Waldorf Suite - فلورنس

Great location, very convenient to the train station and walking distance to all of the major sites and shops, restaurants. The rooms were clean and modern, great value would stay again.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We drove to Florence and had a hard time locating this hotel due to the small hotel signage. There is no foyer and we had to stop our car on the road to be valet parked. The hotel service was very average. Although we had a big suite, with 2 separate rooms actually, the decor and furniture were very basic. Good if you are a big group of students but not that good for families or couples. Our room faced the station so it was noisy with buses and people in the morning. Breakfast was pretty ok. That's the redeeming part. The breakfast room was shared with another hotel.

Our stay at the Waldolf Suites was excellent. Marvellous position opposite bus and train station. Also in the very center of everything. The entrance is very attractive in white tiles and cool green glass and excellent floral arrangements. The Rooms are very spacious. We had 3 large rooms to ourselves with a kitchenette which we used a lot. One of the best accommodations we had in our 39 day trip. Thank you Waldolf Suites.

The location from the SMN Stazione Firenze could not be better - literally across the road (from the back/underground tunnel entrance, near the tram stop) - and don't be fooled by the 'older' looking exterior - this hotel is modern and very good. The only complaint I had was the shower recess in the main bathroom which doesn't drain quickly enough and builds up a little flood kinda quickly - and the beds were too hard, but in the scheme of things - a very modern and quality property worth the extra cash compared to some of the older and tinier 'shoeboxes' in Florence. Apart from its close proximity to the station, it is about 10-15min walk from the majority of Florence's main attractions, with more than enough shops and gelaterias along the way! Overall I'd recommend and stay here again - and the free Wi-Fi is also a big bonus for me!

The rooms were great, a one bedroom suite with two bathrooms, a living room, sitting area and kitchenette. The only downside to this hotel is the location. It is right behind the train station, which was convenient, not the nicest neighborhood, but not terrible either. The front desk staff was ok, not particularly friendly, but helpful if asked.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A must stay with modern rooms, loads of space and close to amenities.

From the outside of building I was worried..when i entered hotel I was so pleased. As a single female visiting Florence...I felt so safe and comfortable. friends of mine were staying at 4 Seasons Hotel(5 star) and they liked my suite better than theirs. I give Hotel an A+

Visited our daughter who is studying abroad for spring semester and the location was perfect. Everything was close to the hotel and the train staton across the street. Awesome!

This was a pleasant surprise, very different from Europe standards, Huge room, brand new. The Hotel outside looks old but inside is like an oasis. The neighborhood is not so nice, in front of the train station but only 3 blocks away from downtown. Great breakfast buffet, very well appointed decoration.

I enjoyed our stay at the Waldorf. Very conveniently located. We walked to most sights easily. Convenient to the train station. Rooms were large and clean with nice sized balcony.

The first thing you notice about this hotel is that the rooms are very large. You have the main bedroom and another separate living room with two bathrooms total. This is almost unheard of in Italy unless you spend more than 400 Euro a night. Everything was great our first couple nights until someone checked into the room next to us. The walls in this hotel are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING happening. The layout of the rooms is very poor causing the bathroom of the adjacent room to protrude into your bedroom! It was not a very pleasant experience hearing someone use the bathroom/take a shower while you are trying to sleep.

The best part of staying here was the free upgrade to a suite we received. It was awesome! It was clean, quiet, staff was nice and helpful.

Could not pick a better place to stay in Florence Italy. This hotel is a quick right turn out of the train station and there you are. Fabulous suites with modern decor and very european. Staff was great and the location could not be better for a tourist. I would skip their breakfast at the prices they charge and go around the corner to the local cafe for coffee and pastry in the morning. Make sure to spend a day in Tuscany with a guide or on a guided tour. The most beautiful countryside you may ever see.

This hotel is exactly what you expect -- a corporate stay suite with a reasonable attempt at being "Fashionable" However, the whole place stunk of human sewage. Avoid.

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean with friendly service. We didn't find the location noisy at all, unlike some reviews, despite being right accross fron the train station. Our room (suite) was spacious and comfortable and was without a doubt the best quality for value hotel we have ever stayed at in Europe. Great restauants and tourist sights within easy walking distance and beautiful views of the hillsides and Florence from the balcony. Don't stay anywhere else!!!

Very comfortable and very very large rooms. Near the station and within walking distance to everywhere. They do talk about a room with a view in Florence... well, we did have a view of the train station lol but come on.. Florence is so small that one can walk anywhere in minutes. I highly recommend it and will certainly go back to this hotel. Well fit for business and pleasure. The rooms are to die for. The outside of the building looks well dodgy but i can assure it is the only rundown part of the hotel.

We were only staying for the one night while waiting for a flight, I'm not sure that all rooms have the issues we had but they are as follows 1. The bathroom and hallway on the 3rd floor stank like a bad plumbing. 2. The shower didn't have a shower curtain and so the bathroom turned into a lake. 3. The noise! The noise from the adjoining rooms and the street outside was so bad it was like it was next to the bed. 4. The "free wireless" signal was so weak that we picked up the next doors hotel first! The internet kept cutting out because of the weak signal. On the positive side the staff were curtious, spoke English and were helpful.

The hotel rooms are big and in execellent conditions. Everything about the rooms were great. The hotel service was good, friendly, and staff is very professional. Location is great - very thing in walking distance - easy to get to the autostrada. If they're are rooms available definitely book it. Don't worry about wasting time looking at other places. My only tip - which applies to all of Italy - bring your own iron to iron your clothes.

部屋に入る左にベットルーム右にリビングがありそれぞれドアで仕切られていて、各部屋にバスルームが１室ずつあり、広々と快適に滞在出来ました。 受付は対応が丁寧というかのんびりで、アットホームな印象。レストランの予約をお願いしたら快く引き受けてくださいました。 スーツケースが重かったので、駅から近い立地もとても有難かったです。 アウトレットに行ったのですが、バス発着所のSITA社のバスセンターまで徒歩１分位でしたので、焦ることなく早めに移動出来ました。 お部屋も清潔にされており、宿泊料に対して朝食も比較的種類豊富でしたので大満足です。次回もぜひ滞在したいと思います。

Excelente hotel! Perfeito. Quarto com sala, 2 banheiros, muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, café da manha excepcional. Para quem chega a Firenze de trem pela estação Santa Maria Novella e sai também por ela é a estadia perfeita, pois basta atravessar a rua (lado Direito da saída da estação) e estará no hotel. Mesmo quem não chega de trem é a estadia perfeita, próximo do centro, das atracões turísticas. Voltarei e recomendarei, nota 10!

Unica pecca: linsegna dell'Hotel è poco visibile per cui abbiamo faticato a trovarlo, pur avendo il navigatore! Inoltre la colazione termina alle 10 e non ci siamo svegliati in tempo. Ma questa è mea culpa.

excelente! está cruzando la calle de la estación de trenes, cerca de todo. la entrada al hotel es pequeña y no parece que fuera lo que en realidad es una vez que se cruza la puerta de entrada, el señor de recepcion super amable y nos ayudo teniendonos las maletas ya que tenias un tren por la tarde y el check out es a las 12.

location is OK. But room feels empty and wall is very thin. You can hear the other talking from the other rooms.

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage kein Lärm und die Suit war sauber und schön wie neu. Beide Bäder hatten eine Dusche und es gab genügend Platz für alles. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer war hervorragend und der Zimmer Servic immer freundlich. Im Gesamten würde ich das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen !!!!!!!!

全室リビング、キッチン、２つのバスルームがついています。１泊目はツインが空いていなかったので２泊目に部屋を移りました。部屋によって広さにかなりの違いがあるようですが、一般的なイタリアのホテルよりはかなり広いです。ただ、大通りやバスターミナルに面しているので、低い階だと夜でも騒音があります。できるだけ高層階にしてもらえるようにチェックイン時に頼んだほうがいいと重います。 立地も駅徒歩１～２分の便利なところにあります。フィレンツェ自体が小さい町なので観光スポットにもすべて徒歩で行けます。 １つ難点があるとすれば、バスルームの掃除があまり行き届いていない感があるところでしょうか。でもフロントに言えば翌日には改善されているので、何かあったときはお願いすればいいと思います。
