Pretty small room, but otherwise good overall, outstanding value

The hotel was very good. Awesome location to everything in the old city. Plenty of shops and entertainment within walking distance. Will stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ask about their tours.

This is a fantastic hotel. The service was great and the front desk looked things up on the Internet for me. Very clean, and centrally located. The even let me check in early (for a small fee, but that's fine)

Great location - once we'd found it! Its right in the centre of the pedestrianised old town so taxi couldnt take us to the door - but its not a long walk (if we'd gone the direct route!). All the bars, restaurants, clubs you could wish for are on your doorstep - but its not noisy (we had rooms at the back). Had the std rooms - but the size was great for the weekend. Lovely staff throughout. Std buffet breakfast fare but til 11am so was appreciated - great coffee and breads....

Clean and spacious rooms, in a wonderful location. Close to tons of restaurants and shops, and in the center of Bucharest night life -- if that's your thing. It wasn't really ours, but we loved the vibrancy of the area, and being able to open the windows to the city streets below. Breakfast in 'cafe klein' (the hotel cafe) was basic, yet set in a lovely cafe setting that made it a bit more than the 'hotel breakfast'. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, even arranging a 'welcome drink' at Cafe Van Gogh next door. One thing: hotels are not equipped with hairdryers, so make sure to ask for one at check in, or plan to go to breakfast with wet hair. They do have them for use, but you must ask. And one more thing: the hotel elevator is TINY. If you have luggage larger than a wheelie bag, you may want to consider staying elsewhere as the only other options is the stairs

Can't beat the location if you are interested in Bucharest night life. Staff is excellent and provide great service.

A beautiful gem of a boutique hotel right in the middle of the old city with an excellent staff. The morning buffet was ample. There are plenty of options for places to eat, several important sights within walking distance. Additionally a staff member named Toni offers terrific tours that can take you out of the city to places such as Sinaia, Brasov as well as the Bran Castle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rembrandt Hotel!

Great place to stay in Bucharest--in the heart of the Old City. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was great.

Located in Lipscani/Old Town, this hotel is perfectly situated. Charming hotel, friendly, helpful staff, free WIFI, nice continental breakfast and in-room snack basket. Our room, 71, offered a private terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bucharest. No fridge in room, but ice was available for the asking. The TV was equipped with a DVD player and the hotel offers a DVD library free of charge. This cosy room has a Double bed and a deep soaking tub. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel, great service, super cute decoration, very nice location, delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back. Two cons: the shower head didn't mount on the wall and the parking is a little inconvenient, other than that, great.

Small boutique hotel that is excellent in all respects. Not full 4* in facilities - but better than a larger hotel of that level when you consider location and excellent personal service. Personal collection from airport also good value if you arrive late.

The hotel is nothing fancy, but it has a fantastic location in the old city, right on a square near the university with a lot of night life. Really wonderful place.

Went with my sons. Great hotel in a great location. Near bars/reastaurants. Staff was helpful and all spoke English. Only small issue (not an issue for me) is that it is in the old town and no cars, so you need to carry your bags about 100 yards/meters. But, definitely no big deal and I recommend the hotel.

This hotel was terrific ~ we couldn't recommend it enough. The hotel is hip and modern with everything you'd expect. It a boutique hotel at normal hotel prices. Location is fantastic. Walking distance from everything - great for city breaks. Staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English. Highly recommend.

The Hotel Rembrandt is located in the center of the old town on a small street closed to car traffic. Rooms facing the street (Smardan) are large, tastefully furnished with big windows. The windows can be opened, there are screens; there is also air-conditioning. Bathrooms are adequate, there is a soap dispenser, shampoo and bath gel, but no lotion, no Kleenex and only one roll of toilet paper. Room 51 while just as beautiful as the others should be avoided; there seems to be a sewage pipe running underneath the window and the smell is intense. The breakfast room is pleasant, the buffet offered very good, and the coffee is excellent. The staff of the hotel is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a real asset of the hotel. The Cafe Van Gogh in front of the hotel is a pleasant place to sit, sip, and watch people. The Rembrandt is very good value for your money.

באתר אין אפשרות לדעת שגודלו של החדר הוא שני מטרים על אחד וחצי.וכי המעלית צמודה לכל החדרים שכן היא ממוקמת במרכז המלון ומשני צידיה חדרים זעירים שניים עד ארבעה בקומה.

Ett trestjärnigt hotell som väl förtjänar sina stjärnor. Perfekt läge i Gamla stan var många restauranger, kaféer och barer ligger. Nattlivet kan vara något störande om man har rum mot gatan, men det var inget problem att sova. Hjälpsam personal som talar bra engelska. Frukosten var inget särskilt, men fräscht. Ett perfekt hotell att bo på om man ska vara en helg i Bukarest för att turista och gå ut o äta o gå en barrunda på kvällen.

Dejligt hotel og dejlig beliggenhed. Der kunne dog godt have været et køleskab/minibar, der var plads til det.

Rundum zu empfehlen. Zimmer sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage unmittelbar neben der Nationalbank.

Das Hotel liegt in der Fussgängerzone, in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Also ideal gelegen. Auch die Umgebung (Fussgängerzone) ist mit den vielen Cafés / Restaurants attraktiv. Mein Zimmer lag auf der Rückseite vom Hotel, deshalb wohl besonders ruhig. Obwohl ich nur eine Nacht in Bukarest war, hat sich der Aufenthalt im Hotel und in der Stadt gelohnt. Es gab viel zu entdecken. Zu empfehlen ist jump on and off Bus, welcher die Hauptattraktionen ansteuert. Achtung: in den Stosszeiten kann aber die Wartezeit (15 Min. zwischen den Bussen) stark verlängert werden. Service im Hotel ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist für rumänische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Sogar dunkles Brot gab es! Sollte ich nochmals nach Bukarest kommen, würde ich sofort wieder dort einschecken.

habitación muy bonita, estilo senzillo con muebles de madera de calidad, ubicación perfecta en pleno centro historico, personal amable y bastante bien

Personalen var mycket trevlig och duktig på engelska. Läget var perfekt, mitt i centrum och på gångavstånd till palatset. Frukostutbudet var stort och den nypressade apelsinjuicen var uppskattad. En bonus med hotellet var att dom lånade ut dvd-filmer gratis. Rummet var litet men det spelade inte så stor roll. Dörren och fönstret var dessvärre dåligt ljudisolerade. En LCD-TV hade inte varit fel heller. Skulle välja detta hotell om jag kom tillbaka till Bukarest.
