Stayed here about two weeks and enjoyed the stay! Very convenient location and good place to stay with kids also.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very accomodating and very polite.Service was very good. Any request we had was granted in no time. Everybody was helful and did it with a smile. We would definitely book at this hotel again whenever we come back to Makati.

Request that the hotel breakfast include bacon. I seating area table to close to one table. The hotel bed matress needs to be soft bed too hard.

Nice hotel, nice staff, quaint little pool in the courtyard, pretty good breakfast in the morning, the room is so big compared to how much I spent per night. I paid a relatively small amount for a room that is the size of an apartment. Two bedroom, two bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen, one living room, three T.V.s total. A wonderful place, I recommend it. It's really close to a lot of day time activities and shops, and about a couple of minutes by taxi to the local night life or if you choose to go to the P. Burgos street area. It's quite the accomodation!

Room was spacious and clean. Convenient and pretty safe with on the ball guards at entrance. Special thanks to Nick from the reception who had kindly extended check out time as we were on a tour that day.

I stayed at Ascott Makati on business for three nights but I must admit that when my stay in Manila needed to be extended one more night I actually moved across the street to the Intercontinental, which was a better experience. My suite at the Ascott was unbelievably large and very comfortable and the gym is very nice. The main problem with this hotel is that the front desk won't do anything for you, the security is over the top (it's like living in a police station) and the cafe is a disaster. The couple of times I went in there they didn't actually have the things that were on the menu. I wouldn't go back there - the Intercontinental was like a breath of fresh air by comparison at roughly the same price.

Close to all amenities. Excellent selection for breakfast buffet. Efficient, professional and polite hotel staff.

the location is good however the need to upgrade the furnature it is very old the beds are not relaxing anymore they are all worn out

My first stay at the Ascott was a very pleasant surprise. There service and accomodations for my wife, my wife's cousin and I were first rate. Terrific value for the price. The location was ideal for my wife's first experience at shopping in the Philippines. My only disappointment was the limited availability of a conference room for one of my business meetings. But I learn that was only because of the popularity of the hotel for business meetings. I will definitely stay at the Ascott in the future.

The entrance to the hotel was on a sidewalk near the train station so when the trains let out, the walkway was flooded with people. Even getting out of the taxi was a problem. The buffet breakfast was awesome, with the entrees changing every morning! Room service was prompt and everyone was so kind and helpful! Don't use the hotel shuttle car, it costs too much if you plan on going out a lot. We took a cab and the price very reasonable and also fun and adventurous. I would definately stay there again. the pool jacuzzi didn't look so good so we didn't go in and our air conditioner was a little noisy but we did get a free upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom. all in all a good price for the mone! The big shopping mall is a few steps out of the hotel on the same side of the street and it is air conditioned also, Very nice!

Everything was great with only one exception. The bed in our bedroom was very hard. A new mattress was needed. Bed in other bedroom was very comfortable. Amenities were great and staff was exceptionable.

The hotel is next to the large Gloretta mall,one of the nicest shopping locations in Manila. This would be my main attraction. The staff was very courteous and I also didn't feel Nickelled and dimed to death. For example, when I needed some milk for my daughter, they gave it complimentary--I know it's small but that's what I remember. Good place!

AS NOTED, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR RECENT STAY AT THE ASCOTT. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS WHY DO THEY HAVE TO CHARGE $10.00 PER DAY USING THE WI-FI AT THE APARTMENT OR AT THE LOBBY WHEN YOU CAN ACCESS IT FOR FREE AT THE COFFEE SHOP (STARBUCKS) AT THE SHOPPING MALL DOWNSTAIRS???!!!

The hotel in in the middle of a large shopping complex, in walking distance of many department stores, a large supermarket, and many restaurants. Our room was more than we expected - very clean, elegant yet comfortable, and sophisticated. Ascott Makati also has a complete fitness center and large swimming pool so we did not have to venture off property to get exercise. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the menu was different every day. We spent 6 nights there and we fully expect to stay at the Ascott Makati again the next time we return to Manila.

The location / surrounding neighborhood is the best in Manila. It was very convenient for shopping and dining purposes. However, the ground floor is so crowded; It is atually a public "road". I would rather be in a hotel where there is peace and quiet as you approach it. The flow of crowd was similar to water flowing so heavily that it was hard to stop or get through it.

Nothing else to say. This hotel is fantastic in every way. Oh btw, the breakfast buffet is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in Ascott Residences and will definitely come back. The service was excellent, the hotel staff are very accommodating, polite and always ready to assist us with whatever it is that we need. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-kept, too. I cannot think of anything that I don't like about our stay in Ascott.

Me & my kids were very comfortable during our stay at Ascott. The hotel is very spacious, everything we need were all in there. Feels like a second home that my 2 kids did not have difficulty adjusting during our first few days in Manila.

Quality service,employees very attentive and were 5 star as far as service. Free internet, breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in the 10 different hotels I have stayed in Asia. My wife found the bed to be to firm,but managable with extra pillows. No regrets, best value for the money.

ホテルには2時半頃着いてすぐチェックインしたのですが、まだ部屋の掃除が終わっていないので20分位待ってほしいといわれ結局1時間半待たされました。部屋は広く(2ベッドルーム)清潔でした。ホテルの場所はマカティの真ん中ということもあり、すごく便利なところにあります。マーケットやショッピングモール、グリーンベルトもすごく近くタクシー乗り場もホテル前にあります。朝食もまあまあでした。

친절한 호텔직원들과 안락한 객실 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 쇼핑할 일이 많았는데 SM몰, 글로리타몰, 그린벨트까지 5분내 이동 가능하구요, 아침조식 환상적이예요. 그리고 수영장 이용할때 타월도 따로 대여해줘서 편리하게 잘 사용했습니다. 적극추천!!

Ascott studio met keuken - alles tip top. Niets ontbreekt in keuken. Ligging boven een shopping mall. Alles dichtbij op loopafstand. Een aanrader voor iedereen die Manila will bezoeken. "I shall return"...

Heb hier een prima ervaring gehad, de lobby voor het inchecken had wat mij betreft gelijkvloers moegen zijn zodat je maar 1 keer met de lift hoeft en niet zoals nu eerst de lift naar de lobby nemen om vervolgens naar je kamer te moeten met de lift. Verder was de de bediening en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel uitstekend. Het eten was goed te noemen maar niet perfect.

Das Hotel ist schön "mobiliert". Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Executive room war sehr geräumig. Nur das Badezimmer sah alt aus v.a. die Badewanne. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielseitig. Lage: super zum Einkaufen, nähe Flughafen sowie Museen. DIe 2 Tennisplätze sehr praktisch und schön auf dem Dach "gelegen".Kurz: Hotel Facilities: top.

我們一家四口在Ascott住了三晚, 二房二廳的房間非常寬敞舒適, 讓我們即使不出門也可舒服享受在家的感覺. 地點佳, 下樓即是餐廳及商場, 早餐也很豐盛. 下次到馬尼拉會再造訪此飯店.
