stayed with a family of 5 with 3 teenage children. they loved the pl very convenient with the mall near the hotel.the female receptionist are not helpful. on 3rd nite when came back we saw that our towels was chng to clean ones(very happy), they short of 2 towels. So my dau called the receptionist to req for 2 more towels. The reply was very cold & told that will get it the next morning. What is the point as we will check out the next morning.

Nice location if travelling via RER trains to Paris or to Disneyland. Entrance to Val d´Europe train station is right in front the hotel. Studio-type rooms, but level of daily cleaning was lousy, e.g. dishes in our room were not washed. We also had to ask for extra towels, that were promised, but never provided.

The only issue I have is that when you report a problem to Reception upon arrival, it is rarely dealt with unless you harangue them for 24 hours. Microwave was filthy, looke dlike a tomato explosion inside, took 24 hrs to get it cleaned. Curtains hanging off wall as hooks broken, was fixed the next day. Dishwasher had to be replaced completely. Main Light in kitchen was never repaired. But we had 4 of us in a 5 person apartment which was much more spacious than the 4 person apartment, beds are comfy, 2 tv/dvds to keep kids happy. Could have found somewhere to park on the street at this time of year but paid out the 10 Euro per night charge for the underground car park - in the summer we have waited 10 mins for the lift as only 1 services the car park however. It is perfect location wise for DIsney (right next to station if you dont want to drive) and Val D'Europe shopping centre. I will definitely stay there again and just check everything on arrival and harangue them to fix stuff!

THe location of the Val 'dEurope hotel is great for Disney,train station across the road and only takes 3/4 minutes to Disney.The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our family,the only thing was the room was very hot and we couldn't turn off the heating..Another downside was there is no facitity to print off boarding tickets,we had to use the hotel across the road.Would definately stay there again though

A COMFORTABLE HOTEL CLOSE TO DISNEYPARKS. AMPLE ROOM TO PARK AND COMFORTABLE BEDS. ONLY NIGGLE WAS TWO SINGLE BEDS NOT DOUBLE, AND LIGHT BROKEN AND HANGING DOWN IN BATHROOM. SEPERATE SHOER AND SHOER IN BATH MADE GETTING READY FOR DAY AT PARK QUICK AND EASY. WOULD RETURN.

the room was too small for a family of 5 the toilet ventilation did not work and was not fixed desptite many complaints no cleaning service or change of linen or towels the room was stifling with no air conditioning but opening the windows exposes you to loud noises from the square below especially at night.if you wish to sleep at night ask for aback room only not convenient for those wishing to visit paris -45 minutes by RER to the ar de triummph at night the train frequency is quite low it may be worth you while if you are ready to suffer the above only if your destination is euro disney

The hotel was very basic but clean. It was a bit care worn considering it can't be that old. Our room was cramped but we really only slept there. The surrounding area was great for shopping & eating. We used it as a base for Paris - the train journey was about 35mins. If you're staying for a few days consider getting a Paris Viste card - can be used on the train, metro, buses etc & gets discounts at some attractions - Disney - Bateau Paris.

Location map provided is inaccurate, however when we eventually found the hotel it is nicely located across the road from the rear exit of the train station. Nice to get a relaxing break only 5mins from Disney. Also some great restaurants & shops within easy reach. Staff at hotel are there if you need them, and accommodation / room was perfect. Nice to have a fridge too... :-)

This is a basic aparthotel, but it ticked all the boxes for us - clean, well equipped, inexpensive, convenient for Disney. The RER station is right outside the door, and from there it is just one stop to Disney. The hotel has a left luggage service which was very important for us. The staff were really friendly and helpful - the guy on reception went running off with my husband to help him get to the shop before it closed. There aren't any hotel facilities (restaurant, bar, etc), but the apartment kitchen was well equipped. It's about 400m to the main Val d'Europe plaza which is pleasant and has a number of bars and restaurants, and plenty of room for kids to run around while you wait for your food. If you are looking to visit Disney on a budget I highly recommend this place

One misleading sign is that instead of the hotel being called Residhome Val d'Europe the sign said Residome Prestiage. We did have to double check we had the right place. Apart from that we were very pleased. Check-in was easy. Our party consisted of 3 adults & 3 small children & we were very happy with our apartment which consisted of 2 double bedrooms with lots of storage space, 1 had a TV/DVD, a lounge area with a large bed settee, desk area, TV/DVD, table & chairs & a kitchen area which had everything we wanted. Sink, fridge, mini dishwasher, 2 ring cooker, microwave plus all the crockery & cutlery needed. Take washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. The WC was separate from the bathroom. We even had a balony which was handy to dry our towels. The rooms are not made up every day so the towels had to last 3 days. There is a rubbish shute near the lifts which was handy. It is about 100 yards from the train station if you want to go to Disney (1 stop, 5 minutes) or to Paris. A short walk away is a large indoor Mall, huge supermarket, lots of restaurants & a Sea Life centre. Just outside is an outlet shopping centre. The whole area of Montevrain is new & there is a lot of building being done but I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if your family consists of more than 4 people. It is difficult to get hotels to accomodate a larger family. As we had a late flight we were able to leave our bags at the hotel free of charge while we went to Sea life & do some shopping. (The Mall is not open on Sundays)

Staff were very fiendly and accomodating. The location was excellent for disney and the massive shopping centre at val d'europe was at our doorstep. The room was quite small but comfortable.The cooking facilities were ideal. The Train Station was a thirty second walk from the hotel and 1 stop from Disney.On the negative side the rooms were extremely warm and the ac couldn't be changed. The room service was "sporadic" but as we spent most of the time in disney and out and about it suited us down to the ground. I would certainly recommend it as an alternative to staying in Disney itself. You are 5 minutes away, its cheaper and the Val D'europe shopping centre is a major bonus.

hotel was excellent value for money. locaton is perfect if you need a base to go back and forth to disneyland. its located right outside the train station. staff were very helpful when asked about directions to places. dvd player built into tv was great as the channels were in french so would recommend bringing some dvds with you.sofa bed was very comfortable. the power shower was great. the room we had was a bit small but we werent in the room that much so it didnt bother us too much. all in all a nice modern clean hotel and would definitly stay here again. au revoir

Hotel better than expected. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartments a good size. 2 TVs. Quality towels and hairdryer. 30 seconds from the station to Disney (a few minutes) or Paris (about 30 mins). Large mall nearby with large supermarket & 100's of shops.

The room was fairly clean but could be better. Not enough, kitchen not very well equiped if we intendend to use it. Staff helpfull but not very friendly. Internet not working as advertised - they explained they were having problems with it but it seemed to be ongoing and they weren't trying to fix it. In a positive note it was quite confortable, good for families with 1-2 children. Great location as 5 min away from Disneyland by car and train acess 5 min walking. Parking charged but easy and free to park outside the hotel in what seemed to be a safe area.

Overall a very pleasant ideally situated hotel for easy access to Disney and Paris. Very clean environment with lots of shops and restaurants. It is almost impossible to get a hotel for a family of five and this hotel is wonderful for a small or large family. I will definitely return with my family. The only problem with this hotel is that the customer service staff listen to complaint but don't action it such as giving us adequate dishes for our family needs through out our stay etc.

We can to the hotel late one evening. Early the next morning we were heading off to Disneyland. So we didn't have much time to experience the hotel. At check-in the staff was very friendly. They even walked us outside to show where the garage was for our car. The parking fee was reasonable, 16€, and everything was satisfying in the room. We got a large apartment which was worth the price. Before going to bed I wanted to buy something to drink. A minus is that the hotel doesn't sell any beverages! I asked at the reception, but they explained that they didn't offer anything to drink. Though the man working there offered me a pepsi bottle he had bought for himself. I call that good service! Of course I said no, that I couldn't accept his pepsi, but he insisted on me to have it, for free.

The service was non existing. the walls were all makred up the sofa bed was stained and had cigarettes burn on the cushions. even though this was an appartment. There were no service and nothing to clean the suite with. No brooms or dust pan no garbage pick up. No dish towles to wash the dishes.

This is a great hotel in probably the best location for Disneyland Paris. We are a family of 4 (2 small children) and the hotel was very polite and the facilities in the hotel room perfect. They had a very very clean, new and modern large bathroom. The room was very new and large for all of us with a big sofa bed. Added bonus was a kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge and freezer with all cutlery included. The location was great. Literally 1 minute walk to the RER station which takes you a 3 minute journey to the next stop at Disneyland Paris all for just 1.50 Euros. Great !! Anyway, this is super hotel and I can't recommend it enough. Have a nice stay.

The plus side of this hotel is its great location close to Disneyworld and also to a huge smart shopping centre. The hotel itself is fine for the money but its maintenance is not up to the standard expected...no electric kettle despite being advertised with one in every room and when asked they commented that too many guests were taking them so they are no longer supplying them. I thought it would have been better to hardwire the kettle base into the electrics thus stopping the stealing of kettles. The curtains were hanging off the track not a difficult problem to solve. The worst was the toilet light stopped working which was then repaired fairly quickly but then next day was hanging from the ceiling and had stopped working again. I would say that nothing is fixed until reported, there appears to be no checking of rooms prior to letting. These are only minor but annoying points. If they could solve this then it would be a lovely place to stay as the rooms themselves are furnished to a high standard but let down by the failure to check them.

I booked this hotel as my family of 5 could fit into 1 room. I was not expecting anything more than basic accommodation as I had not paid anything near the Disney hotels prices. I was really pleased as it was well worth the money. We had a little kitchen with microwave fridge kettle etc it was a short walk to a massive supermarket and even shorter walk to the train station which is 1 stop from Disney. Trains were very frequent and even with 3 small children and 3 bags we managed fine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not wish to pay Disney on site prices!!!!

A nice modern apart hotel- not particularly inspiring but great for Disneyland and Paris. However, the hotel staff were excellent. Our daughter hurt her finger whilst we were travelling. The staff called the paramedics for us and escorted them to our room to translate as necessary. Despite it being the small hours of the morning, nothing was too much trouble, and so I have no reservations in recommending this hotel.

malgré une cuisine laissée dans un état de propreté déplorable, nous avons été dans l'ensemble satisfait de notre séjour et ne manquerons pas de récidiver l'expérience.

Ikke så bra start. Toalettet manglet sete, kjøleskap og mikro var vedig skittent. Vi ga beskjed med en gang, og fikk svar på at det skulle fikses. Da vi kom tilbake etter noen timer var ingenting gjort. Så vi ga beskjed igjen. Og da vi igjen retunerte til hotellet i kveldingen, var ingenting gjort. Da vi skulle slå ut sovesofaen, manglet den to bein, så den vippet og var umulig å ligge i. Vi hadde tidliger fått beskjed om at hotellet var fullt, så vi kunne ikke bytte rom. Da vi nå ble forbannet, var det plutselig ledig rom, identisk med det vi hadde (6 manns rom) Så vi hadde en dårlig start på turen. Men beliggenheten er super, kun metrer fra tog, og minutter fra sjopping, outlet. Usikker på om vi tar dette hotellet neste gang, men Val d'Europe blir det ihvertfall. Vi har tidliger ligget i selve Disneyparken, men likte dette bedre, da det er godt med kokemuligheter, kjøleskap og nærhet til bra shopping! Og det er kun få minutt med tog til Diseny parken. Sengene var gode, også sovesofaen. Det var tv med innebygd DVD, noe som var veldig greit for de små. Så bortsett fra en veldig dårlig start på turen, var vi ganske så fornøyd!

Hotellet var 1 togstopp fra Eurodisney med togstasjon rett utenfor hotellet. Vi var 1 voksen og 2 barn. God plass med sovesova (best for barn), alt en trenger på tekjøkken (også mikro). Hotellfrokosten var innholdsrik, og barnevennlig med div frokostblandinger(chokopops etc). Stort kjøpesenter med kjent outletshoppinggate i forlengelsen. Vil definitivt nytte hotellet igjen om Disney er målet. Ca 20 min togtur til sentrum, så gjør at hotellet også er et rimelig alternativ om også det er målet.

Wir waren 3 Nächte mit 4 Personen in dem Hotel. Unser gebuchtes Zimmer war um 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Das neue Zimmer waren die Möbel völlig kaputt, die Couch hatte viele Flecken, kein Zimmerservice und es war sehr dreckig. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Handtücher wurden entfernt und man musste um neue Handtücher betteln. Die Aussicht war auf eine Müllhalde. Lieber ins Ibis gehen. Nie wieder !!!!!!!!

cuando movimos un poco el sofa-cama para acercarlo a la cama vimos bastante suciedad (pelusas) que podían formar entre todas un ovillo de lana. Otra decepcion fue que creíamos que teniamos el desayuno pagado, pero al coger la oferta de (tres noches pague dos) la opción del desayuno incluído desaparecía (cosa que no se especificaba en internet)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour (4 nuits) dans cet hôtel, en appartement 1 chambre, avec notre bébé de 16 mois qui dormait dans son lit parapluie dans le salon. Kitchenette très appréciable pour le petit déjeuner et les dîners. Hôtel très calme. Bonne situation à côté des Parcs Disney et à 500m du centre commercial Val d'Europe. Seuls bémols, aucune indication pour trouver l'hôtel, il faut suivre les panneaux "Hôtel Ibis", qui se situe juste en face, et le prix des petits déjeuners exorbitants (plus de 15€).

Hôtel parfait, tant accueil, tant propreté que situation. Gare RER à 50 m de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Que du bonheur en couple ou en famille!

Pratique pour les familles, mais ça spécificité ne va pas jusqu'au bout : pensez aux pastilles vaisselles et produit vaisselle... Pratique pour disney-land à 3 min et RER aux pieds...sans les inconvénients sonores... Séjour trois nuits bien tranquille.

super bien placé situé à 50 mètres de la station rer val d'europe qui est à 2 mns de disney. à 400 mètres d'un grand centre commercial. lit confortable. très bonne prestations pour le prix obtenu. dommage qu'on nous vide les poubelles sans remettre de sac dedans...et qu'on ne récupère pas la vaisselle manquante réclamée. pas prête cependant à payer le prix annoncé sur place

Hotel tres accueillant. Personnel tres sympathique. De plus je suis tombé en panne de voiture dans le parking de l'hotel, le personnel s'est rapidement proposé de m'aider et a facilité la venue du dépanneur. Chambre tres propre. Pour une famille de 5 pour 1 nuit => excellent rapport qualité prix. L'hotel se situe à 50 metre de la gare RER => Visite de Paris ou Disneyland sans utiliser la voiture.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la famille. Possibilité de faire des courses à 2mn et de faire un repas chaud le soir soit dans la GC à 2mn ou dans l'appartement...

Jammer, maar we zullen niet meer terugkeren naar Resid'Home Val d'Europe. In het verleden was dit onze uitvalsbasis voor Disneyland - en het heeft daarvoor ook werkelijk een fantastasche ligging, onmiddellijk naast het metrostation. Daarna zijn we ook teruggekeerd om van hieruit centrum Parijs aan te doen, vermits je een goede parkeergarage hebt, een snelle verbinding met de stad, en familiekamers, dien in het centrum moeilijk te vinden zijn. Jammer genoeg is het hotel er flink op achteruitgegaan sinds de vorige bezoeken (2 en 4 jaar geleden). De netheid van de klamers laat werkelijk te wensen over. Groete vlokken stof op de vloer in de kamer, reeds van bij het betreden van het halletje. De volgende dagen was er geen verbetering, ondanks ons vriendelijk verzoek. Er werden ons zelfs geen nieuwe handdoeken meer geleverd, dus moesten we ons na de douche gewoon afdrogen met kleine handdoeken. De hoofdkussen zijn er ook vrij dun. Toen we extra kussen bijvroegen waren die niet beschikbaar (elke dag opnieuw gevraagd, geen enkele dag bijgeleverd). Het personeel aan de receptie is wel vriendelijk, maar ze kunnen niet de dienstverlening garanderen die je van een dergelijk hotel vraagt. Echt jammer.

super hotel ! tres tres tres propre ! jhesitais a reserver etaant donné tous les avis negatifs mais cette hotel est vraiment excellent sauf le mobilier qui soit est cassé soit les portes des placards ne tiennent plus. Mais niveau propreté ras

Hotel moderno, pulito, comodo per la famiglia, fermata metro difronte ingresso hotel, vicino centro commerciale e ristoranti. Ottimo. Unica pecca il personale non parla italiano.

esta muy cerca de los parques disney y con muy buena comunicacion para desplazarse ha ellos, solo haria falta mas atencion del servicio:toallas, escoba,fregona,sabanas etc.

L'hotel è un'ottima soluzione per chi ha in programma più di un giorno a Disneyland Paris, meno per chi ha intenzione di visitare Parigi. La stazione della RER è a 20m e basta una sola fermata (4 minuti circa) e 1,70€ a persona e ti trovi all'ingresso del parco. Per chi viaggia con bambini è molto comodo in quanto i mini appartamenti sono dotati di angolo cottura/lavastoviglie/frigo.. Se invece hai intenzione di visitare la città, sono da considerare i costi aggiuntivi della METRO (16€ biglietto giornaliero) al budget di soggiorno. La mia famiglia, composta da 5 adulti (il più piccolo 12enne è considerato tale) ha speso circa 80€ al giorno di trasporti...
