Hotel was conveniently located and clean.The associates were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend.

Very clean and comfortable. Lack of enough breakfast items. Towels a little old and worn. People were very kind and helpful.

We had a nice stay. Never was inconvienced by staff. The rooms were nice and 'up to date'. Some have complained about the pool location, but we didnt see a problem with it considering that the La Quinta is a sister hotel and you can use any of their amenities! The breakfast is a basic continental breakfast, which includes a waffle maker that my family enjoyed. The ONLY complaint that I would have is that we found a sock and a medicated skin prescript under the bed, when my husbands sock went disappearing all of a sudden. Wish the trash cans were a bit bigger tho. Besides that it was nice!

Very clean and nice hotel for the money.

I just can say, I would stay again. It is not the most fancy hotel but it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Rooms are so comfortable.

This hotel offers a very good stay for an affordable price. It´s our intention to stay again in this hotel in our next trip to Boone.

My family and I spent one night in this hotel. We were not able to take showers because the shower head was broken. We didn't realize this until morning since we checked-in very late at night. We also checked out very early in the moring. Upon informing the hotel staff, not even a mention of a refund or credit for the broken shower was suggested by them. The main reason to stay in a hotel is to be able to shower, if not we would have slept in our car. It is incredible they did not even offer to credit us for our room. Don't stay here!

We stopped in at 1am after skiing all day. Even at that hour, the front desk was manned, there was fresh coffee waiting and the staff was very courteous. The only problem I could find was that there was no light in the shower so bathing was a little tricky.

I was traveling with my family and we had a great time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come back.

I enjoyed the stay, boone is a nice little town and has some beautiful scenery.

Having sought a last-minute room for the holiday weekend, we were surprised to find one at such a good rate. Then, we were even more surprised to find everything to be almost perfect. Breakfast with Belgium waffles was yet another fine surprise. A fantastic value.

I spent 6 hours in this hotel - needed a clean comfortable bed - it met my expectations - they have a breakfast buffet in the am which was open at 6am - convenient with coffee and carbs, yogurt and juice - for the price it met my needs

I have to give this Sleep Inn high marks. The property was well located, easy to access, had an elevator, was very quiet, beds were OK, pillows were not so great. The room had everything in it and free wi fi. The TV's do need to be upgraded. Free breakfast was OK and the coffee was good. No problems on check out or check in.

Sheets were so wrinkled that they looked like they were all crammed in one dryer load. Sheets kept coming off the corner of the mattress. I probably spent half the night re-making the bed. Very little sleep at the "Sleep" Inn. I won't stay here again!

We had a comfortable room, but we were located at the intersection side of 2 very busy highways. They had a motorcycle rally in town, so we heard lots of motorcycles. We stayed on a Friday night and it would have been better if our room was at the other end of the hotel. Great front desk staff

Room appeared clean but looked outdated. Breakfast lines were long and not worth the wait and no seating available. Guest were allowed to use indoor pool at La Quinta in same parking lot due to shared management

Breakfast needs improvement. Trash should not be near the coffee where people leaving interfere with those getting coffee. Trash should be where the child seats were (at the entrance/exit). Some signs should say what is what, and hard boiled eggs and cheese would be a good idea. Some internet access in/near the lobby would help us insomniacs who need and outlet in the middle of the night. More pamphlets for restaurants and local places of interests. Overall though, it was a very nice expeience.

We couldn't have been happier than we were with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful about giving us advice and directions to attractions. The young man on the night shift even made me a pot of coffee because I was up all night. We had no complaints at all. The pool was wonderful! Hotel was close to everything! Breakfast was lovely! Air conditioner worked great!

We took our grandbaby up to mountains for the first time everything was nice. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, it's close to everything. We would stay here again.

Loved it...would stay again & recommend it to everyone staying in that area...Room was 1st class....great selection for breakfast...

The room was clean is the best I can say. However, there were multiple other issues. The walls must be paper thin. We were awakened by someone in the next room at 6 am having a conversation, who sounded like they were in the room with us, and they were not talking particularly loudly. My wife said she could also actually hear someone using the toilet in the next room. The pillows on the bed were tiny. Maintenance was seriously lacking. The sink did not drain, the TV remote did not work, there was no towel bar in the shower to hang a towel on, the fitted sheet on the mattress would not stay on the mattress, even with minimal movement. When I mentioned some of these problems to the clerk at checkout, he seemed very concerned, and asked me to contact the hotel manager. He seemed aware of problems not being addressed (attributed to the bad economy) and appeared to be sincerely apologetic, but I won't stay at this property again, nor will I stay at a Sleep Inn again any time soon. This was a very sub par performance. Maybe all was an unfortunate coincidence, but there are plenty of hotel properties in Boone, and this one doesn't measure up in multiple ways.

was ok. The room was clean but well wore. coffee maker in room didn't work. no coffee in lobby due to many high school football players staying at a summer camp, they had wiped it out. Same with breakfast the next morning. We had 2 rooms and someone had smoked in one of them and it had to be aired out.

We stayed the night after a tubing / rafting trip at a local outfitter.. Great location to just about everything in the surrounding area. The pillows weren't the best, I would suggest bringing your own - they were small and square. Overall stay was nice - nothing stands out as excellent - but still a satisfying stay.

everything was perfect but we hated the air conditioning it seemed to have a mind of its own and went on and off even when v changed the settings...but over all a nice clean place with ease to reach all the places

Sleep Inn Boone is a perfect one or two day stay for parents of App. State students. The free breakfast is very useful! Rooms were great. The noise level is high due to the highway right outside plus next to a car dealership. Noise between rooms and in hallways tends to be loud. Other than that, pretty good!

Overall good experience.

We made reservations for a handicapped room, we get there late, go to room and find out the room given to us didn't have handicapped bathroom. It was reserved about 2 months ahead of time. It was the friday before Appalachian State's graduation, so we probably couldnt find another room. I mentioned it to them as we checked out, and they were apologetic. However, when the reservation was made, I made SURE to emphasive handicapped was needed! I also left a dress hanging in the closet. Once I realized it that evening, I called the hotel and they said they had already rented the room out and could not enter the room until those guests left. They took my number, but I have yet to hear from them. I called the next evening, and they told me to call back in the morning. I called the next morning, they said it had not been turned into lost and found. And they took my number ONCE AGAIN. I still have not heard from them.
