Vista Cay Resort near Universal Studios - أورلاندو

Everything about Vista Cay was great from check-in to check-out. I booked a deluxe 3 bed 2 bath condo, when I arrived I was given a 3 bed 3 1/2 bath townhome with garage. It was great, only 2 nights , 3 days but cought not have been happier with experience. Will try to stay at Vista Cay on my next visit.

We were late arriving to the resort, but we were greeted by two very pleasent membrane of the staff. They explained everything to us, indicated that they were upgrading our room and could not have been more helpful. Throughtout our stay, everyone was more than accomodating. The only drawback was the conceirge. She seemed disinterested in a couple of the things that I asked her. A listing of things to do and approximate cost would have been nice. The room was well beyond what we had expected. Would definately consider staying there again.

We had a great stay at the Vista Cay Resort. I had to be at a show at the Orange County Convention Center so since some of my family was going with me, the Vista Cay sounded great. It was better than great, it was AWESOME! The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful and overlooked the lake. I really enjoyed the super comfortable master suite. Every thing about the place was first class all the way. I am looking forward to booking it again.

Resort Fee was ridiculous for a 2 night stay plus what we had already paid.. We rented a 2bd 2bth and ended up with a 3bd 3 1/2 bth townhouse which was 3 floors and very uncomfortable with 3 stair cases.. The floor plan was also very unthought out... Yes it was clean and new but the other promblems overlapped the good things, I would not recommend nor stay here again!!

Overall this was a nice resort. They charge a 75.00 cleaning fee, however when we arrived the 2nd bedroom bath tub was dirty and the towels were dingy. Additional towels were in the laundry room. The room also was a little dusty I am unsure how often they come and clean. Overall I liked the location and the accomadations in a gated area.

Ihad previously stayed in this vista cay resort and I thought that we had the same type reservation but when we arrived we were sent to a different type room and when I asked why the reservation wasn't the same as before , the manager cut me off and didnot give me any valid reason. I'm considering moving next year to a different place for we visit this area annually

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. It was very nice and very clean. The grounds were well maintained. We didn't get to use the clubhouse and pool much, but they looked very nice. The only negative comment would be the third bedroom had a TV, but it was not connected to cable or anything, so it was useless. This was a little disappointing to the person in that room when everyone else had TV. Don't really understand why they would have TV not connected. But that was the only real drawback except for you had to have a car. No shuttle and 20 min. walk to I Trolley stop. Otherwise, great facility.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at the Vista Cay Resorts in Orlando. The facility is beautiful with a wonderfully helpful staff. We decided to stay an extra day and was upgraded to a very spacious 3 bedroom condo. The condo had a view of a lake and at night we could see the fireworks from the theme parks from our balcony. We loved that the pool stayed open until 11:00pm and that the exercise room was fully equipped. The only thing that I did not like was the $75.00 a day cleaning fee. I believe that is too much for maid service that only appeared at the end of our stay. Other than that we had a terrific time.

We recently stayed at the Vista Cay in Orlando. Four families (8 adults, 7 kids) reserved 2 three bedroom units and 1 three bedroom townhouse. Without asking, they upgraded the 2 units to townhouses so that we could be in adjacent buildings. The homes were neat and clean (1st floor room was limited slightly by washer/dryer unit in closet) however, they only supplied 1 days worth of coffee and one container of soap for the dishwasher. We only made it to the pool once, but it was a wonderfully large pool with a nice big hottub and plenty of rafts, tubes and balls for everyone to play with. The one drawback that will prevent me from renting a townhouse again is the airconditioning. It was hot while we were there, but not unseasonably so, and the A/C never really cooled the third floor bedrooms. It was at least 10 degrees warmer than the 1st floor. Although the thermostats could not be set below 72 degrees (and you were admonished in the guest handbood not to even try without penalty) it didn't really matter as the A/C seemed to run constantly and it was never cool upstairs. In the defense of management, we never complained about this as we just accepted it as a limitation to summers in Florida and slept with the ceiling fans whirring.

you may think your getting a good deal but read the fine print there is a $75.00 cleaning fee applied to your room . You pay this when you check in!! This is a residential complex not a vacation spot. The pool was very dirty too.

We had a very good experience at Vista Cay. The condo was great and large. We had a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath. The location was quiet and safe with little traffic (we have two kids). It was super easy to drive to Universal and Sea World. It was a little more difficult for Disney, but not overly difficult. The pool was nice, but basic. We had nothing but good contact with the staff, but we needed very little help. The only aspect of the room that detracted from the experience was that the condo was on three floors and the main floor with the kitchen and the living room was on the second floor, which made it a bit difficult for Grandpa. Overall, very nicely done and would consider them again for our next vacation to Orlando.

Great location, perfect for a family or a group. Great security, nice facilities, close to I-4. I'll be back next year. Minutes away from Universal Studios and restaurants.

The stay was wonderful, close to all major attractions the area offers. The apartment was great, I have already recommended it to everyone I know.

I couldn't figure out why I was so sick the morning after my first night. Was it the humidity I wasn't used to? Was it simply the stress of travel? No... it was the mold spores that were blowing into the room all night. The air conditioner registers in each room were a mossy, dark green, covered in mold. Thanks, Vista Cay "Resort," for an exceedingly unpleasant stay.

Good for Experienced Orlando visitors and New Ones, would definately stay there again

We loved this hotel. Well its really not a hotel, its more of a vacation home away from home. The unit was beautiful and very spacious. The grounds felt very safe and private. The pool and game room was a great way to spend some down time and relax. Everyone I met, including staff and other customers were wonderful and friendly. A few tips, make a quick trip to the store when you get in to pick up household items like laundry soap, tissues, kitchen sponge, extra coffee, extra trash bags, etc. They have small amounts to get you started but if you are staying more than a few days, you will need to restock them but its totally worth it!

Great hotel with plenty of space. We loved our 3 bedroom condo. It had all of the features from home but you are close enough to the Convention Center for business or any other trip. Universal isn't far off either. There is a Publix grocery store less than a mile away too. Highly recommend!

ould recommend. About 10 min drive to Disney and 5 to Universal. Very good condition and very clean.

This resort has everything you could possibly need. It was so nice having the 2 bedroom condo verses a hotel room with 2 beds. Loved the balcony to have coffee in the morning and read my book later in the day. I look forward to returning and using the outdoor grills next time, ran out of time!

My family loved this resort/condo. For the price of a cheaper hotel room, you get a 3/2 bedroom condo with secured gates & 24hr security roaming. It was clean and spacious. Best of all, it was extremely quiet. The location was within minutes to all Orlando attractions. We are definitely planning on returning to Vista Cay for an extended stay.

We were upgraded from a 2 room suite to a 3 room on arrival. This was not expected but we were very thankful. The staff were excellent and helpful and the hotel is close to all amenities. Great stay

This resort was really nice, spacious and close to the disney parks. The kitchen and living room were large and open, with two nice sized bedrooms upstairs. Great for coming home after a day on your feet. Only thing lacking was that there was not a single box of kleenex in the whole place. Housekeeping could also be better - end tables and night stands needed cleaning. Otherwise overall the nicest place we've stayed at near the parks!

In general our stay was very pleasant. The building is nice and new. The unit we stayed was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It had a very nice kitchen, OK furniture and the bathrooms were spacious but outdated.

We loved the suite we were in. There was 3 of us in a 2/2 and it was very nice! Felt very much like a home as well. The only thing that was difficult was that the office to check in was down the street from the actual residence. It was easy to check in once we were there and very fast. It was also good to hear that you didn't have to go back to checkout just push the lock button on the door and leave! We will definetly be staying there again.

Excelent Condo, great amenities and close to Universal Studios, International Drive Shops and Dining! Great Family place to stay, price is great! Will recommend this hoyel to my friends and relatives, we are planing to come back in two months for the 4th of July Weekend!

I TRAVEL TO ORLANDO 4 TIMES A YEAR, AND THIS RESORT WILL BE THE PLACE I STAY DURING EVERY VISIT. EVERYTHING WAS NICE, STAFF, ROOM, SURROUNDING. MY FAMILY LOVED IT AND WE WERE ABLE TO COOK T'GIVING MEAL AT RESORT FOR A FAMILY OF 15 PEOPLE.

We booked this hotel two months in advance, and were really excited after reading all the positive reviews. After arriving at the property management office (we arrived early) we asked if we could check in early and they had no problem. Very anxious (our party of 8) poured into the condo. To our surprise, the carpets were stained, couches ripped, and to make matters worse the air conditioner broke. We immediately called the office, and they told us to call them back if it didn't get cooler. After waiting 10 minutes, nothing kicked on--and of course we called back and were told to call back in another 10 minutes. Of course, we waited and no change (keep in mind it was a 90 deg day high humidity). After calling back, they arranged another room for us, which was 10 times worse. Carpets were filthy, bugs were crawling around and the air conditioner didn't kick on. This time the property manager came to the condo and tried to fix the problems and basically accused us of being too picky. After noting how warm it was on the third-level, he arranged for another condo and asked if my boyfriend and I would like to inspect it with him. Upon entry, it was beautiful and the temperature was very pleasant. As we walked up to the third floor to our surprise, the rooms were a wreck and the blinds had falled down because both windows were just replaced. The manager was so embarresed he upgraded our package to the Executive suite (which we compromised an extra bathroom) and were into the suite within 30 minutes. EVERYTHING looked great in the new suite (because they had just touched up paint, cleaned carpet) and then we realized after we agreed to the room that the couch was falling apart (loveseat). It wasn't that big of a deal because we weren't utilizing that as a bed. However, when it did come time for bed--the sofa pulled out into a pull out bed and looked very inviting. As two quests laid down the entire bed flew forward resulting in them being thrown behind the couch with the b

This resort is NOT a hotel.You have to clean your own room each night. There are no maids. There is an extra $75 charge for cleaning when you leave. This resort is good for people that want to cook and clean while on vacation!!!

stayed in the 3b-3b town home and loved it will be staying there again employees were very helpful and nice

Outstanding Hotel Couldn't believe the price. This is actually a condo or townhouse. Would defintely say again and highly recommend.

It was hard to find and we did not find the club house area. But the room was nice.

I was very surprised at the size of the room.I travel alot and it was probably the nicest place I stayed in long time. There wasn't any maid service but that was fine.

After staying one night with my family, it was a beautiful place with lots of buts: - Brand new units, but most are still under construction. - Comfortable, but not really set up for small children. - The rooms were very clean, but there were BUGS everywhere. Also, the "hidden" $75 cleaning charge for a stay less than 5 days was not impressive. The charge was on the last line of the reservation in tiny print, after the cancellation policy.

Our family of five absolutely enojoyed staying at Vista Cay and we certainly look forward to returning next year. Our 2 bedroom executive suite comfortably accomodated our family. Right away we felt at home, I did not want to leave! I have already recommended Vista Cay to many people. Excellent value for $!!!

I love this place! It's like being in a home away from home with the excutive suite that we had purchased. Lots of space with class, including the granite kitchen countertops, the huge master bathroom, and the plasma televisions. A suggestion to parents with young kids is to go to the local Wal-mart to purchase plastic plates/cups as the plates and glasses that are furnished don't go well with the stone tile about the kitchen area. The $75.00 cleaning fee was reasonable considering the size of the place, but it does need to be noted somewhere on the website so as not to be a surprise to those who don't read the reviews. It was like living in a gated community for awhile- What a great experience we had and I will always stay at Vista Cay!

We had a great stay at Vista Cay. We originally requested a two bedroom condo which included a sofa bed. When we arrived, we were told that our unit had been upgraded to 3 bedroom. While waiting to checkin management discovered a slight problem with the 3 bedroom unit and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom executive suite at the original price of the two bedroom. Needless to say we had more than enough space to accommodate our family. Alsom we were in walking distance of the pool. Everything was perfect. We were also able to purchase our tickets to the theme parks at the resort so that made things very convenient. Great stay.

We arrived at the check in location early and the person at the front desk was very helpful. She called me on my cell phone to let me know when my room was ready, we checked in around noon. We booked a two bedroom and were very happy and suprised to see we had been upgraded to a three bedroom condo. The location was central to SeaWorld and the convention center. The only negative to the property location was some near by construction. We visited the location in July, hope the construction will be completed by fall.
