Huentala Hotel - ميندوزا

Comfortable, nice staff, clean, good price, big beds, patio with lawn furiniture, spa with free sauna and good massage prices, not much more to ask for. Close to square and Sheraton next door has a casino for passing the night time. I will come back for sure.

The hotel was very comfortable, enjoyed the location. Breakfast got a little boring after 4 days. Lots of good quality but and it was good, but it was the same ole thing day after day. It would be nice if one could order from a menu to give a little variety, even if there was a small nominal charge.

My husband and I traveled throughout South America and we stayed at Huentala during our visit to Mendoza. It was the highlight of our trip! Mendoza is a must. Between visiting vineyards and having wine tastings in picturesque settings, or going zip lining and white water rafting in the Mendoza river, or having some of the best dinners of all time, we had an amazing time. Huentala Hotel added to this great experience. We had a private wine tasting in their superb wine cellar, great breakfasts with a nice variety of food, convenient and safe location in the city, and a comfortable and clean stay make this a perfect boutique hotel to stay at in a perfect destination!

Breakfast & dining area were very nice. Hotel room was comfortable, but the floor (wood) seemed a little dirty & we could sometimes smell odd "exhaust" smells from the building behind. Also they had some kind of flowery "Febreze" smell that was very overpowering in the lobby. Hotel staff was helpful. When we visited, they pool was closed for maintenance, but they had an arrangement with the Sheraton next-door to use their pool (which was bigger & probably nicer, so that worked out good).

We stayed three nights at the Huentala in January 2013. We found the staff to be very professional and helpful (there was always someone at the front desk that spoke english). The rooms are cute and well appointed. The restaurant is worth visiting. The food and service were above average. The Huentala is only about 20 to 30 minutes from the heart of Mendoza's wine country. The only issues I had were that the hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay so there was scaffolding on the facade that made it hard to find (I do not consider this a reason not to come back) and that the air conditioner struggled (this I found to be true on our entire trip in Chile and Argentina). Overall I would definately come back to this hotel!

We had a great stay at the Huentala, however would have appreciated them making us aware of the construction to the hotel when we booked. Our suite was beautiful but received no sunlight, no usable patio, and plenty of construction noise. The construction workers were on scaffolding directly outside our window. Luckily we had a busy schedule and were not planning on sleeping in! The hotel is adjoined to the Sheraton and the casino, which add to the amenities of the Huentala hotel. Overall, great hotel.

The hotel belongs to Sheraton group and offers the 5-star accommodation + service at 3.5 star price. Excellent value for money.

The rooms are really small and noisy. The breakfast was the best I have seen in Argentina. The location cannot be much better.

It is on the main road so very central. Our room was a bit small but the hotel staff was very helpful, especially Ana at the front desk.

This was a nice little hotel but not near to other things. If you want to be in the middle of it stay in town. They do have a shuttle that runs regularly so getting around is not a problem. The scenery is beautiful! Food is not so good. Great restaurants in town though for lunch and/or dinner! Great Value!

friendly staff, clean hotel, very nice breakfast, my only complaint was that the twin beds we were given ( as opposed to full size or queen size ) were so very narrow I thought I might fall off!

We had a fantastic stay here. After a late arrival (due to border between Chile and Argentina!) we were welcomed with opened arms. English was well spoken by everyone which made things easier with our limited Spanish! The pool is very small and a little dated but a nice escape from the heat. The gym was good too. It is in a great location to walk out around the city during day and night. If you are looking for a nice classy hotel in Mendoza then don't look any further.

Convenient location , very helpful staff whom many speak very good English at the desk. Gave great restaurant recommendations. Standard room is small, bur bathroom was large.

We reserved a suite at this hotel, as did our friend, her room was far superior to ours. We asked the front desk if we could switch rooms, because of the position of the toilet my husband couldn't even sit on it (he's very tall). They kindly gave us a new room which was much better than our original room, but still nowhere as nice as our friend's. We were satisfied with our new room, but surprised by how widely the "same room" differs. If we had not seen our friend's room we probably would have kept our original room and been miserable.

Very good and cozy little hotel. Well situated close to many outdoor restaurants in the city. Employees very attentive and cooperative for whatever requeswt presented. Neighbour to big Sheraton Hotel and Casino. I would return to the same hotel.

. I was really impressed with the level of service from the beginning. We arrived in Mendoza from an overnight bus trip at around 9am and the employees rushed to get us in our hotel room super early. In addition, we didn't really have our day of wine tasting set up. That's when they arranged an amazing day for us within about 15 minutes. All in all.. great hotel. Not luxurious, but definitely nice.

smelly bathroom. windows don't close. But nice service.

The hotel looks nice. Our only problem was the check in. We arrived after the stated check in time but we needed to wait for more than 30 minutes for our room to be ready. We got a double room, but the beds were just really small twins beds, not really matching the price and the 4 stars that it was supposed to be. I would only recomend it if you are getting a single room.

Hotel Excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Atenderam prontamente tudo que pedi. Tinha tudo para que eu tivesse uma estadia excelente. Desde sais de banho para a hidromassagem a kit para barbear. Recomendado.

La habitación que me tocó fue chica. Cuenta con muy buen baño.El servicio de la recepción es muy buena.

Buen hotel, buen cuarto, buen desayuno. Muy bien ubicado Estacionamiento al costado es pagado USD 7y con nregular aatención, pero suficiente. La masajista no llego alhotel al horario planeado Volveria

A estadia foi ótima. O Hotel e acomodações são de ótima qualidade.A localização também boa e o atendimento dos funcionário também é boa. A unica sugestão que faço e melhoar a variedade do café da manha, nao que esteja ruim mas pode melhorar muito. outro ponto qua faz a diferença. Foi na recepção de chegada e também de Saida que não tivemos nehum apoio com as malas, somente quando entramos no Hall do Hotel. Principalmente para as mulheres que viajam com grande parte do guarda-roupa na mala , este tipo de ajuda faz a diferença.

This hotel couldnt be more perfect when returning from a hot day at the vineyards. The outdoor pool and fitness room on the 3rd floor is good. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the bar in the reception is always full of guests having drinks before going out. Walking in the reception you will find big bowls with apples to enjoy. The rooms are very modern especially the bathrooms. We highly recommend staying here.

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal de primerisima, excelente. Todo es sumamente recomendable, salvo el restaurante que me parecio malo y carisimo. No recomiendo comer alli.Volveria a elegir este hotel pero comiendo en otro lado.

Muito bom hotel, limpo e o atendimento muito bom! Café da manhã bom, e o que mais gostamos foi que os quartos são de piso de madeira, o que os torma muito mais limpos. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

Hotellet var et virkelig godt hotel, med en yderst behagelig stemning og meget hjælpsomt personale. Alle i receptionen og i restauranten var flydende på engelsk og der var ingen sprogudfordringer!! Det var en meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet, med jævlig opfyldning og derfor hele tiden frisk mad!! Den daglig roomservice var grundig og gennemført. Generelt, var der god mulighed for hjælp og vejledning, til hvad man måtte have brug for, i receptionen. Et virkelig godt hotel!!!
