This is a simple hotel conveniently located for adventures in the North Cascades. The staff is friendly and efficient, the room scrupulously clean, lots of parking. Breakfast pretty basic -- breads and oatmeal -- plenty of coffee. Negatives were noisy heater/air conditioner and thin room walls.

Had everything we needed at a good price. Wireless internet was slow. Liked having both a desk and a table and chairs. Heater unit a bit noisy. Would stay there again.

Apparently the Inn is under new management. I dealt with the new manager Kris. She was accomodating, helpful, friendly, and gave me a great deal on the room. I will highly recommend the Three Rivers, and when I have to get up North again, it will definitely be my stop. Thanks so much Kris... EB..

The room was really clean but the sink had a slow drain and the heater didn't work real well. As a matter of fact we just about froze to death. I turned the heat up to 91 and I don't think that it ever even got up to 65. This is the third year we have come up there and we don't know if we will stay there next year or not. I know that they are under new management and they are trying their best to make things right.

This inexpensive motel in a great location. It's under new management and is a fine place to use as a base for traveling to San Juan Islands and the North Cascades National Park. The town of Sedro-Wooley is quaint. Three Rivers includes a basic continental breakfast that is fresh and tasty. If you want a complete breakfast, the town has a few places that are just within a few minutes away.

Room very noisy--Shower noise from next door rooms very load.

This hotel was very basic and needed some updating but we really just needed a place to sleep as we headed to our ultimate destination of Leavenworth via the beautiful north Cascades loop. As far as a simple, easy to find, location for a one night stay it was just fine. I would not want to make it a destination spot hotel however. Front desk employees were nice. Area seemed quiet. Worked for what we needed it to be.

This hotel is old and on a busy road. While the rates are fine, that's about it for this place.

The only complaint was that the pool and hot tub had not been cleaned and the hot tub jets did not work. Of course this time of the year the leaves and all are falling so it is hard to keep on top of the cleaning all the time.

My needs were pretty basic. I was just looking for convenient lodging on the way to my destination. Accomodations were fine for a late arrival/early departure. Room fan helped block out any outside noise. No complaints.

clean room, good service, friendly staff. Off season, so the pool was not available (green) other than that, and the shower not having hot water in the afternoon, it was a wonderful stay! I will stay here again!

I stayed in this hotel purely for its proximity to a workshop I was taking. The room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, shower hot and good pressure. Continental breakfast and location left something to be desired - but it was perfectly quiet at night. Realistically should have been a bit cheaper for what and where it was.

The room was on the second level and away from the street resulting in no street noise. It was in good condition and included in room coffee service and hair dryer. HBO channels were nice although hard to hear over the noise of the window heater / cooling conditioner. Comfortable bed. Had a nice view of the pool area and sunset. Neither the spa or pool were in service and the ice machine was out of service for the winter. I found a couple of small hairs remaining near the sink area but the room seemed clean overall. Overall, given the rate, value was good.

The hotel needs updating.

Really just a low-budget motel. Paper thin walls, stale smoke smell, and no internet access (I tried to connect to their wireless network with both my laptop and my iPhone, unsuccessfully). The "continental breakfast" was non-existent. This place seemed a little nicer a few years ago, but I'll never stay here again.

The hotel is not near the highway at all, and the room smelled like stale smoke.There were no pool towels, the pool had bugs in it and the hot tub was out of order. The evening front desk clerk was friendly enough, but interactions with the morning clerk seemed like an inconvenience to her. Overall, it was a bed for the night, but our experience was not the clean comfortable hotel that we thought we were getting based on the reviews/info given on the site. We did get a fairly good rate though.

We were worried about what we would find outside the usual zone of hotels but we were very pleased with the room. It was nicer and cleaner than most of the standard hotels on our trip.

We stayed at this hotel for one night over the Olympics 2010. Upon check-in I was given a discount voucher for the next door italian restaurant which makes a really good pizza. The room was comfortable although noises from adjacent room could be heard, not a big deal since I was tired and fall asleep immediatly, the room furniture and bathroom showed its age and needed some maintenance. The breakfast is served at the reception office with no table/chairs to seat. Ok for the price

The Pool and Spa were closed even though the brochure said they were open through September. We thought the rate was high but there were 4 of us....

We stayed at this hotel for two nights over the July 4th weekend. Our room was comfortable and quiet although the carperting could have standeda more through vacuming. The bathroom was clean but need some real maintenance attention. The houskeeping though was non existent. Our bewd went unmade the floor still needed vacuming and the towels and supplies were not replenished.

Sur la grande route qui traverse Seedro Wooley, cet hôtel est correct, mais il pas de restaurants qui se respectent dans les environs ! Le petit déjeuner est plus que succint et servi devant la réception dans un espace de 2 m² avec une seule table ronde pour 4 ! ! !
