apartments. Service was perfect. When I asked for a room further away from the elevators, the request was accommodated instantly and without complaint. I believe I may have been upgraded to a double, as the room was ever so slightly larger and it offered an excellent view of Prague castle. Aside from the one night spent near the elevator (which really wasn't that big of a deal), the hotel was very quiet. Rooms were large by European standards, and furniture is minimal but modern. I could have done with a small couch or settee, but that wasn't a big deal. In room WiFi was excellent and free. The bathroom was fairly spacious and very stylish. Curiously omitted were the usual array of soaps and lotions typically found in any hotel. Hand soap was offered, along with a small tube of "shower gel" which had to suffice for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. As I'm a guy, this didn't matter much, but if you're a woman, you may want to stop in the small but decently stocked grocery store just down the street to pick up some conditioner. Also, if you haven't been to Eastern Europe before, know that the beds are hard, and are usually two twin mattresses shoved together. This really is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 3 the most. This hotel will suit someone who's only there on business and only eats out, 3 meals everyday. There is not even a simple coffee maker in the room. I can't have a cup of tea in the room before I start my day, unless I order room service of course. I have to request a bath robe. Luckily they did provide it without extra charge. Overall, it didn't give me the comfortness I was expecting from a "5 star" hotel.

Pros: Hotel was well situated to walk to all the surrounding sites of the city, easy to walk and drive to. Good breakfast. Good housekeepind front desk staff well versed in English. Would stay at again. Reasonable rates. Cons: wifi in the room was bad- need to take a data cord. Would have expected a higher quality of mattress for the charged rate but it was acceptable.

first of all let me say that the hotel has a lot of potential, but they blew it att some points..first, waiter at breakfast...attitude problems..second..half an hour to check in,even though we had reservation through hotels.com..unprofessional..our stay at king´s court saved our visit to prague..thank you king!

The A/C worked but would not get below 22 C, 80 F. This was a bit warm for folks from Houston. The front desk was contacted but it appeared that nothing was done. Location was only a block from subway.

The hotel was GREAT! The staff was extremely friendly and the accommodations were more than plentiful! The breakfast spread was also a great surprise. Usually, you check in to a hotel that offers "breakfast" and it ends up being milk and cereal for the most part, maybe a bagel here and there. In contrast, the breakfast at this hotel was outstanding!! All sorts of options and food types. From breads to vegetables, eggs, hams, cheeses, etc. (This was basically my favorite part. haha) The neighborhood of the hotel is fantastic. Everything is very close, within a few minutes walking distance. The exterior of the hotel reflected the interior of the hotel, it was very nicely kept and it looked appealing. Now, with every pro there must be a con. The rooms are just a tad bit small. Obviiously, it is Europe and I am used to the comforts of the States, so I didn't put much weight into that. The rooms are not unbearably small. They are manageable. Also, I know most people don't go on vacation and look for a gym, but the gym at the hotel was very, very basic! Just a couple weights and a treadmill in a small room. I throw that out there in case that was something you were looking forward to. Overall, the hotel was AMAZING! I would recommend this hotel 10 times out of 10!

Great location, clean rooms, and if you get ones on the top floor facing the castle you'll have a better experience. Do not expect any service, really of any kind. Wake up calls never came through, breakfast never arrived, there is 1 iron for the whole hotel (and I never received it), the gym is a stuffy closet where the heaviest barbell is 10 kilos. Restaurant is dire, and the common lounge areas are gloomy. Still, it was good value for me since I received a discounted rate.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights, all the installations are really great and new. It was clean very close to all mayor attractions in the city. Even do the rooms are a bit small they are great and extra clean, they have good internet connection in the rooms. Breakfast was very well served/

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Prague for pleasure (the internet is very slow, so it's not ideal for business travel). It's in a great location - everything is walkable. The only thing that would have been nice was to have a mirror outside of the bathroom.

The hotel was great, great value for money, good breakfast, huge room, big bathroom, huge bed. the only fault i could find was that there was only a mirror in the bathroom and not in the room - very small issue though.

Det var inte så bra städning. I övrigt är vi nöjda. Trevlig personal!

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta. Se esta a diez minutos andado del Puente de Carlos, la Plaza Vieja. Igualmente tiene en frente el tranvia que se utiliza para subir a ver la Catedral. La atencion en el hotel es muy personalizada....son muy atentos. Recomendaria el hotel a mis amigos.

El hotel está más o menos cerca del centro, las habitaciones bastante amplias, pero el desayuno no corresponde ni a un 3 estrellas; poco ordenado, todo a la vista sin proteccion y como digo todo puesto de forma un poco como caiga. El hotel en si no esta mal, pero el desayuno no me gustó nada.

Meget fornøyd med bl.a. frokost. Mindre bra var sengenes komfort, da disse var umennskelig harde.

Fin beliggenhet litt ut fra den mest turistifiserte kjernen. Moderne og nyoppussede rom. Stort minus for rengjøringen av badet. Ikke 5 stjerner. Etter norsk standard er dette 3 stjerner.

As business traveller I do see (too) many hotels all year round! This one is top! It's modern, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, free and fast WIFI! Excellent location, all city centre is walking distance and tram stops in front of the hotel.Supermarket across the street. I was lucky to have one of the few loft rooms at the 4th floors at the back of the hotel with beautifull view on the castle! Wooden beam structure in the ceiling is beautifull in combination with good bed and flat screen TV! Shower in the bath is only disadvantage I would say, but the rest is perfect! Good value for money.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca del tranvía y del metro, el desayuno es abundante y sobrado de variado. Internet inalámbrica gratis y tambien computadoras en salón para uso de huéspedes. El personal muy amable, me dieron una bolsita con alimentos pues mi vuelo salía muy temprano por la mañana! Hablan español y no tiene todo el bullicio del centro histórico pero esta muy cerca, definitivamente no lo dude! Este es un excelente hotel por su tarifa.

Stilig og romslig hotell. Alt veldig bra med unntak av harde madrasser i sengene.

Dieses Hotel kann jedermann empfohlen werden. Schade ist nur, dass das ganze Gepäck jeweils selber in das Zimmer geschleppt werden muss; (*****) lassen grüssen (kein Page, kein Rolli). Der Zimmerkomfort (Z 202) beglückt mit einer steinharten Matratze und Bettlampen, an denen man sich die Hände sehr schwer verbrennt.

Très agréable à tous points de vue. Une seule observation: il serait nécessaire d'équiper les salles de bains d'une barre d'appui au dessus de la baignoire. G.T.

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja niin myöskin huoneemme. Pieniä puutteita olivat eteisen iso peili ja kahvinkeittomahdollisuus. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen tosi hyvä. Aamiaistilakin oli viehättävä. Hotellin sijainti keskustan pääkadun varrella oli verraton, ja ratikkapysäkitkin olivat aivan hotellin tuntumassa.

Cet hôtel est entièrement rénové ; la décoration des chambres est très réussie, pour un tarif très abordable !

Otelin konumu ve her yere ulaşımı kolay. Resepsiyonda sıcak karşılama ve güleryüz eksik. Odalar temiz ve mükemmel.Klima iyi çalışıyor. Sabah kahvaltısında hiç bir şey yok denecek gibi. Soğuk çay suyu, soğuk kahve çeşidi az yiyecek. Otelde kahvaltısız konaklamanızı öneririm..
