Great service in a classy hotel. Will stay there again.

everything good, people is so nice and kind.

The hotel was very nice and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and very helpful. The only complaint I would have is that I paid in full before I got there and when I went to check out the hotel charged me about $8.00 a day for a security charge. I think this is wrong. If they want to do this they should include it in the price of the room. Other than that everything was perfect. As I said, the staff is exceptional. I have stayed there before and will stay there again. I just wish they would change how they do the security charge.

Good and nice hotel near Mall , good Breakfast Buffet elegant and delicios. I like to go back anytime I have the oportunity. HAPPY COSTUMER !!!!!!!!!!!!

we have a good time in this hotel very comfort and a big mall is near by so very nice two days, thanks.

Love the hotel, only problem was there was no hot water sometimes, in the morning or at night, and is a long way away from many of the tourist things to do.

first night I was there the didn't have the room that I booked-they put me in a 3-bedroom apt that was amazing! there is a large shopping mall with theatre just across the street-also, there is a tgifridays just across the street. Is a bit of a distance from the airport, but will probably stay there again on my next trip

A very nice apartment to stay in. Was perfect for my 4 family members to stay at whilst visiting Bogota. Spacious, clean and comfortable, I would certainly recommend to others. The only criticism, (ok, 2) is the breakfast provided as part of the package was very ordinary and the dishes not kept stocked up as had to ask several times for food to be provided. Also, the cost of local calls from the hotel is exhorbitant... 20x over what you pay if you walk across the road to make calls!

Estelar apartments at hotel Fontana, are quite big and comfortable. They seem older but they keep them clean. The staff is super nice and they will try their best to accommodate all requests. However, communication among staff members, specifically at the front desk was poor and caused some inconveniences. They offer transportation via hotel cabs. A bit more expensive than a regular cab, but totally worth the added safety. Ask the front desk for rates prior to getting in the cab. ( or else some of the drivers will overcharge). Great location, close to shopping malls and restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent food in the two onsite restaurants. Within easy walking distance of additional restaurants and cafes. A huge mall is a two minute walk. Wi-fi is available in all public areas, but the connection in my room was not dependable. I recommend this place except for the internet connection in the room.

Just one simple word to define this Hotel: Excellent.

This hotel was not bad at all... just outdated. Based on pricing is a great deal. They said they are remodeling and updating most of the rooms. Be sure you ask for a modern one. I liked that they had a living room space with stove, refrigerator, and plenty of storage. Also have internal taxi service and it is very close to UNICENTRO, a major mall in Bogota. Overall experience was O.K. as me and my girlfriend spent the entire day out sightseen.

Top notch security and great service.. located across from the Unicentro Mall..in walking distance to grocery stores.. I enjoyed my time and def recommend this place.. only thing is the on site driver service is alot more pricey than a regular taxi.. recommend regular taxi from street outside the gate.. half the price..

Close to unicentro mall and walking distance to other restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Very nice hotel, the apartment suite we had was excellent for our family, very comfortable. The hotel staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a large selection and everything was very good. Excellent security in and around the hotel area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Walter, the night manager, was the only good thing about this hotel. He fixed all of our problems- no internet, no electricity at one point, no door lock, etc. He handled everything with professionalism and saved us from what would have been a disaster of a stay.

Estelar Apartamentos are attached to the lovely Hotel Fontana, one of Bogota's older, more established 5 star hotels. We enjoyed our stay very much and hotel staff was helpful. We did find, however that some rooms are quite noisy (those facing Avda 15 or Calle 127) esp. as windows, doors don't always closey tightly and traffic in Bogota is loud (esp. from 4:30 am onwards). This was an issue for us as we have young children. Suggest you request an apartment facing the plazaleta. These seem to be better maintained and fully equipped (others were missing basic kitchen equipment such as coffee makers and can openers). You may have to argue and insist that they fully equip your apartment - Not unfair considering the price and the 5 star rating.

This is the best place to stay in Bogota! The rooms are excellent,the staff is super nice,and the security abd location perfect. The price is a bargain. The restuarant is excellent. The only downer was only 2 hot-tub jacuzzi,s for entire complex. I am making this my official Bogota hotel. I have stayed at 4 other hotels and also feel this is better than JW Marriot.

This is a very nice place conveniently located, close to shopping malls, cinemas, restaurants, supermarket, drug stores, etc. They gave us an upgrade at a low cost since I made a mistake with the reservation. On Sundays, there is a typical entertainment event with dancing, costumes, art crafts, food. The spa treatments were good, I really recommend the stetician and the hair dresser. Enjoy!

Deje olvidado un cinturón de hombre color negro, hebilla plateada Versace, el día 5 de febrero, fecha en que deje el hotel por 4 días para viajar a Santa Marta. Regrese al hotel el día 9 de febrero y permanecí hasta el día 12. Espere que me fuera devuelto. Lamento lo sucedido pues he sido cliente del hotel por 4 años aproximadamente, y varias veces en el año.

Bien ubicado en un lugar seguro, cerca a centro comercial y restaurantes. Complejo de hotel y apartamentos bastante amplio. La habitación que nos toco era tranquila, amplia. Faltaba arreglar pequeños detalles como cortinas/stores pero en general todo bien.

Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos. O hotel é extremamente agradável, bem localizado (shopping em frente), com funcionários gentis e atenciosos. O apartamento de 2 quartos era amplo, claro, extremamente confortável e bem mobilhado. Limpeza impecável. Possui um bom café da manhã, com grande variedade de frutas, tudo bem cuidado e com boa apresentação, ainda que diferenciado segundo o tipod e restaurante. Recomendo fortemente e eu e minha familia retornaremos ao hotel em nova estadia na cidade.

Es ridiculo que un hotel de este nivel y precio, ofrezca apartamentos viejos de 30 anos atras y sin limpieza. Como puede ser que ni la polvo se limpie, por ejemplo del plano detras de la cama o donde poner tu ropa a lado del armario ! Evitar !

Los apartamentos del octavo piso no cuentan con señal inalámbrica. Si bien colocaron un access point cuando hice el reclamo, deberían informar de ello al momento del checkin.

Desde que llegamos la atencion fue muy cordial, el personal se esmera en tu comodidad y siempre estan a tu disposicion. La atencion es de primera y el desayuno buffet incluido era muy variado. En resumen un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y cerca a un mall que tiene todo.

Esta ubicado en una zona muy agradable y centrica del norte de Bogota, el personal muy amable,espacios abiertos para Los niños, cerca a uno de Los mejores centros comerciales y es la mejor opcion hotelera para ir en familia con niños.

Pues mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy muy buena. Es un hotel lleno de vida, con unas instalaciones preciosas y habitaciones muy confortables. Esta super bien ubicado y la gente es muy amable. Este hotel por ser tan grande organiza muchos eventos asi que para las personas que buscan descanso y relax....creo que es muy bullicioso....pero para mi estube increible lo disfrute muchisimo y espero poder regresar muy pronto.

excelente hotel, con personal sumamente atento y agradable, ubicación privilegiada a pocos pasos de unicentro, casas de cambio y diversos restaurantes fuera del centro comercial muy convenientes para el turista.

Que un lugar tan bello, tan bien ubicado tenga una administracion, servicio de mantenimiento tan malo. Me quede en los apartamentos y el servico de limpieza fue pesimo, El domingo no te cambian ni las toallas, no te tienden la cama y el Lunes tube que llamar a las 2 de la tarde para que me hicieran servicio pues aun no lo habian hecho. Shame...for such a beautiful place.

Excelente ubicacion, los apartamentos son muy cómodos, los desayunos que estan incluidos son muy buenos, las areas comunes del hotel son bellisimas y llenas de flores. Tiene un Centro Comercial grande y muy bueno a una cuadra del hotel. Excelente atencion y mantenimiento tanto de los apartamentos como del resto de las instalaciones. Ampliamente recomendado.

Muy buen precio por el servicio ofrecido. Los apartamentos son muy amplios y cómodos. La decoración de las habitaciones es algo anticuada pero funcional.
