The hotel was even better than it looked in the photos. Its location is great, just 2 minutes walk and you are close to everything in the center. 5/5 recommendation!

It should be called 'Worst Western Hotel although this may only apply to Prague In brief family and friends individually booked a long weekend for a special occassion. In short we arrived at the hotel late at night, after travelling most of the day only to be moved to another hotel and back again in the morning, the reason being that there was a strike on (this was true) we complaiend and asked to speak to the manager, unfortunately she was not availbable even after an appointment with her was made (what a suprise) The weekend was ruined as the a Hotel memeber of staff openly admitted that the management regularly over book and that the same thing would happen next week. We wasted a whole morning being constantly 'fobbed off' waiting to see the manager. There was no complaints procedure in place. I will be taking this further

Very close to Wenceslas Square and all the nightlife. Comfortable room with good air conditioning once I worked out the instructions. Good breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again.

About a half mile from Old Town Center, not a bad walk at all. Convenient location, restaurants close. Rooms were standard, small European-style. B'fast buffet was standard. Overall, a great place to stay if you are there to enjoy the city and get a good nights sleep.

Close to main attractions. Basic breakfast. friendly staff.

Least expensive hotel of our five city tour yet the best one we stayed in on the trip. Great location to attractions and public transportation. Very comfortable rooms with icy A/C. Good breakfast, great bathroom and bedding and free internet. A real bargain. Had to park the car at the SAS down the street but they had a Valet.

Hotel was conveniently located to the metro and Wenseclass square the main area in Prague, but a little away from the airport. Breakfast was more than adequate and a good start to the day. Reception staff was very helpful and spoke English which was a great help. Hotel overall was very cleanand well maintained. The restaurant was expensive but service was good.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for some time. The room we were given was above a generator of some kind which meant that we couldn't sleep and were moved to a much smaller room on the first night. The beds in both rooms were hard and the pillows felt like they contained some dead animals. Breakfast was the worst I have come across in my many years of travel !!!!

The rate on hotels.com with this hotel is amazing, really great value for money. The only problem I had with the hotel was that smoking is permitted in the lobby and bar.

This hotel was very nice and deserves it's 4 star rating. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Room was bigger than I expected and the woodwork trimming was beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and breakfast staff was very attentive. Was very close to major underground station (3 blocks). City was small so all the major sites (Old town, Prague castle, etc.) were within 1.5 miles and walking didn't seem that long because of the beautiful and interesting things along the way. Was well worth the price.

This is a pretty good hotel, for the following reasons: - It is conveniently located near Wensclaw Square and Main Rlwy Station. Cabs from hotel to the main airport cost around 700 CZ (around 40 USD). Cabs to the Rlwy station can cost anywhere from 10-15 USD, although it is less than a mile from the hotel. - The breakfast was pretty good (from 6am to 11 am), the room was well maintained and clean. - Most receptionists were polite - Old Town Square (main attraction) and Charles Bridge are 20 minutes of pleasant and romantic walking areas

The hotel is art deco and impressive. The nearest metro stations are Mustek and Wuseum, at opposite ends of Wenceslas square, which makes it convenient for all tourist attractions. We had room 6 on the first floor, which was small but well appointed. There was some intrusive noise from a disco at night, but not enough to disturb sleep. The lobby bar is quite expensive for Prague, but all the staff I met were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with the usual variety of cold fare and also eggs, bacon mushrooms etc, but in continental style; if you are expecting the full English you will be disappointed, but the quality and quantity of what is offered cannot be faulted. I cannot vouch for the restaurant or cocktail bar. There is a small bistro next door which is well worth going to if you are fed up with dumplings! Not too expensive either. All in all - if you book here you will not be disappointed, unless you were born to complain

As you enter the foyer of this hotel you walk into a long gone Art Deco style which is a wonderful first impression The reception staff were courtious and efficient and presented us with a map of Prague when we checked in showing us exactly the location of the hotel which I thought was most helpful They also directed us to the main sights to be seen on the map The bedrooms have these enormous high doors which are wonderful and unique our bedroom a twin room on the first floor had a beautiful high ceiling which is most unusual in most hotels these days The bathroom was spotless Towels were changed daily and the mini bar was well stocked with minerals drinks and sweets The beds were very comfortable and we almost forgot we were staying in a hotel as they were like beds you have in your own home Breakfast was served each morning between seven and eleven which was great as it meant you didn't have to be up at the crack of dawn Lovely selection of breads pastries fresh fruits yogurts cheeses cold meats and a hot buffet was also laid on You could help yourself to as much tea and coffee or various juices as you wanted I would definitely recommend this hotel It has a great location lovely bedrooms great breakfasts and also it was excellent value for money

1st day we arrived to find our room double booked for a conference, but they offered to taxi us to a 5* hotel (20 metres down the road!) and gave us a bottle of wine for our trouble. Back in the Majestic, we had a very nice room with balcony overlooking the castle. Faultless staff - they even sent us a waiter to open and pour our wine in our room. Great location in the New Town area with many shops and restaurants close by. 10 minutes walk from the river.

Me and my boyfriend booked a superior room which was very clean and the bathroom was nice but the actual room was quite small. The location of the hotel was great and everything was within minutes of walking distance.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to help us, it was clean, friendly and central to everything.

Very good location. Breakfast was very good. Hotel personal were very helpfull. Room was very small, hard to get arround. Shower needs improvement, can,t shower without water gets all over the bath. For a short stay is great.

Good city centre but quiet location. Great views from 7th floor rooms. Breakfast a little dissapointing but plenty of choice.

The Art Deco style is interesting but would not suit all. While the staff were alert and approachable, simple requests such as to provide English teabags proved impossible although they were evident in breakfast. Desk staff spoke good English and all staff had some knowledge of the language. The room was reasonable, clean although not that spacious. The shower was good. The mirror was a bit high in the bathroom. Maid service was fine and prompt. We ate only breakfast there. It was not brilliant either in terms of food or space. We had a balcony but most rooms did not. The air con was efficient if a bit noisy. Room keys were touch pad rather than the usual slot entry.

Fint lyxigt hotell med bra frukost på ett centralt (men tyst) läge.

Väldigt bra hotell. Super trevliga personal. Nära till shopping samt sevärdigheter. Rekommenderar starkt denna hotell!!

Moderne 4 stjerners hotell meget sentralt i Praha. Har bodd her flere ganger og er fornøyd. Anbefales !

Godt hotel til prisen. Mulighed for parkering i hotellet garage. Generelt en god service på hotellet.

für mich war es kein 4 Sterne Hotel, Klimaanlage war defekt, Waschbecken tropfte, Buffet war nix besonderes.....Lage ist gut, 200 Meter zum Wenzelsplatz.

El hotel es tal y como aparece en internet. La zona spa es de pago. En las inmediaciones no hay nada, es una calle muy aburrida. Bien es cierto que sin andar mucho llegas a todas partes, pero hay hoteles similares mucho mejor situados (p. ej. Rokoko Hotel).

Le hotel est bien situe de la partie historique de Prague, le petit dejeuner est bon et les chambres sont bien amenages.

Hotellet ligger perfekt inde i centrum - lige ved Vaclav pladsen. Vi kørte til Prag i bil og blev modtaget med: "Skal vi tage din bagage ud af bilen og kører bilen i parkeringskælderen?". Alt bagage blev straks bragt op på værelset og selv en tremmeseng med opredning til vores søn var på plads inden vi kom. Vi havde valgt et Deluxe værelse, hvilket var alle pengene værd, da vi kunne sidde på terassen og se ud over Prag og havde aftensolen og solnedgangen. Og værelserne er meget pæne og velholdte og der er god plads. Servicen var helt i top og deres portier var meget serviceminded med alt fra ekstra håndklæder, henvisninger til supermarked for ekstra bleer til at de kom op på værelset med en lille skruetrækker. Sjov historie, for vi kom på vejen til Prag til at købe en legetøjsbil som var skruet fast i en plastikbund og vi havde ikke en skruetrækker med på turen. Vi spurgte i reseptionen og inden længe havde portien talt med serviceafdelingen og fundet en skruetrækker og kom op på værelset og pakkede bilen ud til vores søn. Og den slags service er kendetegnende for hele hotellets personale. Morgenmaden er meget fin og continential. Meget lækkert. Prismæssigt er det helt i top og jeg anbefaler det til alle der vil til Prag være i centrum og sætter service og kvalitet som prioriteter.

Het BW is een prima hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is schoon en de locatie is perfect. De kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht. Het restaurant is goed en de nachtclub (in de kelder van het hotel) is de perfecte afsluiting na een dag rondwandelen in Praag. Had bij het BW voor het eerst niet het idee dat ik weer in zo'n onpersoonlijk hotel zat wat ik meestal wel heb als ik overnacht in een hotel van een bekende grote keten.

Insbesondere bei Anreise mit Bahn ideal gelegenes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und schneller Erreichbarkeit aller Sehenswürdigkeiten Prags zu Fuß.

Store rom med gode senger. Sentral beliggnenhet, gå avstand til shopping, severdigheter og gamlebyen. Nattklubben passet mest for de under 30

Et meget bra hotell til en gunstig pris. Flott beliggenhet ikke langt fra sentrum, kjempegod standard på rommet, og hyggelig betjening. Skal det være noe å sette fingeren på, må det være frokost og restaurant. Det sklir ned, men savnet litt bedre kvalitet. Vi bodde fire døgn på hotellet, og var glad for at vi valgte å bo såpass sentralt, men likevel bort fra de mest travle gatene. Gåavstand til alle severdigheter i gamlebyen, og også til det aller meste Praha har å by på, som beskrevet i turisthåndbøkene. Når vi en gang skal tilbake til Praha, vil vi vurdere å bo på samme hotell.

Ett bra hotell med ett mycket bra läge för promenader i Prag. Rummen var ganska små och mörka men rena och snygga. Frukosten var bra och personalen kunde engelska och var hjälpsamma.
