Comfortable hotel . Next to a building site at the moment although that did not bother us. 700 yards from the main drag. New hotel so no run down

Was a little upset at the fact that when you go through an internet savings website that you do not get any hotel points. If I would have known that I would have not gone through hotels.com. I would have called the hotel directly. My vacation consisted of 6 nights in 3 different Hamptons and 3 of them I did NOT get credit for. There are doing a lot of construction on two sides of the hotel. We did have a room with renovating outside our window and we never heard any of the demolition on the building in our room. The road work was a little tricky to get around it. On a good note the breakfasts were great if you like biscuits and gravey as one of the hot meals every morning. We were close to everything we wanted to see. Did not do too much late night walking as it did seem a little creepy at night.

The hotel was wonderful. The building behind was being torn down so it was half gone and all the surrounding streets were being repaired. There was a sign in the lobby apologizing for construction but we didn't hear any construction noise and it didn't affect our stay in any way.

Uncomfortable due to air conditioner blowing directly at the bed. Had to pin drapes together in order to deflect the breeze. Loud refrigerator kept waking us up in the night.Construction across the street did not bother. In fact, it was interesting to watch.

Excellent accommodations. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Large shower stall. Full complement of toilettries and bath accessories. Convenient location. Friendly, courteous staff. 24 hour sn shop and business center. Free breakfast. Exetcise center and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

good place to stay if you want to be close to downtown

Everything about this hotel was nice...except for the fact thaty we were on the 2nd floor, right above the valet parking and we could hear the valets at all hours of the night. I had to call the front desk once to ask it to stop. That being said, the location was fantastic, the breakfast was good (althrough too crowded to eat down there - we had to bring it to our room) and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Although it is right across the street from construction of the convention center, there was no problem with noise or traffic. The staff was very cheerful, and even uncorked our wine for us. We marked down in the "condition" of the hotel because the bar didn''t have a couple of items it should have it, but the staff more than made up for it. Beds nice, and the location is right acros s from the Country and Western Hall of Fame and near many bars and restaurants. Parking underneath.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to the Downtown Nashville area. I could walk just about anywhere I wanted without feeling uncomfortable. Broadway (where all the honky tonks are) is just 2 short blocks from the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and accomodating when I talked with them. The breakfast was out of this world and well worth staying at this hotel. Yes, there are others but this one hit the price and the location for me!!! Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville.

The Hampton Inn Downtown Nashville, TN was very conveniently located to everything and the rooms were clean, staff very helpful and beautiful breakfast! Would for sure stay there again.

we stay here a couple of times a year, and we love it. the rooms are large ,clean, and fit our needs perfectly. the one downside is that you do have to pay for parking; however, you would have to pay to park downtown if you stayed further out. it is our favorite hotel to stay at in nashville.

Great hotel close to all the nightlife on broadway, the bridgestone arena, and many restaraunts. Great Hotel in a good area.

This hotel is in a great location, and will be even better when the Country Music Hall building construction is done. (A 7 a.m. Saturday nail-gun wake-up call wasn't so fun.) But the Hampton had everything we needed, and was very convenient for Rocketown--all at a great price. Just make sure you take your parking "key" (even after checkout) when you get your car from the garage, or you'll have to wait for an attendant to let you out.

The Hampton Inn & Suites in downtwn Nashville was a perfect place for my hubby and I to stay last week. Our room was spacious (the bathroom was divine!), clean, and well tended to. We loved stopping in the lobby for our hot breakfast each morning and bumped into a few friends we had made from the evening before. The outside grounds were well taken care of and the only bummer for me was there were no chairs to sit and soak up the warm Tennessee sunshine (outside in front of outside access to pool).Other than that, this is a hotel we definitely will come back to!

Great hotel and great location to Broadway Street Bars and Restaurants.

This was a great place to stay a few blocks from downtown Nashville we walked most of the time the last night we took a taxi back because it was freezing outside only 5 bucks.I will absolutely stay here the next time I am in Nashville.

The staff was amazingly friendly. The front desk staff were most courteous and eager to help. The bed was large and the room was spacious. The view looked an access street and construction site. The cable selection was a little lacking, and the remote control had seen better days. The shower doors were off their hinges, and I had to reattach them to bathe. The cleaning staff ignored the "Do Not Disturb" sign and took the liberty of cleaning my room while I was gone. It was awkward when I showed up while they were still there. Connecting to the internet was a breeze, and the speeds were fast. The bed was great. Slept all through the night. The complimentary breakfast was among the best I've eaten.

This hotel was suggested by another person as being an excellent place to stay and I was not disappointed.l The breakfast buffet was an added bonus!

Great location if you are hanging out around Downtown Nashville!!!!

The room and the service was very nice. The only defect was that the refrigerator was broken and so it would wiggle everytime we touched it.

we booked a room at this hotel for my birthday weekend. we were very happy with everything this hotel had to offer. it was super easy to find and located just blocks away from the hockey stadium, football stadium and all the bars and restaurants. the breakfast the hotel offered each morning was amazing and free! we will absolutely stay here again on our next road trip to nashville.

We booked this hotel online for what we thought was one rate (advertised rate), but by the time they were done with taxes and "fees" we were up to an additional $37 for the room on a Saturday night. The room was better than we expected in terms of cleanliness and condition of furniture, etc. We were unable to park in the garage on our first try, but after returning from dinner, we found an acceptable open spot. Be aware that there is a fee if you self-park, and additional fee if you use valet parking (and prime spots appear to be kept for valet parking).. Overall, hotel staff was friendly and pleasant, and the bed was quite comfortable/clean. We were informed the hotel would not be giving us a receipt since we booked through Hotels.com

This was a great hotel and an AMAZING location. Rooms were big and clean....very comfortable and staff were amazing!!! We got it at a good rate too!! Close to anything you could want to do in a Nashville night! :) GREAT CHOICE!!

Good hotel in a great convenient location. New construction going on across street, but that's progress and it will look great when finished. I would stay here again.

The service could have been a little friendlier when we arrived, but as far as everything else goes I loved it. The gentleman that checked us out was very nice and overall it was a great stay.

My wife and I wanted a Hotel downtown, close to Broadstreet and 2nd, we were definitely within walking distance to the night life. Recommended!

It was in walking distance of Broadway, which was nice. But the construction next door was a hassle. We couldn't sleep in or nap from the noise.

Location and hotel room were ok, but the complimentary breakfast seemed so bad I did not even bother to try it: plastic dishes and it was so overcrowded people were almost fighting over the last bits of scrambled eggs.

have already recommended to others have stayed thier before its awsome and worth every cent!!!!!!!

I was a little worried when I learned that the hotel was across the street from the construction site for the new convention center but it turned to be quite quiet. We were in town for 2 nights of shows at the Ryman and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to and from downtown. The desk staff was super friendly and the free breakfast/coffee was great after our late nights. Glad the hotel had its own parking garage even if we did have to pay extra for it.. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel in downtown Nashville just one night, in October 2011. It is a nice hotel, conveniently located within walking distance to all the usual Nashville attractions. they also served a really great continental breakfast, with a nice variety of hot and cold foods, including waffles and oatmeal. Our only complaint was that we didn't find the bed very comfortable but that comes down to personal preference. There was also a view of a construction site and lots of noisy construction nearby, but that is not the hotels fault and it's temporary. We would stay here again.

Great hotel and great location. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and LP Field, but major construction going on next to hotel so be prepared for noise during the work week.

This hotel is great for location. We went up to Nashville for a Predators Hockey game and it was walking distance for us to get to the Bridgestone Arena. But here is my complaint. I would have given this hotel a 5 but not after what happened the morning we was leaving. We went down for breakfast and decided to lie down for a while afterwards because we had a late night. 7:55 am a housekeeper knocks on our door wanting to know when we are leaving. I could not believe that I was just as good as being asked to leave the hotel when checkout is 12pm. I was so angry with being disturbed while I was lying down and that early in the morning topped it off. I made a complaint with the front desk and they was not interested at all. So I have made my complaint to the corporate office. If you don't mind being woke up and asked to leave then go ahead and stay here.

This hotel is just about 3-4 blocks off of Broadway on 4th Ave. It is extremely close to the bars downtown. Great location and well lit walk back to the hotel. I went with my girlfriends, so this was important for the 3am walk back. Rooms were great! and large. The 2 queen sofa bed room was quite large. The hotel breakfast buffet was great. Pretty much everything you need there. Hotel was mostly quiet. There is some street construction right across 4th ave from the hotel. They are building a convention center I believe. We asked for a room on an upper floor to avoid the excessive construction noise, but were given a room on the 2nd floor directly across from the construction. Must've been a miscommunication! :) Great hotel!

We paid for the valet and they moved our car to the street because it took us 10 minutes to retreive our car after packing. We paid $50 for the weekend for valet and had friends that paid nothing to park in the garage themselves. This was very dissappointing. Hotels.com had our reservations correct but every time I called to confirm the Hampton did not have the correct information. This was an error on behalf of Hamptom and was very frustrating.

me and my wife have stayed here a coule times now and have enjoyed our stay both times. besides self parking being a little more than I would like to pay. it is less than a 5 minute walk to Bridgestone Arena, the Ryman, all the hustle and bustle of downtown. its easy to get in and out of from Korean Vets Blvd. all the employees are nice and respecful, very clean rooms and very nice pool also.

This is only a few blocks (5 minute walk) to Broadway and 2nd street downtown, where all the live music/bars/entertainment is. It was a great price for location, and a very nice hotel. Clean, great breakfast buffet, and wonderful amenities. Fridge in the room, nice bathroom - overall great experience. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Nashville. It's right across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame.

My husband and I spent the weekend for the Titans/Broncos game. Overall, the hotel was WONDERFUL with the exception of our bed. We had two queen beds in our room and both were horrible in the comfort department. As for the decor, cleanliness, staff, amenities, continental breakfast, etc....that was FABULOUS. We were slated to stay Friday thru Monday, but we ended up leaving Sunday after the game because we really could not bear to sleep another night in their beds!!!! I would still recommend this hotel especially if you like really soft, unsupportive beds. We would consider staying again, but would ask for a firmer bed. All in all a good trip even though the Broncos lost!
