The front of the hotel is completely covered, undergoing construction I guess, so that was a bit strange to arrive to, but the lobby was nice and modern. The front desk was nice enough, but the rooms were not great. They were clean enough, but very small and felt cheap. Also, my room was separate from the hallway and in the fire escape access, with a strange entry room for storage. It was just an odd feeling for a hotel and could have been in a much more convenient location. If I went back I would spend more for a more central and newer hotel.

My familys first trip to Brussels. This hotel is a quick trip from Midi train station. We statyed two nights. The peopel at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Beds were good. A grocery store, bars and resturants are with in walking distance. Very nice. I would stay there again.

Hello when i reach to hotel , the room was not ready at 1130 am, they ask to wait , and informed me that cheek in at 12( which i was not aware) i had tiring 8 hr fight and city ride , i would like suggest that hotel.com must give tip how to use public transport to hotel you book via your site one more important thing they charge me city tax Euro 5.45 , this tax i never that i have pay so hotel charge look cheap upfront but become expensive later, Bye

with a tram stop just outside the door the hotel is in a great location. The room however was a disaster -it stank of curry and was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was faded - flaking paint and mould on tiles. On the first night we we left short of towels 1 hand and 1 Bath for two people. On the second day the loo was not cleaned which my partner found most disturbing.Price overall was reasonable. Nice neighbourhood though and easy to get to the centre. I'd visit again but without my partner.

Hotel well situated, I got an upgrade for the room, staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend to people looking for a quiet hotel, out of buzzy touristic centre but located on a nice avenue (av. Louise), the Ixelles lakes, place Flagey (and its fries!)...

As many people have said before, this is not a four star hotel. However, you will not pay four star prices. The staff were extrememly helpful and welcoming, and helped with everything we had to ask of them. The room was huge, (the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed in.) The rooms are not particularly well sound proofed as we could hear quite clearly the conversations occouring in the next room. The bed was not comfortable. A cheap and cheerful hotel, and although probably 'luxurious' in it's day, could do with some refurbishment. We did love the carpeted lifts!

This is a good hotel if you have a car or like to walk. It's about a 40-minute walk from the main square. Overall, the hotel looked good, though aged. Our room was clean, though there was a hole in the blanket on the bed. One issue was that the AC unit was very weak and our room was very hot throughout the night.

This hotel might have been a 4 stars many years ago, but not today. Low budget solutions and lack of renovation everywhere. Bathroom looked as one in a dorm. Good news is that the staff seemed to remain the same: 4 stars attitude for low rate.

Great hotel, very good price. Absolutely terrific pizza place at the corner. Best pizza I ever had in my life!

Pour ma part ce fut un séjour très agréable, d'autant plus que le rapport qualité prix était très intéressant pour une chambre double. J'y retournerai volontiers fin juillet si je retrouve la même prestation et tarif. Cordialement.

Chambre salle et en mauvais etat. Service peu satisfaisant. Poubelles dans les couloirs. Odeur dans les chambres et chaleur extreme incontrolable. Un hotel a peu conseille!

Har bodd her flere ganger .fornøyd vær gang .altid en pub ,restauranter som det finnes i alle varianter vil ambefale plassen

Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit bémol, le matériel de Salle de Bains très limité; une seule serviette pour deux personnes, pas de shampoing.

The hotel concierge was most helpful all the time. They did charge one breakfast by error, and took it off without problems. The problem is the hotel itself. It is not close to the Metro (underground), being a good 20+ min. walk away. You can get the Tram (very close to the hotel) to get there, but it is not really so convenient. The hotel surroundings are not worth visiting or walking through. The worst is the toilet. I had an individual room. There is at least one like that per floor. The room was ok, simple but with most things. But the toilet is only suitable for very, very, very short people. If not, you will not sit straight in the WC, and will have problems in the shower (which has no window, so all water goes out). Not proper.

The city tax came as a surprise. Stayed there for 6 nights and had to pay app. 50 euro more. Did not get that info when I was booking a room.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellets beliggenhet, servicen og hjelpsomheten til personalet. Man kan følge Avenue Louise rett ned til Palace Royal (ca 30 min gange) og derifra er det ikke langt til Grande Place +++ Rommet var rent og veldig stort, badet av høy standard (til å være mellom-Europa).

Positivo. Hotel in ottima posizione. Zona tranquilla e gradevole. Stanze ampie e confortevoli. Reception cordiale ed efficiente.

Premetto che ho trascorso in questo hotel una sola notte con un paio di amici quindi il mio giudizio potrebbe risultare non del tutto esaustivo. La struttura è piuttosto vicina a Gare du Midi (circa 10 min in taxi a seconda del traffico) e ben collegata con il resto della città grazie ai mezzi pubblici (è presente una fermata del tram proprio di fronte all'hotel). L'arredamento è piuttosto datato ma non trascurato. Qualche problema con la camera che, pur essendo molto spaziosa (la tripla si sviluppa su 2 piani) risultava piuttosto fredda per il periodo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera direi che è migliorabile ma accettabile. Disponibili servizio wifi gratuito e minibar a pagamento. Personale esperto e disponibile.

Zimmer groß, aber insgesamt etwas abgewohnt. Am WC spiegelhalterung ohne Spiegel. Steckdosen im Zimmer mit Dreierverteiler hinter Verbau hervor. Min 15 min Fussmarsch bis Luise. Keine Ausfolgung einer Rechnung bei Buchung über hotel.com, sondern Verweis, man , müsse eine solche bei hotel.com selbst anfordern.

la chambre 614 qui m avait ete reservee etait minable tres petite sinistre tele en hauteur sur étagere un petit lit impression de tristesse déprimante, je connaissais l hotel et ses chambres j y viens depuis 5 ans ma fille habite a cote j ai demande une chambre " normale"et comme par hasard une chambre s est liberee et j ai eu la chambre 615 tres grande et de bon confort mais le menage et l accueil laissent a desirer il y a toujours des choses endommagees dans les chambres un robinet casse une douche defectueuse cette fois c etait un robinet le petit dejeuner était bien mais cette fois c etait minableet personnel de la salle incompetent l hotel n est pas a recommander mais j y retournerai peut etre car ma fille habite a cote et ne peut me loger
