Great hotel, great staff. Just wish the pool was a little warmer.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I have no complaint except that there was some kind of breakfast included with the room. The hotel is connected to another hotel, a Hilton. They share some facilities--for instance the room service menu is for the Hilton restaurant. In any case, when we went downstairs in the morning looking for breakfast, we followed the signs pointing to "restaurant" and ended up at the Hilton restaurant serving a breakfast buffet. It seemed a bit nicer than I would have expected, but not that much nicer, so we went ahead and ate there, only to discover it was in fact not the right place, and we had to pay for breakfast. I didn't mind that much, and the food was good, but I think the hotel should make the location of the correct breakfast more clear, and probably should explain that there are two onsite options.

Great as Usual! We stay there for several days every other month. Great Location and Great Amenities attached to the Hilton.

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel another time.

Wow! The road to get back to the hotel was a mess! Looked as if no one had even attempted to clear snow & ice. Parking lots for businesses on the hotel road and clear lots, but not the hotel. Upon arrival asked front desk for shovel to clear a spot to park. No attempt or offer by hotel personnel to clear a spot for guest to park. Wrappers from candy on floor of room upon our arrival. Shocking! This hotel usually more up to par. Stay here due to past experiences positive, but will consider other properties after this weekend.

The rooms were modern, extremely comfy, and clean. I think if the hallways were carpet the entire feel of the hotel would improve, but it was a great place to stay overall and I would stay again for sure!

My husband and I spent the weekend here to attend a weekend long conference across the street. For the very reasonable price, the room was IMMACULATE, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful as well as central to restaurants and shopping centers. I will stay at any Hampton Inn close by for all my travels!! Thanks Hampton Inn. Ps, staff was friendly and helpful!!!!

Everything was great! From the moment we walked up to the front desk, late night food, and check out. Everyone at the hotel was courteous, respectful, and very helpful. The room was clean , comfortable, and just what you would except a hotel room to be.

We had a good experience at a great hotel that is always the place that I recommend to others to stay when visiting NJ or NY. The hotel staff is consistent and very cordial. Always willing to go the extra mile to assist with the needs of the guests.

Hotel is very convenient, breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpfull. Will definetely book it again on future trips to NYC.

It was crowded, staff was overwhelmed with the amount of people. We were planning on breakfast being available, but after the crowd from the attached Hilton (breakfast not included) crashing the Hampton (breakfast is included), there was nothing attractive about the breakfast left remaining. The room and staff were nice, but this morning experience was a negative they have to correct.

We had a very nice time, the room was awesome, free wifi was awesome, super convenient location to grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, etc- only possible complaint is that there was no mini-fridge (or microwave).

Excellent and very friendly service. I brought my pet and was very pleased with the pet-friendly attitude of the hotel and its employees. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the furniture and bedding in the rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel location was right off the highway, easy to get to and very kid friendly. Breakfast was not what I expected and needs some improvements (hard boiled egs were cold, scrambled eggs were unpalatable) but overall is what was expected from a hot and cold breakfast at a hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there over and over again as the price was right, the location near everything, room was very comfortable and clean.

All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was terrific for my two young girls. The only downside is that there are no bathrooms or changing rooms near the pool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was more spacious then others i have been in the only disappointment i had was when i was told i would have to rent a microwave and a fridge ive never had to do that before . ever. besides that the room was restocked well and the people were helpful .

Your front desk Suzanna was very helpful and efficient. She deserves a compliment from the General Manager. She is one example of why I prefer to stay at Hampton Inns.

There was an odor in the room upon arrival. We found out it was from painting being done on the upper floor. Getting to the hotel was a little confusing since it's basically attached to the Hilton. The signage could be a little better. All in all the stay was nice.

All of the staff were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered choices in hot an cold dishes and were quite good. With it's location very close to a major highway it made travel very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

A GREAT hotel! The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Not many hotels offer more than cold cereal and stale bagels for breakfast, so we were pleasantly surprised when we had options of omelette, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc each morning. Rooms were spotless, beds were super comfortable and there was free hi speed internet access. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

Excellent value. One quip, the pool area was very small and the water was too hot, like a bath tube. There was no changing room at the pool area which I found strange, and kind of weird because you having walk through the lobby of the Hilton in your wet bathing suit.

This hotel was everything that your reviews had said that it was and more. We found the rooms to be very spacious and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and personable. Other guests of high caliber making us feel more comfortable. Great guest services area and breakfast in the am. So much to choose from and comfortable surroudnings. Will stay here for sure on our next visit to colleges in the area. Close proximity to NY city.

We were pleased and will stay there again. The room and bed were comfortable. The inn connects to a traditional Hilton, so we could take advantage of joint amenities.

Cleanliness and maintenace of facility may be slipping, or lack of concern is shown towards the non-business user of the facility on the weekends.

Always a very nice hotel to stay at. Polite service, clean rooms, decent breakfast, convinient location, and reasonable cost.

Comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect from a Hilton class hotel. Will be coming back again!

We are being relocated to NJ and have used this hotel several times to visit the area and explore. The surrounding area is quiet, the hotel staff is always friendly, and this is a great property. There's a Hilton next door that always seems to be busier, but we love the Hampton.

First of all, I want to comment on few things I read about this hotel - 1. Some says hotel not easy to find, that is not true, my old navigation put us right in front of the hotel. 2. About the breakfast, they actually have different food each day, unlike other hotels that serve same food all the time. This hotel is very clean and everything as expected, I have stayed in many 4 - 5 stars hotel, but I have never seen their Linen comforter before, very nice and again clean, bathroom is clean. Overall, I like this hotel and will stay there again.
