Stayed here on zoo trip. Very friendly staff.

Great family hotel. Very clean room. Great breakfast. Service was excellent. The maintenance man, Lance, came in on a Saturday evening to resolve an issue with the pool - they were able to open it back up so the kids could get back to swimming. He was a lifesaver!!

Lived up to expectations, will definitely stay again. Try the Pizza Gourmet directly behind the hotel...a bit pricey for pizza, but very good. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Everything was obviously well taken care of.

Very nice hotel, but the hotel taxes in Omaha are very high!

OMG! We always stay at a Hampton Inn when we have to stay for a few days, but this place is fantastic! Clean room, fantastic staff, and for where we had to be, a great location. We stayed on the ground floor, and NEVER heard anything at night. The staff was so friendly! A very memorable stay. We got a good discount by paying in advance and had a awesome room for the money.

My husband and I were upgraded to a corner suite because of our initial wait to check in was long. I was impressed with this. Our stay was very quiet although it was a weekend and there was a hotel full if baton twirlers. We will stay again. Love the location too!

The room was a bit small, but did the job just fine.

Very clean hotel. Gracious staff. Had problem w/noisy neighbors above us our first night, but finally got that straightened out. Great bkfsts.

The pool was a little cold, but other than that very nice hotel. Would stay there again.

It was an enjoyable stay and breakfast was great. Not really that far from the Omaha Zoo and downtown because of the highways. Plan to stay at this hotel again soon.

Absolutely wonderful! I was greeted promptly and kindly. They gave me a room away from all the kids who were in town playing ball tournaments. Guests there were all nice and excited about all the games. Food the next morning was delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. They even had a night light in the bathroom so there wouldn't be a glaring light at night if I got up. And best of all it was close to where family lived and right off the interstate. I felt very safe as I was traveling alone.

Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful.

Personnel were very friendly and courteous. The breakfasts were alright, but they weren't exactly a hot breakfast. Of course, the waffles were be- cause you were fixing them right before your eyes. The attendants in the dining area were very attentive to any needs. Only had one selection for the meat portion - either sausage or bacon. And really only had bacon for one breakfast during our stay and that was on the second half of the breakfast...if you dined early you missed the bacon. The serving warmers just did not keep the food warm. Otherwise I think there was a very good and diversified selection. Would I stay here again.... definitely!

this hotel is very clean and newer, they have a free breakfast. We were please to stay there.

The room was great, cool and spacious. The pool was nice and the gym was adequate. The best part: breakfast. So good

I have stayed at this hotel four times now. The first two times were wonderful. The third time, the ventilation fan in the bathroom quit working and the wireless network was spotty. This last time, I had experienced several problems trying to learn details concerning the different types of rooms they have. In addition, I had problems getting additional pillows and a comforter for the pull out bed. In addition, the wireless was still spotty. On the plus side, they have an excellent breakfast and a friendly staff. The rooms are nice and cleaned very well. I'm disappointed however as they advertise a 100% guarantee and on my last two visits they did not honor it.

All the people working were so friendly we all enjoyed our stay there and we will, come back, we have been to hotels and the employes were not even nice.Yours were so nice and liked to sit and visit we loved it.Thanks for having friendly people there.

My husband and I spent a night in this hotel. It was very nice. Our room was very clean, and the choices at breakfast were wonderful!

The hotel is so easy to access from I-80. It's not far from downtown Omaha. Breakfast was great as well.

Great hotel. We have started there a number of times and every time it has been top notch. The original room we got this time was a little too small for us (2 adults and 3 kids) so the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for a minimal charge. Definitely a great hotel. Thanks Hampton Inn...see you next time!!!

We surprise our grandchildren with an overnight stay for New Year's Eve. The hotel staff was wonderful as was the clenliness and comfort of the hotel. All of us had a good breakfast in the morning and then the kids went for another swim before checking out. The only complaint we had was the Chlorine level in the pool and the Hot Tub. It was so high that our kids and most of the people in the pool are were coughing really bad from the chlorine gas in the air. We finally propped open the outside door to let some fresh air in and notified the front desk that we had done so. After most of the other swimmers had left, we turned off the whirlpool and that helped a lot! Not having all of the air bubbles releasing chlorine into the air was much better. The level seemed better in the morning. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definately stay again.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and we have never been disappointed! The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. We reccomend this hotel to everyone we know that's headed through the Omaha area and will continue to stay here for many years to come.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Super clean and overall quiet. The location is somewhat "middle of nowhere" with development coming. Everything is a drive...no outside sidewalks to go for a stroll etc.

Our experience with this hotel was Outstanding! Our bed was not as comfortable as our temper-pedic mattress, but.. The hotel staff was very accomodating and very friendly! Kudos to Chris and Marianna. The location was perfect for us because it was right beside the LaVista Convention Center where we were attending the Avon Holiday Show. And Thank You also to the staff for helping me find my lost shoes.

This possibly is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. Clean, Friendly service, great rooms.

We were very pleased with our stay. Would recommend if very highly.

This hotel fit exactly what we were looking for as we were on a cross country drive: close to the interstate, new and clean hotel, and great service. Our only complaint is how loud it was - sound really traveled from the people above us. However, it worked great and we'd recommend it.

The service was great. They upgraded me to a Suite at no charge. It was clean and quiet. Very nice place to stay. I would definitely stay there again!
