Ca' Sagredo - البندقية

This was palatial living. The rooms were simply amazing, and what to say about this hotel... well, rather palace. I was truly impressed by the service and architecture. And what to say about the view on the Canal, next to Ca D'oro. The restaurant was also awesome, and none too expensive. Highly recommended.

We have visited Venice on 11 previous occasions and Ca' Sagredo is without doubt the best hotel in which we've stayed. The surroundings are beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you would like to stay in a palace (literally!) where your every need is catered for - but the atmosphere is delightfully un-stuffy, then this is the hotel for you. We shall be returning as soon as possible!

This hotel is excellent. Stunning interior, great location and well-trained, amiable staff who try hard to please. The cocktails served on the Grand Canal terrace just complete the whole experience. This is an expensive hotel, but worth every penny. PS. If you stay here make sure you take the water taxi from the airport to the hotel's private jetty!

The loveliest Hotel I have stayed in in Venice. Magnificently kept and beautifully situated. We were there for 5 days and it seemed there was only a skeleton staff, but on April 1st (beginning of the high season) everything kicked into overdrive. I felt completely spoiled and loved it!

The Ca’Sagredo Hotel was quite nice. The hotel staff was quite friendly, helpful, and either spoke English, or was able to understand what I was trying to say in my very poorly expressed Italian. : - ) The sleeping area of the room was excellent. The bathroom was constructed of beautiful marble, with a full shower and bath. The location of the hotel is great, and is located one block from the Ca’D’Oro, Vaporetto stop. This made it very easy to get around on the Grand Canal to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. We have/ would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Doens't meet all standards of a 5*L hotel. Wonderful location for sure, nice and kind service, but some minor details which fit more with 4* + : breakfast isn't over the top (fruit juices, bread less than average), TV system really old school, no mineral water in the room. Moreover: the picture displaying a women on a terrace overlooking Venice is a fake: there's absolutely no roof terrace in this hotel, dishonest advertising I think

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff. Facilitated us with an early check-in. Great location. Can get the water bus to Ca'doro stop. Room was smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable. Lovely marble bathroom- huge shower, no bath however. Breakfast was delicious- buffet included sausages, rashers and scrambled eggs. Internet was available in bedroom but not wireless and was expensive.

On the whole, this hotel was a good choice - comfortable with a good location and an attentive front desk staff. However, for the price, I would expect something a little more. We had a junior suite - the room was nice overall except I was a little surprised by the water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast was excellent as was the ambiance and location. However, I would recommend avoiding the restaurant fronting the Grand Canal - the prices are high and the service lackluster - after paying for a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, the waiter filled our glasses just slightly and then took the bottles, never to return, and as I result, neither would I. On the whole, with our discounted rate, it was a decent value, but at full price would not recommend it.

Vi var tre par från Stockholm som gästade hotellet i 4a dygn. Och alla är supernöjda med miljön, rummen samt sevicen från den vänliga och proffsiga personalen! Inget att klaga på!

The hotel is situated on the canal grande, a mere 5min walk, or 3min waterbus, from the rialto bridge and double that to the st marks square. So it's not in the middle of all the action but it is very close. In true SLH style the hotel premises are impeccable. Specifically the 1st floor with the grand frescoed ballrooms and the marble stairways are an amazing sight. Only thing missing in the hotel is a pre- or after dinner drinks area. Even the smaller rooms are well sized and perfectly isolated from the sounds of Venice during high season. The staff is very friendly and truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Only encoutered a few cosmetic errors (breakfest crew eating during service, slightly leaking shower head wrong gondola advice- do not take the one next to the hotel as they will only show you the canals around the hotel. For almost the same price the gondola's around st marks square give you a better experience). I would recommend this hotel, specifically for an engagement trip :)

un hotel magnifique! les photos correspondent totalement à la réalité. Le personnel était chaleureux et serviable et le petit dejeuner était délicieux. ce fut un séjour inoubliable!
