It was my birthday & my friends flew to Indigo Pearl - Phuket to surprise me. They absolutely adored the hotel, the uniqueness, the food, the staff & the Adult Only Pool. We all had the most week. We will be back!

huge, and not personal hotel stay. We had a pool villa and everything, and it was a great place, don't get me wrong, but it was in the middle of nowhere. We didn't even use the free food voucher as the menu looked not worthy, and the staff were very unhelpful. I would not stay here again, but I like small hotels where they bend over backwards for the kind of money we spent here. It is a very nice hotel for people looking to be in a huge resort where they don't see may people. Beautiful beaches though for sure.

Clean well maintained hotel, close to airport and a nice beach. Very quiet location, need to travel if you want shopping or night clubs. Some good small restaurants on the beach front.

Amazing place, very convenient location close to the airport, incredible SPA (a bit expensive, though), where we had an incredible massage. Free wireless everywhere (so also my teenager boys didn't get annoyed at all...) Very cheap restaurants just outside the hotel. We asked for a room in the M block and it was very spacious and particular (in a very good way!). The breakfast offers a really huge variety of food. Private access to the beach (very nice as well - you can take very long walk ). We'll definitely return there!!!

The Indigo Pearl did not disappoint; decor and attention to detail paid designing this unique hotel make it a delightful destination. The Black Ginger restaurant is not be be missed for exactly this reason - being pulled across the lagoon/moat to the restaurant on a raft was a really surreal experience! The location was great - the beach is literally right across the road and the private beach club was very comfortable. My only complaint is that some of the design details - while aesthetically pleasing were really not functional, and detracted from the comfort of our stay. I stayed in a private pool villa, which had a VERY complicated lighting set up, none of which was labelled. It was impossible to figure out how to turn on and off lights in various parts of the villa and pool courtyard and we spent many frustrating minutes flipping on and off all of the switches. Similarly, the bathroom taps were lovely from a design perspective, but we actually had to call the front desk to figure out how to get water to come out of them! Finally, making the actual bed frame out of tin was definitely a step too far! Every time we rolled over in the bed the tin loudly snapped and banged and woke us up - totally not functional! We contemplated pulling the mattress off the frame and just sleeping on the floor, These inconveniences were balanced out by the lovely surroundings, incredible food and attentive and friendly service we enjoyed from the staff.

Loved the attention to detail throughout the hotel following the 'tin mine' theme. Just wish that the outdoor area of the room was more private so we could use the outdoor bathtub. Private pool was great. Location of hotel was great with fab, reasonably priced restaurants on the beach. Good or golf at 'Blue Canyon Resort'.

Bad points: check in took 30mins; people smoking all around children's pool & restaurant next to children's pool - if this hotel wants to attract families they need to enforce no smoking at children's areas!

Great pools, rooms, breakfast.

Hotel is truely a wonderful place to relax and enjoy every second of your stay. I recommend this hotel (indigo pearl) for all honeymoon and relaxing trips. People who are travelling to phuket for siteseeing have to look for some other hotel near phuket city. it takes approximately 45 mins to reach the city. Its located very near to airport and people who are travelling early or late nights afford this place.

This hotel is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. Great breakfast. Dinner at the Black Orchid is a trip and a treatment at the spa s a must. The pools are gorgeous, loved the tiles. The hotel is close to the beach and the Naiyang strip with a few shops, restaurants and cheap, but great massage places. We ate a lot at Baan Ya Tree and had great massages and pedis next door,but cant remember the name of the place.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Indigo Pearl for our honeymoon. We thought it was in a nice location with beach access right outside the resort. Specific details other travelers may find useful would be: 1) Indigo Pearl is located near the airport - it takes about 45 minutes to get into Phuket Town and the Markets, and the Giant Buddha and Elephant Safari etc - so although the location is nice - if its important for you to stay in amongst the action, this is probably a bit far away. The taxi driver we used however was sooo nice (not associated with the hotel) but he made it really easy and affordable for us to travel into the city. 2) The resort has the most amazing restaurant called Black Ginger (I think), I would definitely recommend trying this out during your stay - you won't be disappointed. 3) The room we stayed in was pretty cool - but thought it needed more maintenance or something.... or maybe just cause its got that real Quirky/Construction Design throughout the resort perhaps that's how it was supposed to look. Bed and pillows were so comfy, TV selection was great, free bottled water is a bonus, there is a little superette down the road to get cheap snacks and a bunch of really affordable restaurants down at the beach too, staff were all very friendly and courteous. So I hope my review was helpful to any future travelers.

A truly amazing experience! The staff is very service minded and the language skills are flawless. The resort has a unique design and deliveres a true 5-star experience

I thought the hotel was fabulous, I had a lovely room,and the facilities were great. My son was married their and I have to say the wedding planner did a very good job. I would recomend this hotel,

Loved the place. Staff extremely friendly. Great decor and spacious rooms. Would come back any time. Lovely pools and a great breakfast Buffett.

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel but were disapointed that an email requesting twin beds had not been acted on. The staff did their best to find us another room and keep the inconvenience to a minimum. One minor criticism - for a hotel of this calibre I expected to be served fresh coffee at breakfast. The staff informed us we could order it specially and pay extra if we did not want to drink the over stewed coffee in the flasks.

We stayed 3 nights at the Indigo Pearl and our only complaint was that, given the ongoing renovation work in two areas of the complex, some of the signs on the pathways giving directions to locations elsewhere in the resort seemed misleading. Other than that, we were extremely impressed. We stayed in one of the beautifully designed Pearl Bed Suites. The emphasis was not just on appearance, however, as the shower was fantastic and the bed was probably the most comfortable one we'd even slept in! We were also fortunate enough to be there for the Sunday brunch - which exceeded all expectations (and they were pretty high).

We loved this hotel with its tin mining theme that was expressed sympathetically across the complex with beautiful detailing and artworks. The hotel staff were exemplary, as were the breakfasts! we had a late flight the night of our check out and the hotel team provided us with a smaller room to use until we needed to leave for the airport free of charge - this was just one of the many aspects that makes the hotel so amazing - others include the lanscaping, the inifinty pools, proximity to the beach, to name a few. Definitely be revisiting at some point in the future.

Great room, great location away from the hectic other areas, great food, great spa, great pools and great cocktails!

The hotel is great, so was the food and the facilities (pools and gym). Was somewhat disappointed with the beach, and the quiet location.

Stayed at the Indigo for 3 nts in April and wished we'd stayed longer. Beautiful hotel with the loveliest staff that really made you feel welcome and very special - everyone you came across smiled and said hello. Never any language issues (not like the next hotel we stayed in!). Hotel was only a short walk to the beach where there was everything we needed, a 7-11 for drinks and snacks, great $10 massages, lots of restaurants and bars and a great taxi service (thanks Abdullah). Only downside was being so far from Patong if you wanted to go shopping, hotel shuttle was not free, taxi was cheaper, but still pricey at around $45 return. Next time would stay closer to town first, getting all the shopping done, then move to the Indigo Pearl for a few days of pure relaxation. A truly lovely place to stay :-)

The hotel is located in pleasent surroundings, however we had to complain as soon as we arrived as the room they placed us in was mouldy and smelt awful..They moved us to a more reasonable room.. After staying in many hotels around the world, i cannot honestly say that this hotel meets a 5* rating, i believe more a upper 3* possible lower 4 at a push... The positive aspect of the hotel has to be the quality of the staff. Unfortunitly the bad points such as excessive over charging for basic services that come free with other five* hotels is just to much to accept. The room placed next door to the builders yard also became a gripe.. The Taxi service is also excessive in price

L’aéroport est a 10minutes max en voiture, très pratique. La plage de l’hôtel est incroyablement sales: débris de plastique par milliers.Mais beaucoup de commerces, a tarifs plus raisonnables que l hôtel, qui charge des prix européens. Le petit déjeuner est impressionnant en taille et variété: l’hôtel est un complexe très large, fait de petits buildings a 2 ou 3 étages. Les piscines sont sympa et assez grandes avec petits jets d'eau. Les chambres sont ultra design, les restos aussi - pas thai du tout mais très original.

푸켓에서의 가장완벽한 시간이었습니다. 리조트내에서 휴양만 하시더라도 매우 만족할 여행이 되실것 같습니다. 시설, 친절함 모두 만족했습니다.

非常有艺术气息的一家酒店,不过年轻人可能更钟意

3월 8일 체크인하여 D-BUK 스위트룸에 묵었는데.. 룸 컨디션이 아주 고급스럽고 편안하고 좋았으며, 직원들도 친절하였다.. 다만 아쉬운점은 체크아웃시 빠통으로 가는 셔틀은 이용할수 없다고 애기하는 것이 좀 아쉬웠다.. 하지만 다음에 또 푸켓을 방문할때에도 나는 당연히 인디고펄에 머무를 것이다.

Vinnere av designer-priser, internasjonalt personal og sjeldent godt og kontinentalt kjøkken, gjør at dette er et annerledes og kult avbrekk på Phuket. Veldig god og personlig service. Ekstremt bra søndags-brunsj med fri flyt av coctails, europeiske viner og en vanvittig internasjonal buffe, gjør at bare dette er verd et opphold.

Die fünf Tage die wir im Indigo Pearl verbracht haben, waren himmlisch! Obwohl wir die günstigste Zimmerkategorie gewählt haben, war unser Zimmer sehr gross, wunderbar stylish und verfügte sogar über eine Badewanne auf der Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die über sechsstündige 9 Tempeltour die vom Hotel angeboten wird war wirklich toll. Es gibt ein grosses Sportangebot - wir haben (gratis) Tennis (nur sehr früh am Morgen empfehlenswert; ab 9 Uhr ists einfach zu heiss) und Tischtennis gespielt; haben das kleine aber doch feine Gym benutzt und sind natürlich viel geschwommen - im Infinity Pool (alle drei Pools sind sehr schön und gepflegt) und natürlich im Meer, das da sehr sauber und einlandend ist. Das Essen im Hotel und in den kleinen, sehr preisgünstigen Restaurants ums Hotel herum, war super lecker. Das Einzige was mich nicht begeistern konnte, war das Frühstück. Am Morgen merkt man, dass das Indigo Pearl ein sehr grosses Hotel ist und dementsprechend hektisch und laut gehts beim Frühstück zu. Das wöchentliche Thai-Buffet im Black Ginger Restaurant (jeweils Freitags) war aber ein Erlebnis - sehr leckeres, authentisches Essen, super Service und eine wunderbare, sehr romantische Atmosphäre. Wir waren begeistert vom Indigo Pearl und können es wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Ett av de bästa hotell vi bott på. Hade dock inte velat stannat allt för länge då hotellet ligger relativt öde på en ganska så tråkig strand

Det här är det snyggaste hotellet jag har bott på. Stilen är industri chic men en rad snygga konstverk i rå stil. Jag hade inte något att klaga på under min vistelse. Sviten var snygg och välstädad. En rolig detalj är att man kunde välja på åtta olika kuddar att vila huvudet på.

Pool pavillion的泳池太小，比浴缸大不了多少。酒店充满设计感，black ginger环境优美，情调优雅，菜品精致且味道好，是必须尝试的。门口海滩的几家小馆子也不错，只是卫生条件差了些，最好别去他们的卫生间。。。

看了多個評價，滿心期待地選擇這間渡假酒店，但原來全部也是言過其實。 入住登記效率偏慢，拖拖拉拉等了一句鐘頭多才成功入房，而房間偏暗又偏細，真的很難相像這間就是好評如潮的渡假酒店，心馬上呆滯了! 早餐完全不濟、四處環境較為密密麻麻、服務員之間缺乏溝通，完全沒有渡假的感覺，難得的假期被糟蹋了！！超失望！！

호텔이 전반적으로 아주 만족스러웠어요. 독특한 분위기도 좋구, 특히 목욕용품들이 모두 수제 유기농제품들이라..여자인 저는 정말 좋더라구요.^^한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면, 공사중이거나 문을 닫은 레스토랑이나 수영장이 있어서 이용을 못했다는 점이 있습니다.

치통이 있어 진통제를 얻으려 했지만 간호사가 퇴근해서 곤란하다고 함. 차로 5분 정도 나가 약을 구입하여야한다고 함. 기본 응급약과 진통제는 비치해 놓아도 좋을 듯 함

Отель нормальный, но несколько неживой. Дизайн со свалки - бетонные стены и ржавые железяки, а также отсутствие цветов на территории отеля создают довольно странное впечатление. Но привыкаешь к этому быстро. Стандартный номер до 5 звезд не дотягивает - площадь маленькая, кровать хоть и кинг сайз, но с двумя матрасами, соответственно в середину проваливаешься, ванная так себе - ну и все это из бетона. Завтраки нормальные, выбор приличный. Пляж через полупешеходную, полуавтомобильную дорогу от отеля. Песок белый, море чистое. На пляже очень много кафе, если не охота есть в гостинице или ездить за едой в город - отличное место для ужина.

Le site, les chambres, les équipements... sont magnifiques; bien entretenus et propres. Cependant, le service y est approximatif et on est loin du service d'un hôtel 5 étoiles. Pour ce prix, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. De plus, depuis la plage on peut y voir les avions décoller. Préférez un hôtel dans le sud de l'île où les plages sont les plus jolies.

Très belle surprise, au début on ne s’imagine pas qu’à peine 2 minutes de l’aéroport de Phuket puisse se trouver un havre de paix. L’architecture et surtout la décoration (bois et métal couleur rouille, en hommage aux mineurs) s’intègrent parfaitement à la végétation luxuriante qui l’entoure. J’ai beaucoup apprécie l’entre de l’hôtel complètement ouverte et surplombée de grands ventilateurs, a la place de la classique réception fermée ou l’air conditionné et a fond, ce qui produit des changements de température pas agréables du tout. On sent a l’arrivée et à cette réception un peu cette touche très british de l’époque coloniale. Concernant la chambre nous avons étés surclassés a cause de notre anniversaire mariage dans une suite très belle suite (Suite with space access), la disposition de l’hôtel permet aussi d’avoir une certaine « privacy » ce qui est très bien si on veut se reposer. Je ne sais pas si c’est a cause de ses prix mais on n’a pas vu beaucoup d’enfants, même à la plage. Concernant sa situation il est presque sur la plage, il y a une rue qui le sépare ou se trouvent des locaux commerciaux tout a fait pittoresques entre autres les salons de massage et les restaurants locaux, la plupart sur la plage ou on mange très bien pour pas grand chose. L’hôtel dispose de sa propre partie sur la plage nommée » Coté mer « ou ils mettent a disposition de ses clients de chaise longues, parasols et serviettes de bain gratuitement. Vu son éloignement de toute vie nocturne je conseille cet hôtel pour couples, et personnes qui cherchent la tranquillité et la dolce far niente. Si il y a un point qui peut être négatif c’est les prix de consommations des alcools dans les mini bars et aussi dans ses restaurants, mais vu l’excellence de la qualité fournie par son personnel, je ne peux que le recommander. Ma femme et moi nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour à l’Indigo Pearl.

무엇보다 호텔 디자인이 굉장히 특이합니다. 호텔이라기 보다는 박물관, 미술관 같은 느낌이 많이 들더군요.. 푸켓 공항에서 굉장히 가까워 공항갈때 많이 편리했습니다. 빠통비치에서 멀기때문에 숙박중에 빠통까지 가는일은 좀 부담스럽지만 나이양비치쪽에 마사지 샵이나 식당들이 있어 편리했습니다. 나이양비치는 빠통비치보다 물가가 조금 비싼편이었습니다. 그외에 조식, 호텔 서비스, 객실등이 훌륭합니다.

Bra standard och ett bra alternativ om man inte bryr sig om prislappen så mycket. Det är ju fortfarande mycket billigare än i tex Europa/USA för motsvarande typ av hotell och hotellservice. Nära till Phuket flygplats gör detta till ett perfekt ställe att stanna på på vägen in och ut från Thailand. Själv skule jag inte stanna på denna typ av anledning längre än så för jag är mer intresserad av att se annan miljö än insidan av ett lyxhotell under en hel resa (oavsett om det är en vecka eller flera månader).
