Villaggio Hotel - ميندوزا

The staff were extremely helpful, spoke English fluently. and very friendly. The room was decent, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was nice. The business center is a little lacking, if you need to do some printing and scanning. The wi-fi in the hotel was decent (and free). The nice part of about this hotel is that, for the price and comfort level, it's close to where you want to be in Mendoza. Restaurants, bars, etc. are all within walking distance.

Great little hotel in an excellent location a block back from the main square. Friendly & helpful staff, nice breakfast & spotless and comfortable rooms. We stayed for 2 nights & would highly recommend.

Convenient $ exchanges at hotel, at corner exchange house with best exchange rates in Santiago. Many really good restaurants within two blocks. The W hotel is two blocks away and they have an awesome lounge. Convenient breakfast served downstairs. They gym lacks but the rooms are a high quality for what you pay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, wonderful, helpful staff who speak English. The pillows weren't very fluffy and the comforter was beautiful, but way too heavy for hot weather. Breakfasts were awesome.

location was good but rooms were tiny. overall a very nice hotel with a nice lounge/bar area.

Check-in was fine, however the room I first received was right over front door on main st, offering an apparent noisy stay. I immediately requested another room off the street & did get one...however, construction of the fifth floor fitness center caused this room to also be noisy for most of the day. If you want aq quiet hotel, this is not the one for you. Every door that is opened & shut on you floor is heard (along with conversations). Luckly, I had arranged tours, which kept me out of the hotel most of the day. The room was fairly simple & clean. A pretty good breakfast was included with the room charge. The front desk person was great & assisting me with securing cooking class reservation & helping direct a cab to get me there. I have travelled worldwide, mostly to major cities on business, so I appreciate a good hotel. However, I have a problem rating Villaggio a a 4-star hotel. I do not know what the term "botique" hotel means, but at the end of the day, after getting the A/C adjusted, I did get a few good nights sleep & felt well rested to take on the new day (the Malbec did not hurt, I/m sure!)

This small boutique hotel is in an ideal location in Mendoza and the hotel staff are pleasant and very helpful. The restaurants they recommend had the best food I had in Argentina. The breakfast is very good and ask for a freshly made cafe con leche.

Incredible staff, consistent year after year, and clean hotel. For the price, you can not go wrong. Gorgeous duvets and the staff fold your sheets down in the evening. I would recommend this. David at the front desk was helpful and the staff spoke English.

The hotel was read as a 4.5 star accomadatiom, but should not be higher than a 3.5 in my opinion. I have traveled extensively throughout the years and the hotel does not make the ranking. It is a good place to spend the night, but not a 4.5!

Really good option and affordable in Mendoza. I will definitely recommend this hotel, specially for a weekend vacation. Perfectly located, also for those interested in visiting wineries!!!

Very good and clean room in a nice neighbourhood. the best was the people...waiters, receptionist, cleaning people...they were all so nice that it made big part of my trip.

By far the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Argentina. The breakfast was great, the rooms were nice, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. On our last day we asked for a late checkout since our overnight bus to BA was not leaving until 8pm. They not only allowed us to stay in the room for the full day but allowed us to do so at no additional charge! Thanks Villagio!

Very helpful and thoughtful staff. Although we speak Spanish, the staff was very eager to use their excellent English to help us along. They helped with wine tour reservations, among other things. Breakfast was good, although the coffee at the buffet was terrible. (They made us quite good cappucinos on request however.) Highly recommended in all regards.

This was our first stay in Mendoza. I chose this hotel because of the great reviews it received. It definitely lived up to its reputation. Great location! Very close to the central plaza and surrounding sites. The staff was amazingly helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It was also a plus that parking and breakfast were included.

I have been backpacking around Argentina, staying in hostels mainly, but with the easter weekend everything was booked up. Treated myself to a room at Villaggio and was definitely impressed. The rooms have everything you expect, the staff is friendly, the breakfast buffet in the morning is superb and it is in a good location. Can´t complain at all.

A confortable, pleasant stay with no surprises. A clean hotel with excellent breakfast service. Close to the center of town, and having many conforts and ammenities. Pleasant. very helpful and dependable staff.

The hotel was centrally located. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They provided excellent recommendations and made reservations for restaurants in the area.

Much better than we expected in fact the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Argentina. The hotel was lovely and easy to find. The staff were fantastic many speaking english which made it much easier for us. They attended all our needs and were more than accomodating. The breakfast was great with good variety and the pool area beautiful. Our room was spacious and very nice. We even had beds turned down and chocolate every night. We would highly recommend this hotel for its service above and beyond, its location and its beautiful boutique atmoshphere.

I booked two rooms at the hotel for three nights total. The rooms were surprisingly large and the hotel's recent renovation was evident. The front desk staff spoke good English. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had a good selection of items. They even have a coffee bar that can make espresso or capuccino during your breakfast. In-room wireless internet was fast and reliable. Everyone in my party was pleased with our stay.

The Villaggio Hotel should be listed at least as a solid 4 star hotel, not a 3 1/3 star. Is is modern, nice, comfortable and simple with good taste. The staff is simply the best. The Villaggio is located very close to restaurants, shopping and one of the casinos. The reservation slip stated that breakfast was not included, but we were pleased to learn that a small European style buffet breakfast was included in the rate. Free parking is available, just around the corner, which made it very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are for nice modern simplicity with a wonderful staff.

The hotel was very nice and is conveniently located near many restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Try not to get a connecting room. You will be able to hear everything going on next door!!!!

reception efficient , friendly and fluent English Breakfast a great spread ( other than the eggs) Great location for shopping , resturants end must see plazas etc We will return there every time . Possible that the noise level due to thin walls may bother some guests .

The rooms are clean and nice. The beds were not the most comfortable, but after some Malbec you will sleep just fine. The best part of the hotel is the location. Right next to the Hyatt and walking distance to some very good restaurants (Francesca's - excellent Italian). Everything else was a short cab ride away. One note. Do not get tricked into hiring a private taxi. It was safe and nice, but the buses or transfers included in the Outdoor activities and Wine Tours are just as good.

Hotel tranquilo, de lindos espacios, lindo diseño, lo mas destacable el excelente desayuno y buena atención del personal. Necesita dedicar mas atención al mantenimiento del hotel, mamposterias con detalles a reparar, presión de agua en baños etc.

Tämä pieni boutique-hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla Mendozan keskustassa. Hotellissa on ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta ja erinomainen palvelu. Poiketen esitteistä, hotellissa ei ollut kuntosalia.

Meget bra service, godt utstyrt også med svømmebasseng. Gode språkkunnskaper, greit og trygt område med gåavstand til byens serverdigheter. Kan absolutt anbefales.

Hotel muy bonito y muy bien ubicado. El problema es el ruido, están arreglando un piso que parece que se incendió, nadie nos avisó de esa situación y el día sábado a las 8:30 am empezaron con los trabajos bastante ruidosos. Además el ruido del pasillo (mucamas con intercomunicadores a todo volumen y otros huéspedes) se siente completo adentro de la pieza lo que hace bastante difícil descansar. Si van por trabajo me parece perfecto el hotel, pero para descansar no podría recomendarlo.

Yo. Que viajo mensualmente a Mza quise probar este Hotel que decía tener gimnasio, cosa que se había quemado hace dos meses....se puede entender, pero tampoco había alternativa propuesta por el hotel donde reemplazara dicho servicio, no lo considero para nada de 4 estrellas.

No geral o hotel, suas instalações e atendimento é bom mas, o sistema de aquecimento dos apartamentos estava deficiente, a internet apesar de gratuíta não funcionou no apartamento, o café da manhã tem poucas opções de frutas e sem alternativa para quem tem intolerância ao glútem.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado perto das principais avenidas e praças de Mendoza. Fez ótimas indicações de passeios. Pessoal simpatico e atencioso. O único detalhe negativo ficou por conta do sistema de aquecimento. Fazia bastante frio (perto de 0ºC) e o equipamento não pareceu capaz de dar conta da temperatura, mas mesmo assim voltaria certamente lá.

Excellent hotel with an interesting price when comparede with other options at the city.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. O staff é muito educado, atencioso e prestativo, atenderam todas as nossas solicitações prontamente! As instalações são novas e é tudo muito limpo. O café da manhã é farto e com bastante variedade! Ainda nos presentiaram com um late check-out no último dia.

En nuestra habitacion ell aire acondicionado no funcionaba siempre bien, las almohadas no eran muy comodas, la secadora de pelo no funcionaba bien, la manija de la puerta nos quedo en la mano y teniamos que ingeniarnoslas para cerrar la puerta cuando saliamos de la habitacion.

idéalement placé proche centre ville mais dans une rue calme. Excellent rapport qualité-prix chambre ultra propre et comfortable- SdB irréprochable aux antipodes des hotels 5 * internationaux avec des réceptions gigantesques et anonymes mais un vrai 4* pour le standing général. Bon et copieux petit-déjeuné.
