Econo Lodge West - فارجو

Very pleased with the accommodations. However the name had changed to EconoLodge. So if we had not taken the address with us, and that was displayed on the building, we may have been looking for a long time for our hotel. I guess it had just recently changed. Anyway, it was very clean and very reasonable rates. It was close to the church where the wedding was so it worked out great for us. Also close to shopping and eating!

The hotels overall appearance was not very good. They were in the process of changing the sign to Econolodge so it was not easily visible from the highway or road. Upon checking in to the hotel the room we found the bedding was fine but the other furniture was filthy. The bathroom door didn't latch or lock, the room was not cleaned well around the tub or toilet, and there was no shampoo in the room. When I went to the front desk to ask for some the person working was totally useless and I was told that they had run out. He made no attempt to look for any or be helpfull in any way. When I inquired about a refund for the second night and checking out early he basicly told me that he could cancel my reservation but no refund would be forthcoming.The next day there seemed to be no problem getting some shampoo from the cleaning staff. Aside from this the hot tub was not working and while the breakfast was sufficiant the coffee was never hot or fresh.Overall a very poor experience.

I booked on Hotels.com and was confirmed for a room with a fridge & microwave in suite. My room had neither. I also expected a pool which was out of service. If I called to book myself instead of doing so online, I probably would have been notified of these problems.

I'm not sure if they have a hard time getting help at this motel or what when we checked in the employee that checked us in seemed a little out of it. I don't know if the motel does not pay well or what but I would think the help could seem a little more normal. The morning staff seemed more with it but I was very shocked by the employee in charge during the evening hours.

The hotel itself was average, but the service at the front desk was very below average. on this point alone, i would hesitate to book at this location again. the guy at the front desk didn't look at me one time- neither at check-in, when i asked questions or at check- out. Really rude. it wasn't just me either- i observed him treating others with the same rude and uncaring attitude. Unfortunately, I was there due to a stressful medical event and this did not help at all.

This hotel was everything it promised to be had a great stay, very comfortable and nice breakfast included. Friendly, helpful staff.

We stayed here in September 2011 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was also fantastic. We would stay here again anytime.

Family of 4 with two young children Nice rooms, and pool. Complementary breakfast was good. No complaints. We have stayed here more than once.

Was pleased with the room. It was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the size of the bathroom, as it was pretty small and the door hit the shower frame, but it was clean and adequate for our needs.

I liked this hotel overall, however, I started to notice some maintenence issues, such as a little pool cleaning needed, and ceiling in room dirty-could use paint. Minor things, but would stay again.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and much better value than I was lead to expect. I would give it three stars, and I was very pleased. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The pool was nice, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff was very helpful. Easy access on/off the highway was another big plus, but the grounds were quiet, and lots of restaurants were nearby. Great job, Days Inn!
