I will never stay there again the room was freezing when we got there the pillows were flat not very confortable

Hotel appears to be getting ready for demolition. It wasn't anything specific but a feeling that this area is set for reconstruction. Not unhappy, but ...

Room was grungy, heater had no level control so we had to manually adjust it which made the room either hot or cold. Bathtub drain was rusty. TV had 7 channels. Overall felt I should be sleeping with my clothes on.

Except for lack of cable T.V. it was good

There were spring breakers who have partied all night and I had to personally to come out to calm them down.

Customer service was not very pleasant at all. Upon check in nothing as good evening. I was told that I had to pay 10.00 for parking. I asked why and was told if I booked through a third pArty that I had to deal with then. Ice machine broken . Being a guest you would think they take the time to let you the services available at the hotel.

ok for the price, but bldg is pretty old.

It was ok but it needs to be renovated. The carpets were very dirtyand the toilet did not flush properly, We had to go down one floor for the ice machine because there wasn't one on our floor. It could use a revamping for the price that they charge.

i am not disappointed with the hotel staff at all though there was no wifi working still the comfort was good , but i am disappointed with your staff from hotel .com for giving mis leading information

Wi-fi was not provided as it advertisd. Coffee pot was not functioning no coffee available in the hotel. TV was not working.

attribute is not friendly

not good. the room we were in smell badly. location was good though since it was near to the fallsview casino and other spots.

We requested a freezer never got it . We rented 4 room, 3 of them were together on 3rd 1 was on first. Rooms were outdated.

Not clean and very outdated.

Stayed 2 nights. Upon check in we were given a free upgrade to 1 King Size bed with jacuzzi tub. Wow, the room was so "Small", there was no room for a dresser. Room felt like a closet. Above the jacuzzi tub the ceiling is caving in. The floor around both tubs, let's just say when I stepped out of the jacuzzi tub I slipped, hit the side of the tub with my leg, now a bruise, and hit the wall with my head. WARNING: DO NOT use the phone. Charges 90 cents canadian for each local call, and over $60 canadian for a 10 minute long distance call. Air conditioner extremely loud. $10 per night for parking, but they also allow other people to park there for $15, which takes up all the hotel parking. ***NEVER STAY HERE***

Good value for money. Room well maintained. Could walk everywhere we needed to go

Air Conditioner kept making a loud humming noise all night long. One of the beds sheets where not changed (clean) and was not made properly. Lots of crumbs on floor by this same bed. Facecloth had brown stains on it. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room

Clean rooms, convenient location. You have to pay for a fridge and a microwave!!!! DO NOT GET A ROOM BESIDE THE ICE MACHINE! So noisy! The walls are tinnier than anywhere I've been before. Ear plugs would be advantageous. STAFF IS GREAT.

We had a pleasant stay and would book a room there next time we stay overnight at Niagara Falls.

it was all that was required clean and walking distance to the casino had no complaints

Stay was a little disappointing house centipedes crawled out of tub at night, front desk hostess were not friendly at all and every morning when my children looked out the window there were people passing joints around .i was able to explain it however as they were able to see other thing happening in the pool . Over all very disappointing stay

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Air conditioning didn't get the room quite as cool as we would have liked, but it was still comfortable to sleep. Ice machine wasn't working. Did not use pool as we checked in late and checked out early the next morning. Overall it was a good find for what I required on my budget.

The hotel is five minutes from Fallsview Casino. We walked to the places we wanted to see,Convenient location and a short walk to Tim Hortons.

We recently stayed at the days inn, and we were disappointed! We went to our room to have some down time, to get out of the sun, and found there were about half a dozen channels, and most were in french. The parking was almost impossible, since they rent out parking spaces, and not giving guests priority, yet, guests still needed to pay to park. The rooms were fairly clean..but hallways were pretty dirty! It wasn't all bad....the staff was very pleasant!

i will never stay again this kind of room. i am sure not in days inn.

This hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and a make-over!!!! Smelly, mouldy rooms, soft chipped foam pillows, areas of the room that had stains and food stuff from months ago, no security - all doors left open for hotel and non-hotel guests to come and go...A lot of money for a pretty vial place.

Would never stay here again. Rooms were very dingy, mouldy and old. Everything was extra ie. fridge and parking. Had a baby with us so we had to have fridge for milk. Beds were ok and sheets were clean. Carpets in desperate need of replacement. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Location was the only benefit but there are also many other hotels to occupy! Reoccuring smell of old beer, juice stain on the blanket, remote needed reprogramming and new battery cover or maybe a new slab of tape, hair in the hair dryer and shower curtain. And the customer service from the front desk was none exisistent.

Some room lights were not working. the bathroom floor had not been cleaned the hole time we were there. Sheets not changed. but bed made daily. Ice machines not working. Electronic door keys not working. Pool was dirty. We would not stay there again. The staff were nice unfortunatly the company obviously does not care about the condition of the hotel And just wants the money. To Bad. great location.

room was nice, but a little pricey for what you got. you only got 4 or 5 tv stations, not what i am used to. had to ask front desk for extra toilet paper.

The location was very good, 7-10 minute walk to the falls. Staff very friendly and eager to assist. The noise coming from the hallway and adjoining rooms kept waking us up the first night, the second night we kept the tv on to drown out the noise. The pool was in the parking lot and there was no shade provided. Price was excellent for the area, and would stay again.

adequate, suited our needs for the night, hairdryer didn't work very well, staff was pleasant.

My stay was fine,hotel location was wonderful, no problem finding anything the staff was pleasant.

Excellent place to stay. I will stay at Days Inn Fallsview again. The location is great. The hotel is clean and the outdoor pool area is spotless, it was vey nice. Also the ;sister hotel' the Oakes has an indoor pool if you n eed that, the sister hotel is a good idea too. I will recommend Days Inn Fallsview to all my friends and relatives.

Unless you are trying to get to the far end of the falls, the hotel is not convenient in its location in any way. There's no free breakfast, the staff at the reception doesn't make you feel at home, and we couldn't find an easy way of getting to this place from the shuttle stop. We had to walk it over in the blazing hot sun using google maps. I am sure that you will get a better hotel to stay for the same price. I wouldn't recommend this one.

my overall stay was very good. it was during weekdays so pretty quiet which was nice. it was a hassle free booking, check in and out. the service was quick and efficient. my room was very clean and it was in the middle of the 3rd floor, also away enough from the ice machine in which i find a bit loud. the location was good if you want it to be away from the tourist area like cliffton hill but close enough to the falls which is just minutes to walk. a good place to stay and i would come back to this hotel again.
