Hotel staff is very friendly and location is ideal with restaurants and supermarket nearby. Free breakfast is a big plus with excellent variety. You can't get better for the price, great deal!

When asking the hotel employee behind the desk if we could have more bananas (because they were out), she sighed annoyingly. Not very happy with the service we got, mainly due to her having an attitude pretty much every time we needed something. It was as if she hated her job and we were only making it worse. The room was comfortable though... which counts for something. Probably won't go back because the breakfast was very bad.

FRONT WINDOWS AND DOOR S WERE DIRTY AND IN NEED OF WASHING. CARPET IN ELEVATOR WAS FILTHY. SECOND MORNING THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN OUR ROOM. MAID REMOVED THE BATH SOAP FROM OUR BATHROOM AND DID NOT REPLACE IT. ALSO NO SHAMPOO THE SECONDLMORNING

The staff was cordial. The room was clean and pleasant. We were disappointed with the breakfast. We ate at nearby restaurants for our breakfasts. We also knew the pool was tiny and would not be able to stay here with our grandkids. The outside of the building needed some maintenance. The staff made up for any deficiencies.

This hotel was located in a great location to get to everything in a short period of time. Rooms were comfortable. Great value for the price. Would recommend and would visit again.

the bathroom lights didn't work right. there was RED MOLD in the shower and on the shower head. When I told the desk clerk she became defensive and down hill from there we left I never had a shower

The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was not friendly and the Hotel itself had all kinds of damage. If you can overlook the cruddy disposition of the front desk and the rotting ceiling tiles, it suits the need.

Because of an allergy attack, I did not sleep well here. My room was obviously not very well cared for. My allergy flared up ...worse it's been this year.

Be aware that the pool is truly a splash pool, not conducive to a younger guest's idea of a swimming pool. It was, however, a great end of the day way to relax after touring the historical sites nearby. Lovely staff, nice breakfast area w/ extended breakfast hours which is helpful when leisurely traveling.

We vacationed for 3 days in Gettysburg and were very happy with the hotel. For a budget price we received a clean and very comfortable room with a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast(included) did not have a large selection, but was adequate. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will certainly stay at this hotel

This hotel is about 5-7 minutes from all major museums and attractions. It is a straight drive down one road to get into the main drag so you can't really get lost. The hotel was comfortable. Not the Ritz, but comfy. Plenty of brochures in the lobby, and a TV and breakfast area. The beds are super comfortable with plush pillows. There aren't many TV channels, maybe 20 so if you are looking to hang out and relax in your room and watch Tv, think twice. The free WiFi connection was no problem. Staff was quite friendly. All and all would stay again. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and had no problem geting around, they also leave a Papa Johns menu in the room if you want to order delivery. There aren't a ton of restraunts in the area. Once again, would recommend and stay there again, definitly considering the price!

Hotel seems fairly new, so it was clean and everything I could need. I might've been upgraded, since I had microwave, fridge etc. Location handy just off Hwys 15 & 30 if traveling in. restaurants just down 30 a couple minutes drive. The battlefield sites are on the other side of town, but it's a small town

Just the right place to stay for a quick overnight. We were passing through on our way to the south. Located conveniently off Rt 15. Fine accommodations. The price we got fantastic. Highly recommend for that overnight stay.

Nice hotel brand new. Everything was great. Close to everything. Two miles to downtown

Check-in was swamped as a new employee was left on her own with no help. She advised that if needed anything in our room, we should come down and get it because she had not time. Room was musty and smelled moldy. A/C was either full-blast or nothing. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Shower walls thin laminate and towels were worst of all - like thin work cardboard. Asked for change for their washer/dryer and they had no idea where to get it. Continental breakfast was ok.

Not recommended. Desk clerk is not attentive to arriving guest. Carries on a long phone conversation, in his native language, while leaving you stand alone at the desk to check in. No luggage carts available for departure on morning of check out, and clerks had no idea where they were. Had to make multiple trips to the third floor for luggage, as no help was available. Their idea of a breakfast medly was some hard boiled eggs, plain or powdered donuts, or a bagel.

the hotel is clean and neat. just outside gettysburg and very reasonably priced. the dining area and pool do not accommodate the size and amount of guests.

Loved it. We stayed there last year so why fix what isn't broken? And why take a chance on what we know to be good.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was a good deal for the money. It is at the outside edsge of Gettysburg, however.

Nice hotel, accomodating staff. Easy access to Rts 15, 30 and 97 (the main drags). Great selection for breakfast, more than adequate fitness room and cute pool large enough to splash and get wet. The facilities are new and look great. The only caveat I would add is the rooms closest to the road are loud from traffic noise, but the staff moved us without a hassle.

The walls were paper thin, I was able to hear the T.V. and the conversation next door all night. Could hear doors closing in the hall. Beds were not comfortable at all. The location and the rate were good, but I think that I will not stay here again. I called the front desk and it rang about 25 times before I hung up, no one answered.

Upon arrival, the hotel did not have my reservations ready. I called hotels.com who solved the issue immediately, but my reservations were in fact in the hotels system the whole time. I tried to explain some supporting documentation I had from the state of PA to get a tax exemption, but was met with extreme disregard. Upon checkout, there were no receipts because the printer was broken. It appeared that it was a simple paper jam that the general manager had to come fix. Further, when I asked for the receipts to be emailed to me, there were not even though I stood there and gave all of my information to the person at the front desk. There were no sheets or blankets available for the pull out sofa bed that led my group to getting these rooms. Hotel itself was nice enough and close to all the pertinent areas of Gettysburg.

Found mold in bathroom corners and in the bathtub/shower.

great services. very friendly people. close to highways. not a crowded area where hotel is located. refrig and microwave were great. also had network connector in addition to wireless internet/

A little bit outside Gettysburg and not much around this hotel, but the rate was good and the room was clean. The pool is only 3 feet deep and rather small, so don't stay here if you want a pool. No hottub either. Has fridge, microwave, and a nice TV.
