The front desk staff was very friendly, my issue was with the cleaning staff. I called at 10A for clean sheets and towels and wash cloths and never received them until 2 calls later after 3P. Very nice rooms they are just small.

We wanted to stay near Philadelphia and the Hyatt House provided the perfect location. I usually do not like places with exterior corridors, however the Hyatt House provided the exception. The staff was great, the amenities including the basketball court, social hour and breakfast bar made our stay there one of the most enjoyable of our trip.

Pleasant check in, but kind of downhill from there. Upon entering the room we noticed that it had a bad smell, was very dusty and not cleaned very well. The sofa and sheets had quite a few stains on them. We attempted to call down to the lobby to see about another room, but no one answered. We pushed through, as it was a non-refundable room. During the night our "please refresh" knocker fell off, so we contacted the front desk to have someone come in, clean and refresh the towels while we were out. After being absent from the room for several hours, we came back to the same condition. We called down again asking for towels, realizing that the cleaning was just not a priority. We waited two hours before receiving any towels. On the last night of our stay the toilet seat ripped off (from normal use) and called down to report it, but no one ever came to fix or replace it. Overall, I would recommend it if you have a larger family and need a place with a kitchen, if not seek something else. The service was just not up to standards and we probably would never stay here again. It's a shame that there is signage that this is their 53 days of welcome, but it is in this sad shape. For a Hyatt, this is a fail.

Great breakfast and evening snacks too, would definitely come back again.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Very reasonable priced. The staff was very nice. Free complementary breakfast. The only problem is we did not get much sleep because a group of people were yelling and screaming outside our rooom all night. It was so load it sounded like they were in our room. It took 4 calls to the front desk and the police to get it resolved. I might stay here again but I would stay in an inside facing room.

We returned again for New Years Eve as we stayed here last year too. We will return again in the future too. This place is first class all the way and the price is right. We get a whole condo with 2 br (king & queen) 2 baths furnished living room, kitchen with all utensils etc 3 flat screen tvs etc for a lower price than a king bed hotel room! UNBEATABLE!

We were in the area to take our son to two college open houses. Mount Laurell being between the two destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but they made our stay comfortable and worry free. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious enough (and we even got a free upgrade with an extra room so my poor guy didn't have to sleep on the sofa). We had a great rest for the long day ahead. The complimentary hot breakfast came in handy with our teenager's appetite.

This is a fabulous property & they also have a staff that's beyond great! We met the manager upon arrival & ended turning our 1 night stay into 3 nights. The only down side is lack of restaurants in the area. I would definatly stay there again!

When I walked into our hotel room (if you can call it that), it was like walking into a new condo. It would have been our home away from home for 10 nights, but due to Hurricane Irene, we only got to stay 8 nights. After staying there, I could never go back to a "regular" hotel room. It is just what they advertised. Everything was clean from the rooms, to the eating area, to the laundry facility, to the grounds and the fitness room. We will definitely be staying there again on our next vacation or anytime we make a trip of 4 or more days to the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was hesitant about this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I decided to take a chance and loved it. Ok, the downside, because there always is one. No elevators. We were on the third floor and to climb those stairs was an exercise in itself. There could have been more of a variety besides, ham, scrambled eggs, and hash brown for the hot portion of breakfast. Some bacon and sausage would have been nice. I also didn't see any waffles, but I could have missed that. Would I do it again. Absolutely!!

After staying at a number of 4 star hotels in Italy, this hotel can really be appreciated. The free amenities (WIFI, Local telephone, Fitness Center, pool, breakfast, great coffee, happy hour) are better than facilities with higher ratings. For comfort, convenience and value this is a great location.

My family and I stayed here for a graduation in Philadelphia @ temple, and it was well worth the 15-20 mins drive, for the comfort and price. My children didnt want to leave and enjoyed the outside basketball court. Will stay again

Great value for the money with all the amenities.

Convenient location for Philadelphia city, around 35 mins. drive. Clean, comfortable, good facilities.

Outdoor pool and basketball court area are good for kids to burn off steam. Also an excellent breakfast bar.

On check-in was given a key to a room that was already occupied. When wanted to use the business center, the 2 computers were being used by unsupervised kids playing online games. The free breakfast was so-so. The pool area was overrun by kids (again unsupervised) leaving garbage from the free buffet. There is no jacuzzi/spa at the pool. The A/C in the room sounded like a jet engine. Not a bad property, but a lacking in the overall experience.

Perfect hotel. Defenitely would stay again.

The hotel is so convenient to NJ Turnpike and Rt. 295 in Mt. Laurel. Easy to visit Philadelphia or use as a rest place on a trip further North. The accomodations are excellent with a full kitchen and small sitting area for relaxation. Clean and staff was very helpful. We stayed over weekend but if you stay during the week, they have a lot of really nice services such as free BBQ, volleyball and a great gym and pool. Terrific place! Would highly recommend this hotel.

I like the room, but wished it had an elevator as our room was on the third flooe. Also, there was no corkscrew in the room. Additionally, our entry key failed causing us to have to go back to the main office and get rekeyed while our baby had to sit out in freezing weather on the third flr.

Our stay was short but would book here again. Amenities are great also

We had a suite of two rooms with a small kitchenette. It was perfect for a family. Everything was clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. It was a great location with restaurants nearby. I would easily recommend this place. Breakfast was good as well.

I've traveled often for business and this place was the most comfortable and best accomodations. I felt like I had a one bedroom condo/aptmt for the 10 days.The staff was stupendous, the daily breakfast and evening snack service was always great and chatted with many repeat guests.If again in this area won't even consider another place.

Loved this place. Could not believe how nice it was for the price we paid. Only drawback was no elevator.

By far, this hotel was the best one in the hotel development it sits in near the NJ Turnpike. I can see why this hotel is crafted for longer stays. Plenty of room and nice, updated furnishings. Kitchen was amazing, we felt like we were in a one bedroon condo.
