Got to room late in evening and realized there was no fitted sheet on the bed but overall nice place, friendly people and convenient to airport and downtown. Would stay there again.

Fairly disappointed in the room. For the amount of money I paid I did NOT get what was advertised. I was put right next to the stairs and had to listen to stomping all night long.

I stay here every time I'm in town and I absolutely love the place! Quiet and comfortable, great entertainment and food in the bar and restaurant. I will recommend this place every time.

I've stayed at this hotel through the years, but not in the past 2-3 years. The room was clean, comfortable and the service was excellent from all of the staff. Unfortunately, with the off ramp changes, it is quite difficult to get to and back onto I-5 S. The gym (which is a must for me as a business traveller) had 4-5 broken machines of its several options. I was very disappointed the hotel would even boast that the gym is an option. The onsite restaurants all had very good food though. Since the gym is a must after a day of business travel, I won't be staying here again until some serious updating is done.

I expected a little more, actually.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We were sent to the basement. Our elevator had glass walls with a view of rebar, cement, dirt. We had prepaid WAY too much ($87). Room's only daylite was the window well with parking 2 feet away. The external heater/cooling unit had soot streaks up the wall. I unplugged it so it w/n start fire or blow filth in our faces.The bed had a gully.The toilet and sink were both slow to plugged and the rugs in disrepair. The chair was greasy, 50s, dingy with grime. The 400# TV was a Zenith. Good thing it was locked down! You could hurt urself stealing it. I found a $50 charge on my AmEx. Was told it was for "incidentals" but would be ret'd in about 2 weeks if I hadn't used any. I asked what my incidental options could be considering I couldn't even flush the toilet. He said I might have ordered something on the blurry TV!! As we were leaving, the manager asked how our visit was. I simply said .. horrible, but you know that. She didn't argue and neither did I. This is the biggest CON ever. She upgraded me to a suite for ret visit tho I was in the "Executive Suite" in the basement. I wonder if they put online reserves in the basement and pay-at-the-counter people in real rooms? Terrible reflection on Hotels.com and the prepay system. I felt like a mark and would reconsider getting trapped like this online again. Staff was remarkably friendly. They have a hard job and I admire them for how they handle it.

The people at the front desk and shuttle drivers were great!

We felt the room needed a thorough cleaning. The tub needs to either be re-grouted or given a good scrubbing. There seems to be a soap or hardwater film on the stall. There were cobwebs along the ceiling above the bed. Difficult highway access unless you are coming from the south. They need a better explanation of the "$4.99" breakfast. The host had to explain to every diner that their coupon from the front desk really just meant that you were getting a "discount" and given a special menu, where all the items cost $4.99. We weren't expecting a free breakfast, but the coupon sort of inferred that we would get one, especially when we were handed a $4.99 menu. Why not just $5 more per room and then give a "free" breakfast coupon?

As always my stay was very good. The staff is always very friendly & knowledgeable, and they make each customer feel special. I like the fact that they have airport shuttle service, and dining on site. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

I like this hotel and have stayed there before. The staff is very friendly and they give great customer service. The hotel also has a good breakfast and the Bar/Grill is good to eat dinner at also. All in all I stay here everytime I am in the Medford, OR area.

I thought it would not be as nice as it was simply because the location was so convenient. Slept like a rock. Thanks RR!

I stayed 4 days. Wonderful front desk, indoor pool, staff, nice people. The only problem was housekeeping. Very sloppy. My grandson left a shirt on the floor. It was still there after mid service, which tells me that they did not vacuum the room. One day the water glasses were still on the sink with water in them. In case it comes to your mind, yes, I always leave five dollars a day for the maid, not that it should matter. Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel.

Comfortable, but awkward to get to without a legal u-turn or at least one false pass. Nice pool, good complementary breakfasts.

While we appreciated the great service, friendly staff, and the restaurants downstairs, we did not appreciate being told by the front desk that they had no one to bring up the shower hat I requested. Other than that, it was great stay!

Only complaint I have is the bed. It was too firm and therefore I didn't sleep well.

I will never go to this Hotel again............................went for the fly and drive was told we couldn't, even though I called to make sure. NO INTERNET SERVICE IN THE ROOMS NOR IN THE LOBBY, IT WAS HORRIBLE.............NEEDLESS TO SAY WENT TO THE BAR AND HAD DRINKS AND DINNER THE BARTENDER FORGOT TO CHARGE US SOMETHING ON THE BILL, RATHER THAN CALL US TO LET US KNOW THEY JUST OPENED OUR CHARGE AND ADDED IT ON WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. PLUS THE FOOD WAS ALSO GREASY AND REALLY BAD. LAST TIME FOR US THERE................................

We liked the decor of the hotel--lots of wood gave an old world feel. We also enjoyed Chadwick's, the sports bar. We had dinner and caught the football game. Service and food were very good.

Easy, clean and quiet. Very nice front desk staff. Comfy beds. Not necessarily new rooms or equipment, but nice enough. Slept extremely well.

It was close to the airport.

This was a nice hotel, the staff was polite and rooms were great (for the price).

My sister and I stayed on our way to visit family. From the moment we arrived the staff made sure we felt welcome - from the desk clerks to the manager of the EXCELLENT on-site restaurant. The room was adorable, clean, large & quiet, yet the hotel is located right off the freeway. It is privately owned (not part of a chain) and customers are treated like royalty. I re-booked for the return trip and would recommend this place very highly. Everything was perfect!

It was a very nice hotel. The pool's heater was out, so the pool was cooler than normal. Also the beds were bouncey, not firm enough. Overall, it was very nice, like the breakfast specials for 4.99. We would stay there again.

I didn't like the ground level (lower floor) were I stayed. It smelled like a kitchen. I would stay again but not on that floor. Beside that the stay was good.

perfect for a night before a flight. A room in the 'basement' as the front desk called it sounded awful, but it was fine, it had a window and was quiet.

This is not really what we were expecting. The "mini suite" was a basement and the room smelled musty. The coffee shop was good and the breakfast was a good bargain. All in all, we were not happy with the room.

Let me say about the customer service is very good very friendly. The room is alright but the furnace needs more attention dust balls were coming out and it came on every 15 minutes. We did get a free breakfast which was very good they have a restaurant next to the hotel. We also get a free stay which we took advantage on our return. This is an old hotel around 20 or 30 years old, bathroom rooms has wall paper. I would think that if they look at making sure everything is clean cleaning the air conditioner and including the screen on it this would be acceptable. My second trip I found that the air conditioner was still needing to be better clean not just wiping I saw residue of dust built up and some dust balls. I might stay again just not sure. I do find the employees to be very friendly and will bend over to help you which is awesome I rated that as a plus, these guys were not rude. I would hire all of them in a second.

They have a nice sports bar there with game room, shuffle board, pool table, pinball machines, poker machines.they have food in the sports bar and another restaurant. I am a picky person, if I like it anyone should.

Hotel is clean but decor is extremely dated. Room was straight of the 80s and was below grade so dark and dreary. Breakfast was $4.99 additional and not worth the cost.

The hotel was convenient, had internet access, and refrigerator/freezer to keep our food.

Mattresses and pillows haven't been updated for decades. Mattresses cave in, had zero cushion or support, warped. Pillows of same quality. They have a desk but no outlets nearby, so you can't use your computer at the desk. Their first floor is actually the basement, your windows will look out on to a dirt wall, seven feet higher, if you are that tall, you'll start seeing people's feet.

We spent one night in a mini suite with a family of four. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the $4.99 breakfast for hotel guests. There was a nice selection of hot breakfasts, a major improvement over the "free" continental breakfast so many hotels serve these days. Unfortunately, it took us 30 minutes to get our order taken and another 30 minutes to get served. Granted, they were busy, but service like that points to a management problem.
