Super 8 St. Louis Airport - سانت لويس

Bed had bedbugs. My husband woke up with marks all over him. He ended up shifting the sheet and exposing the mattress. There was a roach in the bathroom and the mattress was hard as a rock.

I have stayed at this hotel everytime I've came into St. Louis for the past 4yrs and this time when I stayed, (only one night) I woke up with bites all over my legs and I'm guessing that they're from bed bug bites. I will never stay here again.

great value for the price. had no concerns whatsoever.

During are stay at this hotel we could hear the people on all sides of us all night. If we muted the tv we could hear there conversations very well. We asked for a no smoking room but are room smelled like smoke very bad.When we got to the hotel the lady who checked us in was rude. Rest of the staff was nice tho. Hotel is in a good location very easy to get on the to the interstate and get to town. Fastfood was really close to the hotel. Room rate was pretty cheep for where we where and what we did.

The room was a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. one of the locking mechanisms on the window was broken, and it was left open. The hotel itself only had one ironing board and two irons. For a hotel near the airport you would think they would have more of these neccesities. Over all was not impressed, and would not be willing to stay again. Do not recommend it.

The bathroom walls in the tub and around the tub area were covered in mold, "Very Dirty". The sheets on the beds may have been clean but they just didn't look clean or feel clean when you first got into the bed. They were wrinkled and didn't look fresh, but it was nearly 10 P.M. when I checked in so I was not going to look for another hotel at that time of the night. There was no access for handicap or disabled patrons to the second floor except a narrow stairway,"NO ELEVATOR". The hotel was advertised as the Airport Super 8 when there is another Super 8 just minutes from the airport, this hotel was miles from the airport in a very bad or rough looking neighborhood. There were no amenities in the room such as a refrigerator or microwave and for the price "NOT WORTH THE MONEY " The only ice machine was on the ground floor, again not easily accesssable for the handicapped guest. The complimentary continental breakfast didn't offer very much, so I found a very nice resturant right across the street from the Super 8 that was very close to the airport. Not being familiar with the St. Louis area, I booked this reservation on line, so I really didn't know what I was getting. Now that I know a little about the area I'll never book reservations at ths Super 8 again and I'll inform all of my friends not to use this hotel but to book at the one that is really close to the airport, I didn't require a shuttle service, but I didn't see one at the hotel where I stayed. The Super 8 close to the airport Had A Shuttle Van parked in front of the hotel.

Most Horrible experience ever. I reserved a king bed and I got a Queen Bed. Room was smelling nasty. The towels that they provide are not soft at all. They don't have a desktop computer for public access. I should have chosen the ones closer to airport.

Quality for the money you pay in short. A spacious room but not quite clean but clean enough. the non-smoking rooms had a smell of tobacco. They clean the rooms and change the towels only if you specifically request. The free breakfast is cereals, orange juice, tiny bagels and some muffins. Nothing spectacular.. Just what you paid for.. It is very close to the airport less than 4-5 miles.. and in case you want to use the metro, bus stop is just a 2 min walk.

The cleanliness of the motel was okay except for the chairs in the room. They were so filthy that I had to use a towel to cover it. We had to ask for service, clean towels. There were no amenities, facial tissue, shared iron with other patrons, no ironing board. We had to go to the first floor for ice, no ice machine on the second floor, walking up and down the staris each time. The two star rating is definitely appropriate.

I didnt even stay at the hotel! After i saw its condition and the quality of the room i left and didnt even ask for my money back. Some strange smell of cooking was all over the hotel!

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was basic but nice. Clean room & bathroom for good price. GREAT for quick stay.

We just went in the reception, saw the condition of the hotel and the room and left! Someone was cooking some strange thing and the smell was allover the place!

The night desk person was not at the desk and she looked like she sleep when she finally arrived. She had an unpleasany disposition. Small toliet are uncomfortable and do not use them the bathroom was clean and remodeled with a small toliet. This was waste of money because I could not use the toliet. In addition, walls were thin. You choose?

Location was not my consideration, but price and quality were. Would recommended for the price and quality. Location you'll have to determine.

The woman at the desk was very nice. Everything was pretty good condsidering what I paid. Probably the best value I have found in St.Louis. Would stay there again.

We were in town for a concert and had to leave early the next morning. For the price paid it was a good hotel. We only needed a place to sleep and shower. Hotel staff was friendly enough, but a little on the slow side. Recommended for someone on a budget who is staying for short periods, but would not be bad otherwise.

The rooms in the hotel were very large and spacious. The rooms themselves were dirty. There were stains on the walls, the toilet leaked and got the carpet wet. The hotel staff lied. When asking about cancelling a night the staff advised it was ok as long as hotels.com was ok with it. When I phoned hotels.com they told me the manager said it was not. Overall the service was not very friendly.

The walls of this motel are very thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms on each side of you. We were next to a room that had very noisy people with them yelling, using profanity and banging into the walls and slamming doors. It was 2:30 in the morning when it got really bad and when my husband went to the management to complain, they said they called that room and the occupants said they were trying to sleep. With the thin walls, I would have heard their phone ring but I did not. They continued to be loud until about 4:00 am. The breakfast consisted of week old bagles and muffins. The only thing good I can say about this place was the towles were soft and fluffy.

If they would put a refrigerator and microwave in the room, I would place it right up there with any of the high dollar hotels. Only complaint I had was I stayed 2 nights, no clean towels and when I checked in, I found an old dirty used washcloth hanging on the shower rod.

If you need a clean room for the night, this place is fine, and you get your money's worth. If you're looking for anything extra, it's not there. We are an older couple, and arrived at the hotel at about 2PM. The parking lot was empty. We were given a second floor room at the end of the hall, and when we asked where the elevator was we were told that there was none. We asked for a first floor room and were told that they only had smoking rooms available on the first floor and that they were sold out for the night. We asked for a valet cart to at least get our things from the car to the lobby/stairs, and the manager went and got a small warehouse flat-bed cart (along the lines of what you would find at Sam's Club). We "schleped" our stuff up to the second floor, and carried it all in several trips to the last room down the hall. I can't imagine why a hotel would put the non-smoking rooms at the end of the hall, requiring you to walk past all of the "smoking" rooms to get there, but they did. The hall stunk of smoke. The advertised breakfast was minimal at best. When we got to it, nothing had been replenished. When we asked for the juice, muffins, and bagels to be re-filled the manager brought out enough for 2 or 3 servings. Minutes later when the next couple arrive looking for the breakfast, they had to ask again. The room was fine, and very comfortable for the money, and if that's all you want this place is fine.

good value, close to many things.front desk did not know the area , and only had a phone book in english.other person in our party asked for the wall next to their bed to be cleaned, had coffe on it....never was cleaned.

We were happy with this hotel as a place to get some sleep on our road trip. it smelled like stale smoke, & the ice machine didn't work, but we were tired and just needed a place to sleep, and this hotel worked just fine for that.

the rooms are clean and the staff helpful with area directions. Very reasonable and close to attractions.
