The hotel is right in the middle of the action. I love the hotel overall,but it's not perfect. There are a few things that bothered me. Some of these things are fixable and some are not, but i can live with them. For instance, The public space are beautiful, especially the interior courtyard. The rooms are nice too, minus the following: My room has stayed mats. Get rid of these mats Agua de Piedra. The bathroom has shower curtain that seems to not have been cleaned in weeks. Get rid of the shower curtain and install glass doors. I stayed for 2 days at this hotel, and I never got hot water. I had to shower quickly and get out of the shower as quick as I could. These are all fixable if the hotel wants them fixed and is relatively easy to do. Now, my room did not have a window facing the outside and this produces stagnant air in the room. I can live without the window if the other things are fixed. Overall the hotel is great with helpful friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Nice Location in the middle of the main square, quality bedding and bathroom liquids but not convenient for children, noisy at times during the night and the day. the room we were in had no window or balcony, no purified water as in 4 stars hotels, small outdated tv, no iron and it's board and no 4 stars amenities at all... The main reception is excellent and service is unique and it's normal for a small 15 or so rooms hotel. If one stays at the Fiesta Americana which is considered as well a 4* hotel the difference is really noticeable, Fiesta should be a 7* hotel in comparision which is impossible if you know what I mean. If you are a couple or single person, without a car and want to be in the middle of downtown square: This hotel is for you but if you are a family or if you are looking for luxury etc.., it"s not..

The hotel staff was always attentive and gracious. I loved the room, which was spacious and comfortable. RIght off the main plaza, you couldn't ask for a better location. Also, they arranged a driver to take me to the 5 different Mayan sites in the area of Uxmal for less than 1/2 what I had seen as the cost before the trip. I would absolutely return there.

We had breakfast at the hotel. We ordered easy things: hot cakes, orange juice and chilaquiles. I can eat everything but this fodd had no flavor. The pancakes did not look like pancakes. The orange juice had half water, and the chilaquiles, wich is a very easy mexicsn dish has no flavore. The hotel is very pretty, has an excellent location, the staff are friendly and give excelent service, but the food is very bad!!!

We spent 1 night in Merida and for this stay the hotel was ideal. Literally in the heart of the city, some steps away from the catherdral and from the main square. Hotel staff was helpful, however the change desk was closed both in the evening we arrived and the morning we left so we had to go somewhere else in town to change money. Breakfast is included however if you would like to eat anything more than a toast with butter and jam you have to pay extra. If I say room is small and bathroom is tiny, I mean it absolutely literally but they're clean and ok otherwise.

PRO: Location. Hotel is located right in the center of town, where the action is. Good wi-fi coverage and speed. Free valet parking. CON: Very small room, airplane size bathrooms. Mosquitoes everywhere. Can be noisy at night as they close the roads to allow for pedestrian traffic on the weekends. Hotel suffers from star inflation, it should really be 2 to 2.5 stars, not 4 as advertised.

The location is excellent. Step outside your door to the main plaza and shops. close to restaurants. The hotel was clean and service was friendly and good. One drawback was the included continental breakfast. Not much. Just coffee and cold toast.

Although it took me couple rounds to find the hotel, since the hotel sign not to obvious, but hotel located right at the center of the town. The hotel provides free valet parking which a huge plus! Location is the best, easy walking distance to food & plazas. At evening the street in front of the hotel is close and become pedestrian malls and outdoor seating for restaurant. One minor complain is the faucet at my bathroom was broken. Other than that beautiful high ceiling room in a beautiful colonial building. I didn't try any meal at the hotel, but they do serve breakfast and dinner. There a outdoor bar and lounge at the back of the hotel, but I'd rather go outside and explore the surrounding area.

The hotel is beautiful and quirky. The room was TINY making it difficult to maneuver around the bed. There were issues with the plumbing so if a toilet that works is a top priority for you - beware. There was no hot water but the staff was very friendly. There was a lot of give and take: great price, beautiful to look at versus tiny and inconvenient.

Booking a hotel on the spur of the moment for three young ladies in Mexico is not ideal when it comes to safety and cleanliness in a foreign country; however, this was the most beautiful hotel with canopy beds, hammocks in the room, waterfall and pool outside. It's decor was breathtaking and the cleanliness was superior! It was an amazing stay and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenig entfernt vom Hauptplatz und der schönen Kathedrale. Das Gebäude ist im Kolonialstil gebaut mit einem grossen Innenhof und einen schönen Garten, wo sich das Restaurant und die Bar befindet. Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. Die Teppiche waren voller Essensreste und die Platten am Boden richtig kleberig. Auch der Vorhang des Himmelbetts wurde wohl noch nie gewaschen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und das Zimmer allgemein viel zu vollgestellt mit alten modrigen Möbeln. Das Zimmer duftete allerdings angenehm nach Zimt! Das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen und auch nicht hinaussehen, da es mit einer Holztüre verbaut war. Dies ist wohl auch besser so, da das Hotel direkt an einer lebhaften Strasse steht. Vorteilhaft ist auch, dass das Hotel über ein Valet Parking verfügt. Um 1 Nacht zu verbringen scheint das Hotel ideal, länger würden wir aber dort nicht bleiben wollen.

Fue muy mala experiencia. Vaya bajo su propio riesgo, pero verifique que por el mismo precio o menor, hay hoteles de verdad en el centro de Mérida, donde el personal y los dueños se comportan como deben y que entienden que administrar un hotel no es solo la decoración de interiores (que en este caso, se ve bonito pero ni funcional es). For the ones that does not talk spanish. If you do not want to support a bad organized and unequal establishment, if you are a person who are for the fair trade, this is a bad choice for you. They do not respect the free parking condition they offer by internet and they are bad organized for accomodation and breakfast. First time I saw an owner, passing by when I was with a problem , do not say hello, and instead of solving the problem with the client(me), walk appart with employee, and then, just turn back the employee for communicating me the "owners decision" ( I felt like in middle age!!! and me as a farmer, Horrible!!). Not because I am angry, but for real: uncomfortable bed, tiny-tiny bathroom, minimal portions breakfast and bad sound isolation at room. Fortunately Just suffering for one night here

el hotel esta bien ubicado; bien ambientado; es una casona clasica, buen restaurante, solo hay que tener cuidado con el chef es mañoso y ofrece atencion pesrsonalizada con el fin de hacer grande la cuenta, mas que con el fin de agradar.

Plus: *Den romantiska/rena/vackra inredningen där de lyckats göra ett gammalt rustikt hus mysigt. Helt otroligt att man kan göra detta på så bra sätt (ogillar annars starkt gamla rustika spanska kolonial byggnader). *trevlig personal *tänker på små finesser som levande ljus, rosenblad, exklusiva tvålar på toaletterna etc *fick en chokladkaka med jordgubbar till rummet en kväll (utan avgift) *mycket bra läge för turistande (mitt i gamla stan) *fanns stationär dator för internetanvändning *fanns restaurang med ok mat och en bar i en mysig innergård Minus: *Hittade inget värdeskåp vilket skulle finnas enligt beskrivningen *Stod att vi skulle få king size säng men enligt vad jag kan om sängar fick vi definitivt en queen size *mycket litet rum och minimal toalett (kallas ändå svit). *hotellpoolen var inte vattenfylld när vi var där. *frukost ingick ej *vissa rum ligger mot en gata så det kan förekomma gatuljud under natt och tidig morgon

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es gab nur zwei Minuspunkte: das Doppelbett war sehr klein und unser Zimmer lag innen und hatte kein Fenster nach draußen.

Perfectamente ubicado en el corazon de la ciudad, ademas lindas habitaciones, y sobre todo el area de restaurante y bar en el patio con piscina desde el cual se alcanza a ver la catedral iluminada en la noche. El baño de mi habitacion si era reducido pero muy limpio y con sus detalles monos. Lo recomiendo

Situation géographique idéale à Mérida. Le meilleur restaurant du centre-ville. Attention pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Pour les arrivées le samedi soir, prévoir quelques soucis d'accès la rue de l’hôtel étant piétonne a ce moment là.

El hotel esta muy lindo y el estilo me encantò, solo que me decepcionè mucho cuando vì a una cucarach en el baño. Efectivamente las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Cuando me fui a quejar en recepciòn de la cucaracha no me dieron ninguna soluciòn. Ya no desayunamos ahi puesto que nos diò desconfianza la limpieza del hotel, tenìamos planeado quedarnos dos noches y preferimos irnos a otro hotel.

Edificio antiguo adaptado,habitación excelente, wc espacio reducido. falta interés de la Gerencia en detalles que hacen la diferencia para ser un hotel boutique. Tv se vea bien en todos los canales. Baños lmas limpios, etc..

Muy bien ubicado Buen servicio Bonito Bien cuidado Recomiendo a quien vaya a Mérida.

Malheureusement les chambres de cet hôtel donnent sur la rue principale du centre de Mérida, donc bruit garanti entre 6H et 24H ! Déco très agréable et soignée mais finition non soignée (coulures de peinture, ...). Ambiance oppressante : - Chambre un peu petite et trop meublée. - Salle de bain minuscule. - porte en lieu et place de la fenêtre
