Hilton Garden Inn New York/Chelsea - نيويورك

Very impressed with friendliness of all employees from the doorman, lobby and cleaning staff. We were in NYC so my husband could have a medical procedure done. Since we traveled by train our arrival and departure times didn't match our check-in and check-out times. The staff made every effort to accommodate our needs and was very much appreciated. We would definitely consider going back and recommending this hotel to others.

IT WAS VERY NOISEY AND A BABY CRYING THRU THE NIGHT. WORSE NIGHT SLEEP I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. STAFF VERY NICE...

Service at the door and check in was friendly and the location is only half a block from subway line 1. The room and shower are updated. Not much in the immediate neighborhood besides Starbucks, a few bagel shops and Pret a Manger, but Times Square is only two stops away. Penn Station/Madison Square Garden are a short cab ride/long walk away. We will stay here when we return to the city.

it was fine. Men's room in the basement was not flushing

the only issue we had was at check in, where they wanted to charge us extra, for us being 2 adults and 2 kids, despite this was clearly stated in the accepted reservation. Once we produced the reservation with info, everything was ok. I would not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, just because it is expensive at $17 each, you can have the same just outside for half. I liked the street being surrounded by plant stores, in the morning, when all the plants are put outside, gives you a different sense. The room was clean and spacious enough and the hotel was clean.

The Hilton Garden Inn is great because its a high quality hotel located on 28th St so you are central to head either downtown or uptown. The quality of the rooms and is great, with cable tv channels and the internet works great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Every member of the staff was helpful and very friendly! Our entire family felt welcome and comfortable during our stay!

Nice hotel well placed just off of 6th ave. Smack bang in the middle of the flower district which brightens your morning! Really nice staff who looked after us really well especially the kids! Room was ok, clean but a little pokey...but hey it's NY!

the staff - valets, reception, waitress at breakfast, cleaning lady, brought the experience to a whole other level. Priceless experience. Conveniently located. $5-10 cab to anywhere if you do not want to walk. Rooms were surprisingly quiet! They found my purse in the room which I forgot to take with me upon my departure. Genuine and friendly people. without a shadow of a doubt, would return and recommend.

There wasn't any good places to eat a good breackfeast and I was not going to spend $17.00 dollas at your hotel for breckfeast

Good location and clean hotel. Had hard time deciding to walk up town (Times Square) or downtown (Fashion District and Madison Square) so did both. This hotel worked out great for our needs. Fantastic.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was convenient to almost everything and the guest services were very helpful. Our room was clean and it was surprisingly roomy for NYC. We will definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great location for easily reaching many parts of NYC. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean with really comfortable bed (adjustable). Our room was very quiet, facing on opposite side of hotel from 28th street. The price is right. Will definitely come back next trip to NYC.

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Hilton Chelsea for the Big East basketball tournament. The rooms was very clean, very comfortable and the front desk was outstanding. We mistakenly received a wake up call the first morning at 6 am. The front desk gave us 4 free breakfast buffet coupons ($80 value) for the inconvenience. Their recommendations for dining spots were also fantastic. Would definitely stay again!

This is a great little hotel on a so-so street, smack between Madison Square Garden and Chelsea. Fantastic location. Good wifi, nice people working there, comfy, clean, small but perfect place to get ready for the day/sleep at night. Caution: There are only two elevators for a pretty tall building. In the mornings (and definitely just prior to check-out time) there will be a HUGE wait and the elevator will be CRAMMED. It took us ten minutes to go from the 12th floor to the lobby... and the ride down stopped at every floor to grab new people in the tiny elevator. Yeesh.

Great hotel, it was very convenient to the event at Madison Square Garden and close walk to the High line. I prefer the upper west side as far as a neighborhood but this was very convenient.

Excellent hotel. However, the parking for the area is limited. Had to park for an overnight stay at a garage several blocks away and the cost is high for a van. ($57 for over night parking) Would stay there again just bring smaller vehicles.

A great thing about the Hilton Garden Inn is that they have a microwave and fridge in each room. That is really convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk was very professional and polite. The room was pretty small, but you get that most of the time in NYC, so it didn't bother me. I'd come to the Hilton Garden Inn again.

Nice hotel with decent proximity to many things, especially MSG.

We stayed here because hotel rooms with 2 Queen beds are hard to find in NYC and a must for us to fit our family of 4 in one room. Location was great, between 6th and 7th on 28th. Easy walk to Times Square area, lots of shopping, and plenty of food choices. Nice street shared by florist shops. Gym was great, beds comfy. Typical small NY room not unexpected. No extra chair other than with desk. Bathroom roomy. Fridge and microwave nice to have. Very clean. Would stay again.

I have stayed at all levels of hotels, at all prices in NYC. For the money, this place is awesome! Clean, decent sized rooms, easy location for sights as wells as public transportation. Big thumbs up in my book, and that doesn't happen often!

Spent my Birthday/Valentines day there....The room was spacious and had everything you need in it from microwaves to a rose waiting on the bed. I wanted to stay the next night but I couldn't find the hotel on Hotels.com and wasn't sure if I would get the same great deal. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Oh and the food downstairs in the lobby is perfect late night snake heaven lol

Hotel was clean and spacious for NY. Close to Penn Station and Times Square, as well as Chelsea. Right off the 1,2,3 Subway, which was super convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location to Fashion Avenue, Madison Square Garden, Chelsea District! Great workout room with all new Precor equipment. Front desk very helpful with subway directions, and other staff very professional and friendly.

Well renovated hotel, very clean. The queen beds were not good for two people, they were not firm. The refrigerator and the air condition made a lot of noice. Beside these, the personel very friendly and good reasonable price for Manhattan.

Very convenient to Chelsea Galleries and High Line. 1 block to subway. Room was clean and sunny. Will definately stay at hotel again if rate is competitive.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Great location with street parking for FREE on the weekends (if you can find a spot). I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and actually larger than most hotel rooms in New York, if you care about that sort of thing. Hotel staff was nice and allowed me to check in early, which was a huge convenience for me. Neighborhood is great, close to the subway and walking distance to everything. My only negative is that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were hard as rocks.
