this hotel is lovely, and all staff went out of their way to make our trip pleasant. I am really impressed with this hotel, and would definitely go back!

A party of 12 went for a birthday party. The hotel was just great , The rooms very clean and comfortable. The outside pool was a bit on the chilly side only the hardy went in. The lunch time staff were very slow in the restaurant. The area was good only a short walk to the Marina. The tennis courts good the gym Very Good. The reception staff very good.

I would recommend this hotel both for families and couples as there is an adults only pool, so you can have peace and quiet if you want it. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Vilamoura however this suited us as we like to walk. There is a shuttle bus that runs in and out of the centre and a taxi is less than €5. The service was fantastic and the choice of food at breakfast was one of the best we've enjoyed.

Very nice hotel, freindly staff. Food was a bit expensive. Only major issue was that the outdoor pool wasn't heated so was pretty cold.

We had a lovely break at this little oasis. Staff went above and beyond. Courtesy bus from hotel to Vilamoura at set times worked well and it was about E5 in a taxi back. Happy to recommend as we had a super 4 night break.

This 5 star hotel certainly lived up to it's billing. From the moment we checked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The Spa is wonderful and well worth a visit. Although slightly further out from the harbour than many hotels the walk is only 20 minutes and an ideal way to build up your appetite or walk it off. A lovely hotel with lots of swimming pools, nearby golf and a fantastic spa.

Great hotel, excellent modern rooms but the number of sunbeds is insufficient, we've been twice off peak, and both times you needed to be early to get a bed so August travellers beware. Having said that we'd go again!

Hi My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 10 days over Easter. We went primarilly to play golf and have a realxing time. The nearest golf course is 50 metres away and ideal if you just want to have a round of golf. A bit expensive but the course is beautifully mainatined. The hote itself is in a prime location backing onto the golf course and about a mile from the Marina. A shuttle bus runs frequently to the Marina here you can eat at the many restaurants. Breakfaxt at the hotel was excellent and staff very attentive. We used room service a few times and the food was well cooked and well presented. We were also upgraded to a junior suite and had free use of the excellent Spa facilities. The only thing I would say could be improived is the fact that the main pool was not heated and at 18 degrees it was a bit too bracing for me.

nice new hotel, had a great 3 night stay in April. The spa might be the best I've ever seen, just pay 10 Euros if you don't want to book a treatment to use the facilities. Pools are all nice, gym is decent, nice size room, all around new & clean. Local town has lot's of choice for restaurants, drive 20 mins to Albufeira for something a little more authentic.

A lovely large resort hotel. The facilities are excellent from the spa, leisure facilities, dining options and the contemporary accommodation. About fifteen minutes walk from the commercialised marina in a smart quiet residential area. One of the best properties in the town

A very comfortable hotel with good amenities. Complimentary safe greatly appreciated. Do not move anything in the mini-bar as it is electronically activated! Excellent breakfast. We thought the restaurant rather expensive, but maybe it was the norm for the location. A courtesy bus will take you to the marina area where there is a large choice of restaurants and it is only a five euro taxi ride back to the hotel.

One of the nicest places I have been too. Beautiful rooms, pools and service.

Ordered 3 daily papers to be delivered to the room . on one day did this take place. Other days one or two or none delivered. Hair dryer did not work. We were taking a 8.20p.m. flight home. We had to vacate our room at 12 noon, We were told we could use a shower beside the indoor pool. This shower was located beside toilets which exposed you to everybody using these facilities. I complained and after much discussion was directed to the spa. In hotel of this grade I would have expected the use of a room. There were no facility to download our Boarding Pass.

Lovely hotel, deserves its 5 star rating. Breakfast excellent, service mixed depending on where you are, particularily bad in the Bar. Big problem is the pool, described as heated which they are not, don't open until 9 and close at 6 leaving many frustrated customers. Also close the outside Bar at 6 which it a shame when the glorious sunshine goes on for another few hours.

Perfect HILTON resort. Large room, balcon and lot of swimming pools. Big an perfec breakfast buffet. The service was as always eceptional. Perfect SPA at the hotel. The location is not very good and far from the marine/beach, but Hilton has a free shuttle, so nothing bad to say. We stayed another day because of the service and standard of the hotel. Hilton in Venice and this hotel are the best hotels we ever stayed in.

Hotellet var meget flott og servicen veldig god. Hotellet ligger ca 25-30 min unna marinaen, men det går shuttle buss til strand og marinaen hele døgnet. Taxi koster 5 € til beach/marina om du ønsker å ta det. Rommet var flott og holdt høy standard, sengen var noe hard. Servicen var høy og de ansatte var meget i møtekommende. Frokosten buffen var meget god! Vi så at det er mulig å få frokost ala carte, men der så det ut til å være en del kø og en må vente på frokosten. Lunsj menyen og middagsbuffen var relativt dårlig og alt for dyr. Det er et dyrt hotell hvor det koster 3,5€ for 0,33 med cola. Bassengene var flott og de hadde eget voksent basseng for de som ikke ønsker å ha skrikende barn rundt seg. Treningsrommet var meget godt utstyrt. Det er mulig å leie personlig trener. SPA anlegget var kanon digg! Hotellet har egen avdeling på stranden med solsenger som er gratis. En får håndkle som en kan bytte ut i løpet av dagen. Dette har en gjennom hele hotell oppholdet. Hotellet ligger vegg i vegg med flere golf områder. For kiting er ikke dette hotellet å anbefale, da kiting i området er best i FARO og LAGOS, som ligger henholdvis 30 og 60 min unna med bil. Lås lommeboken inn i safen på rommet!! ("Naive" nordmenn). Vi bestilte på hotels.com at vi ville ha ikke røyke rom, men vi fikk med røyk. Dette var vi ekstremt skeptisk til, spesielt da vi ikke røyker selv og er veldig var på røykelukt. Men vi kjente ikke noe til røyke lukt på rommet. Det hendte at det luktet røyk i gangen på vei til rommet, men ikke plagsomt. Eneste antydning til røyk var inne i garderobeskapet. Men totaltsett kan dette hotellet anbefales. Vi stor trivdes og var der i to uker.
