Over all - 3.5. Grounds were nice, well kept. Food was good. Service people were great! Customer Service needs a lot of improvement!! Particularly the front desk and at the Meeting Point!

The facility was nice, but the room smelled really musty/moldy. This food was not very good, and it is hard to get a reservation at the restaurants. The beach was beautiful!

Limited entertainment, incompetent reception staff, some waiting and hospitality staff not very friendly, some rooms are smaller for the same price, hotel is too spread out and many rooms are very far from the ocean

i would say , very good services all araund, french resturand the services was an strait A plus, our waiter luis was the best . thank you all

The sports and entertainment team were great. They sure knew how to dance and keep people entertained. i would definately come back here adn wish I would have spent more time here. The rooms weren't 5 star, but were definately clean. The food was excellent. Better than the resort Melia where I stayed in Cozumel. It was quiet at night in our area.

Absolute lap of luxury. A complete 5 star resort once you walk in the front door. Excellent rooms and the staff are incredibly friendly. Excellent ammenities such as spas and tennis courts. Restaraunts serve good quality food. Definitely recommened it for anyone looking to relax for a holiday

We had a horrible experience. The room next door was occupied with a disgusting heavy smoker. The smoke impregnated our room and the staff failed to address the issue.

I went with my two daughters for 9 days in july/august. Overall we had a great time. The food and restaurants where good not great. The only issue was no wireless in the rooms. We needed to go to the lobby to get connected to family, friends and unfortunately work.

Brillant all round. The overall food quality was great and the friendliness of all staff was fantastic. recommend this hotel for couples. make sure you stay in the adult section.

The entire property is very well maintained. The resort is located on a lovely beach. Food not bad for an All Inclusive hotel.

From saying hello and consistently making us feel as though we were among friends and remembering names to encouraging us to "play" at the pool and beach without being intrusive, to meeting all our small demands with a smile, the staff here went way out of their way. Kids Club staff great. The food also was surprisingly good, particularly at the restaurants requiring reservations, and the expansive breakfast buffet. Finally, the beach has soft white sand and the pools are fantastic. Altogether a pleasant and memorable stay. Nightly shows were fun and professionally done. Honestly, a great experience.

Great resort at the end of the Playa del Carmen strip with enthusiastic and friendly staff. Some of the restaurants were closed while we were there because of decreased occupancy.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The beach is gorgeous with plenty of palapas and palm trees to provide shaded when wanted. The food is average with many restaurant options. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable - beyond firm! The hotel clearly caters to families with young children - I believe children under 12 stay for free. As a result, there are small children EVERYWHERE - we could not find a place to escape them. In addition, if you are bringing teenagers, you should know that there's no place for teens to hangout. They are no longer allowed in the disco - you have to be 18 to get in - and the "teen" club is filled with young children and closes at 11. This was my 6th time at this resort and I won't be returning because the resort it too kid-focused.

The front desk its to slow. i took 1 hr for my room the check out was the same. its a all inclusive hotel. you have to stay 20 min in a line for a drick or snack The service its really kindles but no many personal so slow

Sandos Playacar is a very good hotel. I want to highlight the excellent food. Good treatament of all staff. We liked the hotel´s location in middle of a beautiful neighborhood.

MUST IMPROVE IN CONDITION AN MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOM, AT LIST THE AREA THEY CALL "HACIENDA" BUFFET AREA IS TOO HOT WHEN YOU GO TO EAT. RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD.

very friendly staff, very warm ppl, good food, great beach and activities and shows are good. speciality resteraunts are very good. will remember the staff friends we made for a long time. it was easy to book excursions at reasonable rates. not bothered about time share , told them we were not interested and no one asked us again. good variety of drinks.

שווה כל שקל. שירות מדהים של כל צוות המלון, לא מרגישים צפיפות באף מקום, 8 מסעדות מעולות הכל כלול. חוף ים פרטי והכי מדהים באזור. לבקש חדר באזור הקרוב ביותר לחוף ולבריכה. בגלל הגודל העצום של המלון המרחק בין החלק שלא קרוב לחוף הוא בערך 8 דקות הליכה. המלון מציע הכל כך שאין צורך בכלל לצאת ממנו. אפשר להזמין סיורים ואטרקציות מהמלון בדרך נוחה ופשוטה. חדרים נוחים ונקיים. היינו זוג בחופשה רומנטית והיה מושלם.

tudo muito agradável,todos muito solicitos, ficamos uma semana, as crianças se divertiram muito e com certeza voltaremos.

Chambre très propre mais lit assez dur. L'hôtel est très allongé donc certaines chambres sont assez éloignées de la plage

El hotel nos parecio maravilloso.... comodo, comfortable, limpio, la comida deliciosa, excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio!!!

Nous avons choisi le Sandoz en fonction des avis lus.Globalement, le Sandoz est bien placé, au bord de la mer et non loin de Playa (compter quand même un quart d'heure en voiture). Mer agréable, mais côté faune aquatique, il n'y a rien. Le point fort de cet hôtel, ce sont ses restaurants à thème, en particulier lé Brésilien, mais aussi le Steack House et l'asiatique. Le buffet lui est plus classique, avec les éternels défauts de ce type d'établissement, où la qualité se rapproche de celle d'une cantine.Côté hygiène, si tout notre séjour au mexique s'est bien passé, dans des hôtels/restaurants pourtant moins "luxueux", je note qu'un de mes garçons a été malade ainsi que mon épouse durant notre séjour all inclusive au Playacar. et comme ils se brossaient toujours les dents avec de l'eau minérale... Enfin, terminons par les côtés négatifs : il est dommage que le musique soit envahissante, avec des hauts parleurs y compris dans les allées verdoyantes...Le pont le plus faible reste quand même les chambres ; nous avons eu une "suite junior", conçue pour 5. Le cinquième dormait... sur un vague canapé transformé en lit; avec tout le monde dans la même chambre, peu vaste. Je n'ai pas la même notion de "Suite" !!!! Bref, au final, globalement déçu. Je ne le conseille pas, surout compte tenu des tarifs/

Un resort típico, mucha gente, filas y atención no muy personalizada, restaurantes muy lejanos, marcas de bebidas alcohólicas no importantes, playa ni mejor ni peor que otras, internet solo en lobby pero muy aceptable

Muy agrqadable, en realidd era lo que buscaba, solo pequeños detalles, pero no hay mucho que exigir, bien en las Albercas, la playa no se diga Exclente, las habitaciones con todo lo que se requiere para estar a gusto. El personal en Reservaciones, Recepcion , Loby y Camareras muy bien. felicidades

Achamos tudo excelente, localização - fica perto de todas as atrações ou estradas. O Hotel fica num condomínio fechado e saímos para caminhar ou andar de bicicleta. A praia é linda, calma andamos de caiaque, catamarã incluído na diária do hotel. Restaurantes com buffet e outros que precisamos reservar com ótima comida e serviços. Vale a pena! Fomos com 2 crianças , de 8 e 13 e aproveitaram muito a praia. Voltaríamos com certeza

Sandos ist ein grosses Resort das etwas für jeden bietet. Haben Zimmer mit Meersicht für 8 Tage gebucht und bezahlt, war aber überbucht und nicht verfügbar, das Hotel hat uns eine schöne Hacienda-Suite zur Verfügung gestellt, mit fast eigenem Pool und Jacuzzi, es war ruhig und grosszügig, wir würden da wieder buchen, Hotel nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand dafür günstiger, Essen gut, Strand super breit im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels an Playacar, Segeln inkl.

Todo muy bueno, playa excelente, lindas habitaciones, muy bien ubicadas. Buena atención. Excelente Spa. Muy buen gimnasio. Lugar agradable. A mejorar: la variedad de comidas de los 2 resturant buffet.

Fui de Luna de Miel, con mi mujer la pasamos espectacular. El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, la playa que tiene es increible y la atención del personal es excelente. Super recomendable! Siempre organizaban actividades, pero no te invadian con las invitaciones, te dejan descansar y te entretienen si ese es tu deseo. La comida del hotel es muy buena, gran variedad de restaurantes a la carta, y en el buffet se puede comer comida muy buena tambien.

Muy buena pero sinceramente lo que mas me sorprendio es la amabilidad y coordialidad de sus empleados desde el servico de habitacion,mozos,camareros,cocineros,animacion,toalleros, bares, y demas EXCELENTE......

Cet Hotel (assez éloigné du centre ville de Playa - taxi obligatoire pour se déplacer en ville) offre un très bon rapport qualité prix. Coté service tout est bien! rien à redire - sauf l'accueil (qui a été sans explications et sans politesse). Pour se reposer, c'est parfait - En autre : internet gratuit, bains de soleils nombreux, restos nombreux et variés, spa + hammam gratuit. Je recommande.Gilles

En general el hotel está bien, solo que los horarios de los restaurantes para desayunar son cortos y si las personas van a descansar no se levantan tan temprano para poder llegar antes de las 10:00 a desayunar. Por otro lado, algunas de las personas de atención tuvieron actitudes poco amables al solicitar información, o toallas o papel para el baño en el area de la alberca.

El Hotel es buenisimo. Playas e instalaciones en perfecto estado El personal muy atento y servicial en todo momento. La gastronomia muy buena, no por ser all inclusive deja de tener calidad. MUY RECOMENDABLE !!!

Pasamos en este paraíso del Caribe Mexicano 14 días, lugar ideal para viajar en familia; elegimos la habitación Junior Suite con Jacuzzi una buena elección debido a su ubicación central dentro del complejo, la zona es tranquila, silenciosa, cerca al Lobby y Recepción, al lado tiene tres piscinas y el Snack Bar & Buffet. Todos los días programan una actividad nocturna diferente, excelente vale la pena asistir, recomiendo estar una hora antes para seleccionar un buen puesto. La habitación y sus zonas aledañas son amplias, cómodas, los servicios de aseo, a la habitación (24 horas) son excelentes y oportunos, el baño, tendidos, toallas impecables. Es un Hotel para descansar, caminar, playa y mar, dar un paseo en bicicleta por la exclusiva zona de Playacar, divertirse, lleno de naturaleza, tiene áreas y habitaciones para todos los gustos cerca al mar y a la zona donde se realizan las actividades nocturnas otra zona solo para adultos ideal para planes románticos; para visitar la quinta avenida recomiendo hacerlo en bicicleta (10 minutos) y no pagar taxi las bicicleta se pueden dejar en bicicleteros con candado. Todos los empleados del hotel son súper amables, serviciales, oportunos siempre tiene una sonrisa en su boca; se debe tener mucho cuidado tanto en el hotel como el aeropuerto de Cancún con las personas que ofrecen tiempo compartido son insistentes y hostigantes, recomiendo sacarlas de inmediato dándoles un NO rotundo.

El servicio es bueno aun que el servibar nunca funcionó y njunca me lo arreglaron.

A equipe de entretenimento é excelente e os shows noturnos são bem legais. A praia é ótima, com areia fofa, sem pedras, água morna e permite privacidade (caso deseje) uma vez que o Sandos é o último hotel de Playacar e tem uma enorme área sem habitações ao lado. Os funcionários são muito alegres e atenciosos e fomos muito bem atendidos. A comida é surpreendentemente boa. Tem muitas crianças e bebês passando as férias em harmonia com os hóspedes adultos. Muito bom.

El hotel muy lindo, muy bueno el mantenimiento de los espacios verdes. Lo que no nos gusto fue la mala atencion en el meeting point: La encargada de las reservas para la cena nos atendio mal, no supo explicar el sistema y encima nos trato de idiotas por no ententer lo que se suponia tenia que transmitir, no voy a dar nombre, porque lo anote para hacer una queja, pero un desastre. Otro tema es la informacion que transmiten de los horarios, dependia de a quien se preguntara era la respuesta, eso ee algo que hay que mejorar.

Excelente, salvo por el tiempo que en mi estancia fue lluvioso, pero esto no influye en la calidad del Hotel.

en lineas generales buena. Muy mala informacion sobre los distintos servicios del hotel de parte de el personal de Servicio al cliente: respecto a horarios de uso del SPA,reservacines en los restaurantes tematicos etc.
