Desk staff was excellent; very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Rooms had full kitchen. Location was amazing; easy walk to many events and 'honkytonks' on Broadway. Parking was offsite. Rooms were marginally cleaned; toilet paper never replenished, we had to call for more. Overall a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a brief stay, however, it was surprisingly pleasant..the room was very spacious and clean, nice kitchenette..only negatives were slightly uncomfortable beds and poor water pressure in the shower...complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety that changed each morning, we didn't take advantage of the complimentary dinners...not the nicest neighborhood but no one bothered us and it was only a couple block walk to restaurants and bars..would definitely recommend, esp if you need the extra room for a larger group or longer stay

We loved it. Nice, big king bed and a sofabed for our teenager. Nice big windows letting the light in and well functioning airconditioner. Well assorted complimentaty hot breakfast. I used the fitness room which was cleane and well equipped.

Stayed at the Homewood Suites in downtown Nashville the weekend of March 23rd. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of Printer's Alley and Honky Tonk Row as well as the Capitol. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hot breakfast provided was a great start to the day. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I make my next visit to Nashville.

went to nashville with some buddies. only rooms available that would sleep 2 adults was the h.w.s. with the hide a bed. turned out to be a bad idea. very uncomfortable to sleep on. but we knew the deal going in.. so it was our choice. everything else was great. nice place, nice rooms. just skip the sofa.

This hotel was very comfortable. Wonderful kitchen, and very nice hotel room. It was very close to TPAC and was in a nice area of down town Nashville.

This hotel was the best and most convient in my opinion. Walking distance to attractions and bars. I will defiantly come back and stay. Just wish they had breakfast till later on weekdays especially for Those who sleep in late. Can't wait to Go back!

This hotel was really nice. The only issue we encountered was the fact that our key card would not open the door to our hotel room, but someone was sent up to exchange our cards for working ones and the issue was promptly resolved. The room was very nice and clean. We were in town for a concert at the Bridgestone Arena and we were able to walk there because of the hotel's close proximity to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

the kitchen is great for a family. breakfast decent. only negative was I called the day before we were to arrive and asked for a room up high and a view of church street. They acted as thought that would not be a problem. We ended up with an ugly view of a parking garage. The lobby area could use some febreeze too.

I recently got a room for the night here while celebrating a birthday in downtown Nashville. The location is perfect and everything to do is easily within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very courteous and even had a wine bottle opener ! The rooms were exceptionally clean and convenient for our stay.The king bed was amazing and the sleeper sofa got a good review as well. The full size refrigerator was very handy. You might end up with a room facing the parking garage and/or conjoined to your neighbor via a dividing door but what you should be doing is outside your room anyways. I would definitely stay here again should I find myself in a similar situation in the future.

Nice place to stay we will be back. In easy walking distance to all the music on and around the strip.

We have stayed at Homewood numerous times. The rooms are like small apartments, very nice and cozy. Love this place, my favorite Nashville hotel!!

Charming lobby and friendly staff made my recent stay delightful. The night manager who handled my reservation was extremely cordial with my dog and myself which after a long drive from Jacksonville, FL made the stay wonderful. She deserves a raise. Regrettably, I cannot remember her name.

The hotel has a localization, but there were a air conditining noise wich disturb us. and the parking was far from the hotel door. it was in a corner the hotel entrance.

It was great location. It was 3 blocks from the predators arena. Easy walking distance to the arena and all of the restaraunts, bars, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Not that we were driving anywhere, but parking was located in a public garage, and on a Saturday, spaces were limited.

This hotel has a great location to downtown Nashville. The staff are very helpful and friendly and breakfast is good. The only upgrade they could make is the mattress on the pull out couch. Needs to be more comfortable. Ask for that if you are using it as an extra bed. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Was skeptical about property at first but is was well worth it. Great room & complimentary breakfast. Very clean and helpful staff. Only small issue was parking garage 2 blocks away, but no big deal.

We were in town for the Music City Bowl (Hail State!). The hotel was great, but it is a long walk to LP Field. We didn't mind... just wanted to make sure others were aware. We enjoyed eating at nearby Puckett's and of course all of the honkytonks are a short walk down to Broadway. I would recommend this hotel - just make sure they have vacuumed the carpet in your room!

We have stayed in this hotel several times. Great room with living area and kitchen, including dishwasher and huge fridge. Breakfast is better than most hotels of this type and weekday evenings they provide a light dinner - not always very appealing, but they also provide bottled beer and wine which is welcome! Easy walking distance -about 10 minutes- from Broadway and all the major Downtown attractions - be aware that it is down hill on the way there. Neighbourhood has never felt threatening although there are some rough sleepers around. it is about 10 minutes from the Capitol Building, so this year there were protesters from the Occupy Wall Street Movement around - again, not a problem. There are a couple of upscale restaurants nearby but if you want food and music away from the frantic pace of Broadway, try the relatively new Pucketts Grocery, two or three blocks further down Church Street.. There is also a Walgreens Pharmacy and Dollar General just past Pucketts. We will use again next year

the Homewood Suites downtown Nashville is close to the must-see-sights and local honky tonks. Easy walk. Hotel staff was not overly helpful, with the exception of the conscierge. He was very accommodating. When they serviced our room they forgot towels, floor mat. Room was not very clean.

A well located and good value place to do business or pleasure in downtown Nashville. Great kitchen facilities made it perfect for my wife and teenage daughter. Breakfast and dinners were reasonable and friendly staff generally.

We were pleased with our accomodations - a suite of rooms - a king bed with a closet and TV in one room, a study with a pullout sofa bed and kitchen area in another room and another TV, and inbetween, the bath area with the sink outside the room with the shower and toilet. The complimentary cocktail time 5-7 pm was fun. We had an opportunity to meet some of the other guests. We were surprised to find a complete complimentary buffet dinner was also available. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered lots of choices. My husband wants to return for a football weekend and go to the LP stadium. It would be convenient to the stadium, the music entertainment area and a great place to stay.

Overall the stay was good and would have been excellent except for a couple of things. There was a very loud humming noise in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep. Also there were three of us travelling together. We took sometime to find hotels that could accomodate three and stayed at a number of hotels with fold out sofas. We did not expect these to be as good as normal bed. At all of the other hotels the mattress were fine and some quite good.. The bed at the Homewood was just cloth over springs. We piled on extra bedding to make it comfortable to sleep on it. I advised the front desk and was told that they did not advertise that this sofa BED was meant to be used for an additional bed. Not good PR in my humble opinion. They did take off our parking fee in the end to compensate so that was good. I would say this is great value unless you need the extra bed.

Stayed here to go to a concert at the Ryman. Enjoyed it!

The room was very nice and had a pleasant smell. Not like a typical hotel room scent. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants like Mortons SteakHouse, Demo's, Old Spaghetti Factory and Puckett's. Also, within walking distance of many live band nightclubs. We had a great time and will be back again.

Great place, walking distance to Broadway and Bridgestone arena. Large rooms, with kitchen nice breakfast, valet parking is a must. there are 2 city parking lots outside the hotel but valet seemed as good of a deal and did not have to worry about it.

Hotel is downtown which makes it convenient to Nashville's entertainment centers (such as Bridgestone). Their breakfast is served in a clean environment with tables 'spread out', so as not to be cramped....and a good selection for breakfast. The only negative is having to park a block away. You do have a choice of a valet, paying extra. When walking to the car upon check out, we noticed several 'street people', making you wonder if you had to get your car when it became dark.

Comfort of our room was very fine, except for the fact that the room did not have any windows. We decided not to complain, as we were only going to sleep there.

Free breakfast and dinner, awesome. Rooms were so much better than other long term stays I have been in. Staff is over the top friendly and helpful. If I had to find a negative, it would be availability of the valet for parking. I gave up waiting and just parked it myself in the open lot across the street. No big deal and the rates were reasonable. No reason not to stay at this location.

Good for a business traveler -- free wireless and also ethernet, so I connected without difficulty right from the start. Breakfast was good. Only downside was Sunday night -- most of the restaurants in the area are closed. I ended up at Morton's Steakhouse as the only option. Still, the room had everything I needed and even a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, which was more than I needed. Confortable bed.

I wasn't sure what a King Studio room with kitchen entailed until we arrived. This surpassed any of my expectations. Having the full size fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and burners was such a nice bonus. We were able to have snacks in the room, pack a picnic lunch for the music festival, and keep drinks ice cold. This room was immaculate and quite comfortable. The hot continental breakfast each morning was awesome! The staff from the front desk and the housekeeping staff were all soooo very friendly and helpful. I will certainly look to stay with homewood suites when i travel again. Thank you!!

We enjoyed the stay and the rooms were spacious and great. Loved having the kitchen and Cleanliness wasacceptable. The only issue we had was one of the days we did not receive room service. The rugs had wet spots that did not dry. Nashville was a great place and the situation of the hotel was perfect for the entertainment in the surrounding area including museums. The Concierge and the front dest personel were very friendly and inviting.

We were only in town for one night, but it was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip to TN. The rooms were stylish and clean and had everything you would need (refrigerator, microwave, even a dishwasher!). Would definitely return again.

We stayed at Homewood Suites on our way back home from Georgia. It was an impressively historic building with an elegant air of nostaligia. The room was a suite with a homey, yet refined decor. The kitchenette area was wonderful to have, and we enjoyed the swivel big screen television in the main area. The bathroom area was small, but that was fine for our needs. Many reviews complain about parking, but we found that on weekends you can grab a parking spot right next to the building in front of a parking meter- they do not run on the weekends. Otherwise, parking is nine dollars for self-park; twenty dollars for valet. If you are taking a family here is is a roomy place to stay, however, do not plan on walking anywhere outside of the hotel after dark. We tried walking the block over to Walgreens and quickly changed our minds after walking by two homeless men and one man who asked us for a cigarette. We drove anywhere we needed to go even though it was only 6 o'clock of a Sunday night. Front desk was extremely helpful/polite and acquiesced to any need we had. Wonderful place to stay for a weary family traveling. Would be a nice place to stay for a romantic getaway as well.

I'm really puzzled why this hotel received bad reviews on some review sites. The hotel was clean, the staff was accommodating, and the room was comfy. The reservation accidentally booked us in a smoking room and the front desk very quickly switched us to a non-smoking room that was bigger then the original. The location is great; only four blocks away from the Honky Tonk bars on Broadways. One of the bad reviews I read about this hotel addressed a concern regarding not feeling safe at night due to homeless people in the area. First, I want to point out the hotel is located in a large city, which (regardless of where the city is) will always have a homeless population living on the streets. That said, I didn't notice anybody in this area that appeared to be homeless or pose a threat. We (three women) felt completely safe walking around at night and returning from the bars in the wee hours of the morning. For the location and price, it was hard to beat.
