Hilton Garden Inn Killeen - كيلين

Great hotel...highly recommend it. My only complaint is that the pool is heated only on weekends. Would definitely stay there again

It was okay, considering that it was probably the best the Killeen had to offer! The hotel staff were awful! I was ignored for about 5 minutes at check in while two staff attended to a man giving him directions that they had to repeat at least three times before I was tended to. The staff committed the ultimate sin in customer service...I gave her my credit and id cards in her hand and she returned them on the counter along with my check in documents. They were not helpful when we came down for assistance either. Maybe my expectations are too high for people that work in a Hilton Garden Inn, but once you get used to being treated properly and with respect, you really can't go back.

The hotel was the nicest I've stayed at in Killeen. It was clean, comfortable and breakfast was available.

This hotel was top knotch as far as customer service. The front desk gentleman gave us directions to our event!!! Very friendly! The room was clean and comfy! We went to breakfast elsewhere as $9.95 was steep with children dining with us. Over all it was a great hotel for the price!

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The bathroom did not have a working vent which was a little annoying and the temperature of the room seemed to have trouble regulating. The one thing I would have liked for the price was free breakfast. They charged $9.95 per person including kids over eight. So all in all it was safe and clean but a bit overpriced for what you can get at a Holiday Inn or similar hotel.

I was very happy to stay here and plan on coming back each time I visit Killeen

We had trouble finding the hotel. We could see it but actually arriving there took us many passes. It seems to be in the parking lot of another hotel. The view had nothing to recommend it but it was quiet even though it was close to the highway. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could do with an up-grade. I appreciated the floor plan in that the bathroom door did not open directly into the bed area but rather, was around a corner. This way one does not disturb partner on those middle-of-the-night trips to the loo. The sunny pool was inviting although I did not have time to use it. Very friendly front desk personnel. Happy to have the business center.

Very comfortable, staff friendly, needs updating, but will stay there again.

My wife, our 3 girls and myself enjoyed our stay at the Killeen Garden Hilton. The staff ws most accomodating, the classiness was evident everywhere. For a bonus we got to watch two grey foxes frollicing in the parking lot well into the night. We would stay again and again.

I wasn't at the hotel long, just there on business...but staff was extremely nice and made me feel like they were glad I was there. They even called soon after check-in to make sure the room was okay. I would stay here again!

The weekend started out not wanting to stay at my children home. But, I wanted more for my money. Well, I got it! The weekend at the HGI was awesome. The front desk people was so pleasant and over the top making sure I didn't want for nothing. My grandkids visited me and enjoyed the fresh oookies each day. I know where I'm making reservations on my next trip to Texas. Plus I would like to add, the place was so clean and refreshing. LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

One day I would like to come to stay again . My over all stay was pleasant, loved it. Thank you

Killeen is not exactly blessed with hotels but this is head and shoulders above the competition. Clean and comfortable and reasonably priced for a king bed room. Conveniently placed with plenty of eateries within walking distance. If you HAVE to stay in Killeen this is the best plae.

If you're looking for a place just to lay your head, this is it! If you want a place to stay with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner then this probably isn't for you! Don't get me wrong, this hotel is very nice. The accomodations are clean. The staff is wonderful and the workers are very helpful, but there are no options for breakfast except for an expensive "brunch" breakfast, which isn't my cup of tea. The hotel is surrounded by many dining opportunities for lunch and dinner and it even has a nice laundry facility and a pool. The Free wireless internet service is a plus and they have a happy hour for guests on certain evenings during the week. With the exception of the thin walls and limited breakfast options, this is an outstanding hotel.

I did enjoy my stay in this hotel. The room was clean, bed linens were clean, and foar the first time in a while the cleaning staff actually washed the comforters-- I didn't really like the location of the hotel. I would reccommend this hotel to others

Breakfast prices were a little high we felt. Otherwise excellent hotel and staff. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are from a larger city and are used to more selection for hotels, then there are really no other options other than this hotel in terms of cleanliness. I tried the holiday inn before this one and the two rooms I was assigned stunk. I headed to this hotel and was relieved that it was clean.

It was somewhat of a gloomy weekend because we were there to see our son off to Iraq. All the folks at the Inn were very acommodating and made us feel at home. From the wonderful cookies on the check in counter to the smiles from all the staff. We'll see you again.

Very helpful upon check in as we needed directions to a private home. Staff at breakfast area...very nice. Overall a great place to stay.

Found this to be a nice place to stay. Weather did not permit me to use the pool, because it was out doors. Breakfast was ok, but not great considering the price. Overall, not a bad experience, but for the price it could be upgraded. Thanks

New restaurants, shopping, and Fort Hood are close. I was impressed by the staff, from the Front Desk Clerks (Chris and Justin in peticular), the Cleaning Staff, and Restaurant Staff (Jill and Will in particular). They were helpful in locating nearby businesses for our needs. From check-in to check-out, our needs were met with friendliness and professionalism! Nothing was remiss, and the morning meal on-site was wonderful. Eggs to order, fresh fruit, juices, and muffins were all tasty and excellent quality. We will return to the Killeen Hilton Garden Inn when we are in the area!

After checking out I counted down the hours until I could write my review of the hotel. To begin, the friendliness of the staff left much to be desired. I can honestly say I have never stayed at any Hiltons before. I normally pick the reasonable choice, unfortunately my favorite inn the Hampton Inn was full and I was stuck with three choices. #1 The Hilton Garden Inn #2 The Marriot #3 Several Motels Needless to say, I chose the Hilton. The staff was rude, the rooms were small and the hotel room was over priced. So overpriced that my normal choice the Hampton Inn was $ 30.00 less and you actually get breakfast. The Hilton didn't even bother to offer a bottle of water in the room.The hotel treated us like second class tenants because we booked through this website. I wish the friendliness of this website would have rubbed off on them. I will gladly use this site again it was a better experience then the hotel and they were free. Well dear hotel, I won't stay with you again and I will always book atleast 2 weeks in advance. I will never stay at any other Hilton hotel again. Remember book in advance, as much in advance as humanly possible!
