Excellent, convenience to airport was essential.

The hotel was great, clean and very convenient. However, the signs from the train station directed us to a different airport Hilton on the site--very confusing! It would have been good to know where to catch the shuttle to get to the "right" Hilton!

This hotel was very convienient for our morning flight from Rome. It saved a lot of stress, knowing we were a 5 minute shuttle bus away.The bed was the most comfortable in our 12 nights holiday!

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Quite modern decor and the bed was super comfortable. Great rate for the convenience of being by the airport. Hotel shuttle to the airport was very good as well. The bar staff created a sense of superb service and the food was very good as well.

This hotel is close to the airport/train station and was perfect for traveling in and out of the Rome area. There's a good shuttle service. The hotel was also in great condition, and everything looked brand new. It is well kept. There was also great ammenities: a business office w/ computer access, a bar, a restaraunt, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is more Americanized than most Europeon hotels.... spacious & w/ ammenities @ a decent price.

If you have to stay near the airport, you can't beat this hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and included all of the amenities one could ask for. Being next to the airport, forget a view, but the room and hotel could not have been more comfortable. The only down-side was that we had booked the room to include breakfast but was told it was not one we showed up in the morning. Of course, the confirmations are silent with regard to breakfast and wi-fi. I suggest you make a PDF of the offer as well as the confirmation so you can have it available on the spot.

Great Hotel, right at the airport. The most comfortable beds I had in a hotel in a long time. The staff was excellent and the overall stay was fantastic. I recommend this hotel and would definately stay again. Convenient when you have an early morning flight

We appreciated that a shuttle was arranged to come for us at 4:30AM the following morning to get us to the airport terminal in time for our flight. Not only was the shuttle provided but also a boxed breakfast!

We picked this hotel since the other Hilton that is connected to the airport wasn't available. Our flight arrived at around 9pm--too late to drag our 2 children into Rome city center. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good and the hotel shuttle was free. In the morning the desk staff suggested we take a bus from the airport rather than a train into Rome which saved us about 35 euro total. The hotel shuttle was quite a walk from airport terminal 1where we landed and was mostly outside, but we didn't have to wait for the shuttle so overall it was convenient and easy.

good business center at no cost, free shuttle to airport, nice breakfast included, adequate restaurant on site for dinner, nice staff

The Hotel is convenient for the airport with a shuttle service running every 30 minutes. There is nothing around the hotel so is best use as a 'transit' hotel. Hotel is new, staff are friendly and rooms are clean and modern.

This room was beautiful, the bed was awesome, there was a heated towel rack in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we were treated with exceptional service. As another reviewer wrote be sure to get dropped off at terminal 5 if you are flying to the US or it is a real hassle at the airport in Rome.

We have stayed in several Fiumicino airport hotels as we often have early morning flights to catch. This is far the best experience we've had, even compared to the closer and more expensive Fiumicino Hilton. Free internet access in rooms, free airport shuttles (they even had super early ones not listed on site) and the facilities are updates and stylish. We also like that they allow pets!

It was very convenient for an early morning flight. The rooms were clean and had room for 3 people in each room. There was a restaurant with a nice menu, free internet, and it was a nice looking hotel.

This was perfect for a one night stay next to the airport. We were able to catch our flight without being concerned about getting to the airport on time. Surrounding area is industrial/commercial. Shuttle was on time, be sure you know where the stop is at the airport, info is on the website. About 10 min drive. Dining experience was not great but we weren't there for the food, Clean, convenient, comfortable, good service, wifi ,tv. Breakfast buffet was good.

Pick up at airport was great. Smooth check in and accommodated everything I wanted. Location and shuttle for the early morning flight 6:45am was fantastic. When I checked in I had my HHonors card in my suitcase and was encouraged to get it andregister the number. I did as suggested and immediately I was given a chit for 2 free bottles of water, (which was greatly appreciated) and let into the business center and was able to print my boarding passes complimentarily too. Who could ask for more. If I ever take a cruise out of Rome I will seriously consider an overnight here again.

Stayed there after returning to Rome from a cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful with obtaining transportation back to the city to enjoy one more day in Rome. Breakfast was fine, nothing great but worth having available. Room was spotless, seemed brand new. Bed very comfortable, bath also very spacious for European standards. If you are looking for a place near the airport, I would recommend highly. Shuttle to airport quick, even if the driver was not helpful.

This hotel was a stark but welcome contrast to our old world European hotel in the center of Rome. The modern and clean design, very large room and well equipped and roomy bathroom made our one night stay comfortable. Staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and accomodating for a light supper. Cookies on our arrival and free coffee on our departure were an added bonus. The free shuttle to the Rome Airport was very convenient and departure door delivery was easier than staying right at the connected Airport Hotel where we would have had to struggle our many peices of luggage and carry-ons to the airport by ourselves.

We spent our last night in Italia here because of its proximity to the airport. Due to location, there was no view - so convenience won out over pleasant surroundings. Free shuttle service & breakfast were included in room rate. Breakfast buffet included a wide varity of choices & food was fresh. Ristorante onsite was a plus & food was tasty.

The shuttle bus is essential for an airport hotel. Without an clear instruction is bad news for any customs.

Hotel is clean, modern. Be careful when making reservations, the descreption leads you to believe the Hotel is directly adjacent to Airport. We were put in the "annex" Garden Inn, a 10 minute bus ride from the Airport. Food is Expensive, $46 USD for 2 Hamburgers, Coffee at Bar is $3 Euro a cup. Free Breeakfast is mega-buffet and very good. All you can eat. When flying out to USA be sure courtesy buss drops you at Terminal 5, only Terminal used for US and Israel flyers. Otherwise the driver will drop you at the other terminal, and you will have to wait 30 min for another bus and lug all your stuff to Terminal 5, wasting a lot of time. The Italian Bus Drivers know Americans are supposed to go to Terminal 5, but they do not volunteer any info whatsoever. You have to figure it out on your own. Can be a real hassle if you don't know about it. The hotel itself is very very clean & nice. The annex is just way out of the way, and not connected to the airport by a moving walkway...as advertised. Only the main Hilton Gardens is connected to the airport by the walkway. So make you reservations carefully, or you'll be duped into the annex, as we were. Otherwise, a great hotel full of cruisers, CIA, and Afghanistan R & R'ers. Have fun in Rome !!

Great spot to stay before you catch your plane or board your cruise. Large exceptionally clean rooms in the new facility. The bed was really comfortable. The buffet breakfast had lots to choose from. It was a pleasure staying in a "North American" hotel after spending a couple of weeks in historic buildings converted into hotels. The free shuttle service to the airport was a bonus as was their 24 hour convenience store.

The hotel was great, we liked the shuttle and easy of staying a night in Rome while having a long lay-over. The room was clean and the bed was comforatable. The only strange thing was that we kept hearing weird beeping noises through the night that kept us up. We thought that it had something to do with the lights but we were not sure. Other than that, everything was great.

It was an excellent location and the conditions of hotel and room were spectacular. They have a complimentary shuttle that picks up passengers from the airport to the hotel every 30 minutes. All you need to do to get to Rome is take a city bus or train and your in the magnificent city. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Hilton the night before our morning departure out of Rome. It's a short free shuttle ride to the airport. The hotel itself is very nice, has a nice restaurant, laundry room, and business center. I would not recommend the hotel for anything other than this in-and-out purpose (it's in an isolated area) but for this purpose it fit the bill.

This hotel is very close to Rome's airport in Fiumicino and offers a free breakfast and shuttle to/from the airport. The room and hotel facilities were new and excellent. I would definitely stay there again. The only issue I had was that the hotel's restaurant was understaffed when we ate dinner, and thus, service was somewhat slow. Everything else about the hotel was perfect.

A top-rate hotel; gorgeous rooms; great shuttle service to airport; a tad $$ but good value for the money. Front desk bobbled some communications (our travelling companions got lost in their system) but it all worked out fine. Recommended without hesitation. Don't let the name fool you -- this is a top-flight property.

A new and very comfortable stayafter a long haul flight. Bit confusing to find as there are two Hiltons at Rome's International airport

Stayed in this hotel on last night of 3 week Italy travel, and found that it was perfect for an overnight and next day travel.

The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was very courteous and professional, my room was very comfortable, the free internet access was appreciated, and the 24-hr. fitness room had the basics

The Hotel was fine . Our only issue was with the person in charge of the dining room ( male ) who seriously needs to be retrained to the Hilton standard as he was a very poor example of dealing with customer complaints.

If one is looking for a very convenient spot in or near the Rome Airport, this is it. Much less expensive than the Rome Airport Hilton - not as good, but really close. The shuttle service to and from the airport are frequent and the bus is the traditonal European tour type bus. The business center is complimentary, accessible and everything works. Wireless internet access is very fast and there is an ethernet cable connection in each room if needed. The rooms are excellent in appointments and comfort. The best part is that the dining facilities - servers and chefs(yes, chefs) - are outstanding in every way. The food is excellent and the wait staff is as professional as in any restaurant I visited in Venice or anywhere else. Totally unexpected at a Garden Inn. There are NO amenities nearby to the hotel, so you can either eat there or take the shuttle bus to the bigger Hilton for a formal sitdown dinner. You don't stay at either of these hotels if you have destinations you want to visit other than the check-in gate at the airport. However, if that's what you're looking for this is where you want to be.

Hilton Garden Inn Rome Airport - Very clean, shuttle to and from airport. The room was great with a very comfortable bed. We had a very good meal in the restaurant(using up those euros). We stayed overnight before a flight home and we were very tired from our travel from Florence so the Hilton Garden Inn was very a very restful final stop.

We stayed here our last night in Italy before catching a very early flight the next morning. The front desk arranged not only for an early shuttle for us, but packed us a box breakfast. The room was exactly what we wanted....quiet, clean, king size bed, non-smoking. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and convenient. I would definitely call this an American style hotel.

The Boscolo Astoria in Florence Italy

Our stay in this hotel was a welcome relief from our stay in Venice. The appointments and comforts felt more like home and that was a good thing on our last night of our trip. The resaurant was a bit over the top, about $90US for dinner for two when I had soup and salad, BUT the big problem was the phone service. Our friends had called repeatedly when we were in our room, but we never got the call. When we went to dinner, we told the front desk we were expecting a call and they said they would forward it to the restaurant, but again we never got the call. We happened down into the lobby and there they were sitting, so we finally did get connected, but no thanks to the hotel.

I highly recommend it for anyone needing to stay over night to catch a flight. Excellent accomadations, friendly helpful staff, nice restaurant and a good shuttle service to and from the airport.
