Premiere Classe Lyon Centre - Gare Part Dieu - ليون

We had a intermediate stop in Lyon before we flew back home. For this purpose, the hotel is perfectly fine. It's situated close to the Part Dieu station where the tram to the airfield has its end station. You shouldn't be over 100kg because of the shower cabin is very tight. The rooms are small and clean. A breakfast is 4,50€. For the price it's ok.

I was traveling all over France for two weeks, and had an early flight back from Lyon to the states, so I decided to stay one night in Lyon. This hotel was perfect for me. It's really close to the train station that takes you to and from the airport, and it's within walking distance to several beautiful areas in Lyon. I felt perfectly safe and secure with the location of the hotel and the staff were extremely nice!

Adequate for $s. Bathroom very small, but at least there was one.

we stay here for 3 nights, location is excellent and just5-7min. walking distance from Gare de Part Dieu, we reached Lyon by night flight and perfectly OK for walking to the hotel by rhone express. the room is very clean, thought shower is bit small, but well, one just spend at most 30 mins. for a shower, so it's OK, another weakpoint is the wifi (free), u needs to ask the receptionist giving u passwords in every day's stay, and u better access it in non rush hrs. , or u get jammed.

I was there on business and found the hotel to be quite satisfactory for that purpose. The showers are far to small. Even for a small person. But the room was very clean, the hotel nice, clean and modern and the people at the front desk quite nice and helpful.

I'd recommend this hotel, for two reasons: location and convenience. The location is perfect, in my opinion, because if you don't drive there is access 5 minutes away from the main train station, metro, trams and buses, as well as the convenience of a tram from the airport: and there's a shopping centre 'on the doorstep' too. If you don't mind walking it's within easy access of Presqu'ile and Vieux Lyon, also accessed by the public transport mentioned. Regarding the hotel itself, although a little basic, each room has wifi and a tv, as well as the usual facilities and the hotel has a breakfast room with polite staff. I've stayed at the hotel twice so far. I'm sure there may be some people who want more to their hotel, but the place is affordable and clean, and when all you really do is sleep there, again, in my opinion, you don't need to 'pay' for things you don't use.

Great location near railway station. One thing - it was too hot inside. Air condition was not in service, maybe because it was only April. But we were really satisfied with this hotel. Across the street you can buy fresh coffee and croissant in the morning.

I was only staying for one night, so just needed a bed for the night, so proximity to old Lyon was not a remote priority. The hotel is located about 5 or so minutes walk to the south from the Rhonexpress stop/railway station in a business district. Rooms either face onto the street or onto the railway- my room faced over the railway, but it was actually quite a quiet location. If you have stayed in a budget french chain hotel, the room layout will be familiar, with a small bathroom pod in the corner, and a table and wall-mounted TV by the window. Rooms are clean, and they leave 2 boiled sweets on the info leaflets for you, which is kind of cute, but unnecessary. Ignore the information in the leaflet about how to connect to the hotel wireless- get the username and pass code from reception when you check-in. You have to re-enter these details after around an hour, so don't lose the details or you'll have to go back to reception! Breakfast is on a par with other budget french chains with an all-you-can-eat set-up- you get 2 breakfast cereals in dispensers, a small selection of breads and jams, yoghurt, and hot drinks and orange juice from a machine. Only difference is the the staff actually clear up after you here. To eat out, there is not a lot going on- there is a pizza place and a chinese restaurant opposite, and the usual fast-food places at the railway station. You could also go to the other hotels for dinner- e.g. Courtepaille Grill at the Ibis. I guess you could just get on the Metro and head to old Lyon for the evening if you are after something more interesting. Overall, a perfectly satisfactory stay.

This is a good place to stay if you are in transit and absolutely need to be within walking distance to Part-Dieu but its so easy to stay a bit further and have access to nicer neighborhoods with more restaurants and more character that I think spending the two euro to take the metro elsewhere is worth it. The rooms is spacious enough for two and the beds aren't bad. Unfotunately people are right the bathrooms are weird. They are best described as orange portapoties with a shower head. It's awkward to take a bath as you have no elbow room the curtain sticks to you and the air in the rooms does not work at all so there's no ventilation in that porta-poty. The windows do open which is good b/c the AC does not work - ok as long as its not summer b/c the rooms bake during the day SW facing building. Like another review said: good for one night.

Three major problems with this hotel: 1. It is a bog standard modern hotel but the only thing premier is the price. 2. The shower control is downright dangerous. You are highly likely to get scalded. I am sure that overheat thermostats are available in France. 3. The breakfast is minimal even by French standards.

The hotel was located where I wanted to be, close to the train station and also to where I had my business meetings. Also, if time allows, the hotel is close to a large shopping center. Although provided at an additional cost, the breakfast was great value, the bread seemed fresh and the juice and coffee were also tasty. The room: bed, desk, tv, bathroom, all of these were fine on their own, but in a small room they caused problems. I was in the room on my own, and with my suitcase open on the ground it was difficult to move around. The shower stall was also smaller than expected. Elbows often hit the sides, and the water temperature selector causing uncomfortable moments. The staff were generally pleasant, except for one attendant. To eat breakfast you must purchase a voucher at reception. When I asked for one, he was very put out. If you are staying one night, the hotel is ok, if you are staying more than that, try to get a big room!

Hotel room was pretty cramped for 3 people, so was the toilet (just slightly bigger than an airplane toilet). Nevertheless, location was extremely good, <400m from Lyon Gare Part Dieu and quiet surroundings. Service at the reception (young chap) was good during the day, but a bit nonchalant (older man) during the night. Overall, I was pretty pleased with the hotel and it's value.

This hotel was definitely not first class, but more like a run-down hostel. It lacked basic amenities like a telephone. The room smelled horrible and the bathroom was about the size of one in an airplane. Though breakfast was relatively inexpensive at less than 5 euros, there also wasn't much to eat besides bread and yogurt.

It is a very basic hotel, but we wanted a cheap place to stay, so this was perfect. We had a room with double bed and a bunk bed overhead. Beds were actually quite comfortable. Room itself was quite small for 3 people with luggage, but we managed. The bathroom is tiny, but clean which is the main thing. Reception staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great. Just down the road from the Part Dieu train station and the stop for the airport bus, which makes travelling to/from the airport easy. Also, you can walk everywhere from the hotel or catch one of the many busses which stop in front of the station. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a cheap place to stay while visiting the beautiful city of Lyon. I would definitely stay there again.

va pour une étape d'une nuit bon rapport qualité-prix salle de douche très etroite avec rideau de douche en plastique! mais vu le prix, on ne s'attend pas à du luxe!

excellente insonorisation, lits aux matelas assez durs et très confortables, déco sobre, moderne, sensation d'espace et de lumière même dans une petite chambre à trois lits.

Nous avons attendu 30 minutes avant d'avoir la carte de notre chambre, arrivé de notre train à la gare à 23h30, 5 minutes à pied et longue attente à l'accueil.Il y avait un groupe qui a régler en chèque vacance cela n'en finissait pas et je croyais qu'il fallait régler la chambre par avance, ce que j'avais fait. Enfin nous sommes rentrés dans notre chambre à minuit 15 et nous avons attendus debout à l'accueil la vraie galère après un trajet en train de 4h30. Pas trop sérieux comme accueil.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pas loin de la gare, très bon accueil, les personnels sont sympas. La chambre est confortable dans d'ensemble, ainsi la bonne qualité du lit mais juste un point négatif concernant les serviettes sont rêches.

Ok dans l'ensemble mais j'ai entendu le voisin ronfler toute la nuit... Les croissants du petit déjeuner semblent venir de sachets, le mien était mou et pas du jour. Sinon, chambre très propre et personnel de la salle de petit déjeuner très accueillant.

aller au campanile pour le repas car ça fait parti de la même chaine peut être y espérer manger correctement relève d e l'utopie surtout dans une capitale gastronomique comme lyon. A force de trop tirer sur la qualité Campanile aura bientôt des problèmes la nourriture y est franchement en dessous de tout mais conforme à al nouvelle image que C veut se donner Trop c'est trop plus jamais!!!! sinon l'hotel bof mais ça va...

Attention, le WIFI ne fonctionne pas si vous êtes dans un étage élevé, et bien sur, ce n'est stipulé nulle part... pas pratique de descendre en chaussons à l'accueil le soir pour envoyer un mail. Chambre propre. Pour les sensibles au bruit, le train est juste à côté tout de même.

Très bien si ce n'est l'accès Wifi qui ne tient pas ses promesses au niveau des chambres (801), pourtant je bénéficiait d'une superbe vue à l'est.

Simple à trouver Bien situer Par contre, le WIFI fonctionne très mal quand on est au 7eme étage

hotel sympa pour passer une nuit, surtout à 3 adultes. Mais très bien situé et facile à trouver. Nous sommes satisfait de ce séjour

tres bien pour court sejour,parking un peu cher 7 euros/jour, pas de chance lit grincait des que je bougeais signalé à l'accueil, impossible d'avoir fiches de paiement individuel nous etions 5 pour 3 chambres et comme la reservation etait faite par internet pas de fiche!

En un mot: A FUIR!!! Le personnel n'était vraiment pas sympa, le réseau WIFI était comme par hasard hors service tout comme la climatisation! Chambre étroite, plafond très bas, "salle de bain" minuscule sous forme de cabine entièrement en plastique du sol au plafond, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre! Claustro s'abstenir!!! Pour compléter le décor, voie de chemin de fer à quelques mètres seulement avec des trains de marchandises qui circulent toutes la nuit à un rythme infernal!!! Bref, un vrai cauchemar, on a écourté notre séjour mais une nuit c'était déjà de trop!

Petit-déjeuner lamentable: café soluble, jus d'orange goût synthétique, pain caoutchouc. Wifi poussif, mais votre mot d'excuse fait plaisir.
