This Hotel is aMUST for a stay in Genova. With the beautiful building, modern and stylish decoration and very pleasant staff, we wished we could have stayed longer. The Spa with the Hydro jets and waterfall colour showers were such a treat after a hot day in the Car driving. Food excellent even our continental breakfast ! I understand this Hotel has been bought over - I would change nothing other than to ensure the description and marketing does this Hotel justice !

We were SOOOO pleased with our stay at the Hotel Bentley. It is a beautiful hotel. We arrived there at the end of our 3 week trip, a little tired and a little frustrated. Hotel Bentley to the rescue. Sidmondie, Fabio and the bellmen were so helpful. They gave us such great service and took care of our requests. Our room was a sanctuary. It had a super comfy bed with lovely linens and the bathroom was fabulous. The spa area downstairs was an added plus. We would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you for a memorable stay.

I can only describe this hotel as "First Class".We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and we certainly did it in style.From the professionalism of the staff to the presentation and taste of the food - all first class!Our room was tastefully decorated,first class amenities,I cannot thank the Hotel staff enough.Just a short stroll down to town where cafe's & shops lined the main street.Special thanks to all.Regards from Australia.

The hotel is located in a quiet area but is a short and safe stroll into the 'center' of town in which you will also have to walk down a flight of stairs (but there is a lift as well). The rooms are well supplied, very clean and lovely decorated, the bathroom and the shower is wonderful. The room was set at a good temperature upon arrival. The front desk was able to give us good instructions and even a great restaurant to eat near the port which was a very good suggestion. The breakfast experience at the restaurant was really bad. All the waiters ignored us despite the fact we were there first and continued to service the Italians first. We ended up setting our own table after waiting about 15 minutes! In addition, the food was limited as they were always running out of food, though they tried to refill it (but not always very efficient at doing so). We went around 11am which appears to be a busy time and they were poorly prepared for a full house.

Wonderful hotel -service,convenient location

Great location, nice staff, terrific cafe across the street. Bentley's restaurant is very good, too. Beautiful, clean hotel.

Overall a very pleasant hotel. Exceptionally helpful hall porter who couldn't do enough to suggest local restaurants and offer guidance on seeing the best spots in Genoa. The hotel was only let down by very slow service at breakfast despite only a handful of guests. Excellent buffet though!

The Bentley is a wonderful place to stay. We will go back again. The room, food, and service were exceptional. They serve the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It is a bit of a walk to the center of town that can be difficult for older or disabled people, but there is a taxi stand right across the street.

5 stars and elected top hotel in Genova by trip advisor speak for themselves, we enjoyed our stay, the staff is very friendly. However a few small things I would not expect given these top ratings. The breakfast buffet is excellent for Italian standards, but the coffee was cold, and the buffet was not refilled very quickly. At 10 in the morning, the hotel lounge area still had the empty bottles and glasses from the night before on the tables. Our room couldn't be locked from the outside, and we had to call twice reception for somebody to come around (who didn't really fix it). The whirlpool was off, again we had to call reception to turn it on for 15 min. Still would recommend the Bentley. Location is in residential, more open area, 15 min walk into the old town

I rarely would write a review on anything, but I feel compelled to do so on the Bently hotel. I chose it based on the 5 star rating. I have traveled Europe several times and this has to be in the top three hotels I have ever stayed at in all of Europe. The facility was spotless, the decor and quality of construction was impeccable. It is a relatively small hotel and not resort like, but defiantly first class. I was there on business and had several request for help from their staff with deliveries and arrangements, they were able to accommodate me very well. I would highly recommend this Hotel!!

Ein Hotel, welches nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Absolute Profis beim Personal, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hund ohne Aufpreis, dafür Garage €33,50, aber verständlich. Bei Aufenthalt in Genua jederzeit wieder.

un hôtel assez bien situé, dans un quartier calme non loin du centre. L'accueil y est agréable, les chambres confortables.

Estupendo en todo los aspectos, atención al cliente, servicio de calidad, limpieza, el desayuno pefecto, se encuentra situado cerca de todo, en una zona residenical, a 10 minutos andando de la estación tren de Brignole y del centro de la ciudad antigua Piazza Ferrari, con parada de taxi y autobus enfrente del hotel.

Ottimo soggiorno, l'hotel é ubicato in una zona facile da raggiungere e le camere sono molto eleganti, curate. Alcune imperfezioni per un 5 stelle (la temperatura in camera era leggermente alta mentre nel bagno era leggermente bassa) ma valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo posso dire che é tra i migliori mai provati. Unica nota è il parcheggio, in zona difficile da trovare.

Très bon hôtel,quoique inférieur au Mélia Barcelone. Rien à redire,personnel attentionné,chambre spacieuse très bien entretenue. Buffet correct (mais rien à voir avec celui de Barcelone) Je recommande cette chaine

Franchement pointileux sur les hotels visités je n'ai rien à reprocher ici. Cet hotel est parfait tant pour sa situation, son prix en saison creuse, la deco des chambres, le calme, le petit dejeuner. Parking a 20€ par jour mais qui reste en dessous des montants pharaoniques demandés à Gênes.

Et ypperlig hotel i høy klasse. Hjelpsom og svært imøtekommende betjening. Betjeningen var godt kjent i området og kunne bidra med mange tips til en familie på ferie etpar dager i regionen. Det ble både by med museer og strand på oss. Flott romslige rom, got frokostbuffet med noe for enhver smak. Beliggenhet i et rolig område av byen men bare en kort gåtur unna handlegater og sentrum. Mange koselige mindre restauranter i nærområdet. Anbefales!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was on walking distance from the old city and harbour. The hotelroom was very comfortable and luxurious. The spa area was beautiful in design but desperately needed maintenance as showers, jets in pool etc were not functioning properly. The breakfast was a disappointment as the staff was slow and not alert. Too many bowls and plates were empty and we had to ask for refils all the time. You don't expect this in a high end hotel like this.

ホテルのある場所は駅からは少し離れていますが、 落ちつた場所の立地でした。 旧市街など観光地へは徒歩圏内です。 ホテルの前の小路を入ってすぐのところに、 スーパーもあり、お土産や水を買うこともできました。 ホテルの部屋は広く、とても清潔で、機能的でした。 バスタブとシャワーブースも独立していました。 チェックインが遅くなったので、ゆっくり滞在できなかったのが残念です。 今度ジェノバに滞在するならまた利用したいと思います。

Très bel hôtel pour lequel les architectes d'intérieur ont magnifiquement réussi à trouver un style et du mobilier correspondant à l'aspect art déco du batiment et notamment de son bel escalier. Par ailleurs notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable de même que la salle de bain. Bon petit déjeuner, personnel serviable.

Hôtel impeccable, dommage simplement que le spa ne propose pas de soins et que le restaurant est une carte un peu limitée.

trés bon hotel avons apprécié la chambre ansi que la piscine trés chaude prestation à la hauteur a recommander 10/10
