Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle - باريس

يقع الفندق مباشرة خارج محطة مترو "Dupleix" على خط المترو رقم 6، وقد كان يشغلني أنه ربما قد تكون الغرف مزعجة بسبب ذلك ( حيث أن محطة Dupleix هي محطة على سطح الأرض)، ولكننا لم نسمع أية ضوضاء إطلاقا، والمنطقة المحيطة بالفندق تنشط بوجود المطاعم، كما أنه يبعد نحو 15 دقيقة عن برج إيفل، ولقد قمنا بحجز الغرفة فقط، فكنا نعتقد أن وجبات الإفطار بالفندق مرتفعة الأسعار، لذا فقد مشينا 20 مترا إلى محطة مترو "Au Dernier" لنجد وجبات الإفطار تقدم بأسعار أقل من نصف السعر بالفندق، وكان طاقم عمل الإستقبال يتسم بالذوق، كما كانت الغرفة مريحة ودافئة، إنه على أي حال من الأحوال مكان ممتاز لقضاء عطلة آخر الأسبوع.

يمكنني القول أنه فندق بمستوى فوق المتوسط للإقامة في باريس، كما أنه يقع في موقع رائع، ويبعد مسافة يمكن قطعها سيرا على الأقدام عن برج إيفل وبعض المزارات السياحية الأخرى، وعلاوة على ذلك فهناك محطة للمترو تقع مباشرة على الجانب المقابل من الشارع، وكان السرير جيد، والغرفة نظيفة، كما أن الموقع كان ممتازا.

موقع جيد جدا، حيث أنه على بعد 10 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام من برج إيفل، كما كان العاملين بالفندق يتسمون بالود، وعلى استعداد لتقديم المساعدة لك عندما يكون لديك أية استفسارات، وأنا عن نفسي سوف أعود إلى هناك مرة أخرى.

مرحبا...إننا سعداء للغاية بفندق "Mercure ParisTour Eiffel"، فجميع العاملين كانوا متعاونون للغاية، وجعلوا من إقمتنا إقامة مريحة كما لو كنا في منزلنا، وكانت الغرفة نظيفة جدا ومريحة، كما كان الفندق شديد القرب من أغلب المعالم السياحية بالمدينة مثل برج إيفل...إلخ. إننا نوصي بهذا الفندق لأي شخص يسافر إلى باريس.

لقد أقمنا بفندق "Mercure Tour Eiffel" منذ أربعة أعوام، وقد أحببناه، لذا فقد قررنا الإقامة به مرة أخرى، ولست متأكدا إذا ماكانت إدارة الفندق قد تغيرت، ولكن الأمور لم تعد كما هي بالفندق، فقد حجزنا غرفتين، ولكن عندما وصلنا بعد وقت تسجيل الدخول الرسمي بفترة قصيرة، كانت هناك غرفة واحدة فقط متاحة، لذلك فقد قالوا لنا أن نعود فيما بعد، وهو م كان مناسبا حيث أننا ذهبنا في جولة لمشاهدة معالم المدينة، وعندما عدنا إلى الفندق فيما بعد بالمساء، وجدناهم قد أعطوا غرفتنا التي يحظر بها التدخين إلى نزيل آخر بالفندق، أما نحن فقد أعطوا لنا غرفة أخرى يسمح فيها بالتدخين، والتي كانت معبئة برائحة دخان قوية، ولكن لحسن الحظ كان بإمكانهم إعطاءنا غرفة أخرى في صباح اليوم التالي، وكانت هذه الغرفة نظيفة للغاية، ولكنهنا أيضا لم تكن فائقة النظافة كما كانت من قبل منذ أربعة سنوات، كذلك فلم تكن وجبة الإفطار بنفس مستوى الجودة الذي عهدته في الفندق من قبل، ولكنها مازالت وجبة جيدة، ولكن سعرها مرتفع للغاية: (19 يورو للشخص الواحد) إنه لمن الأفضل أن تأخذ بعض الخبز الفرنسي والكورواسون من المقهى والمخبز القريب من الفندق، وعلاوة على ذلك فلم يتسم طاقم العمل بمكتب الإستقبال بالود الذي كان يتسم به في السابق، ولكنهم مازالوا أيضا متعاونون، وعموما فقد كانت إقامة ممتعة. إن الفندق يقع على الجانب المقابل لمحطة المترو، كما أن هناك سوقا مفتوحا رائعا بالقرب من محطة المترو في أيام الأحد والأربعاء من كل أسبوع.

Stayed here while visiting Paris for 3 days.... Location cannot be any better... The Eiffel Tower is about a 10 min walk and the train is right outside the door (which barely makes a sound). Hop on hop off boats and buses are right by the eiffel so its easy access to all the other big attractions. The hotel's neighborhood is also great. It's filled with tons of restaurants, bars and a nice shopping boutiques. Room was small for 2 with twin beds but was expected for the location. It is however an average size considering its Europe. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed there for 5 nights.Lovely Hotel, shower &heating were great.Housekeeping do a fantastic job. Didnt like pillows.Celine at Reception was VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY, as was BREAKFAST STAFF.Lovely breakfast. Dupliex train station is across the road, though, we didnt need it.There is a market out front on Wednesday & Sunday which is well worth the look, but mostly veg,fish,fruit,veg, but you can get some bargains with gifts.It is a few minutes walk to Effiel Tower & to catch the bus for the tours which l highly recommened.If you plan on a visit to tour the Eiffel Tower, do it on week day & early, not on weekend as it is too busy. I recommened catch the bus tour to Disneyland, & see the 2 parks. Fantastic Place.Do the Bus Tour which takes you to the Major Places, but do it early, approx 9.30 if you want to stop at all the stops.The Dupliex Cafe which is next to the Hotel is highly recommened, lovely staff.

Taking into account the differences in cultures between the US and Europe we found this hotel to be very suitable for the price. The staff were very pleasant, the room small but very clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. If you are looking for a moderately priced hotel close to everything, this is a good place to stay. Also as a bonus, on Sundays and Wednesdays there is a city market right across the street that is wonderful and gave us a true Parisian experience that we were not expecting.

Stayed for three nights for business in Unesco. Room was clean with a great view of Eifel tower. Many restaurants are nearby.

The hotel was first of all easily accessible via public transport (metro) from the airport (approx 1hr with one change- €18). Then during our stay was friendly and clean and everything we needed for a couple of nights away. The locality of the public transport again became of great use allowing great ease to travel in and around the city. Whilst also being just a 10min walk from the city's greatest attraction, the Eiffel Tower. Thank You!!

The service from the hotel staff was awesome. The women at the front desk went to the chocolate shop for me to pick up chocolate and wine for our honeymoon.....definately above and beyond!

TV wouldn't work even after the manager tried to fix it. No clock in room except TV. and since that didn't work, no clock either. Typical tiny French hotel rooms with cheap furnishings, and only one slow elevator for 6 floors. Good breakfast reasonably priced. Room service was very limited and only sporadically available. Great location with metro station right at the front door, Eiffell Tower visible from my hotel window and within easy walking distance, as was the filthy Seine River. Staff's English was minimal, but that's France, isn't it?

Our expectations based on rating were higher than what we experienced. Hotel staff was wonderful! Hotel room was cramped, hotel is old and so is everything-the carpet, door keys (actual key), furniture, etc. Hotel is OK, but not above average. Within 6 blocks to Eiffel Tower and we could see it from our room (lights up at night). Lots of small restaurants/cafe's nearby. River just a couple blocks from hotel as well. 20 minutes cab/subway ride to all the museums. Probably won't stay there again but it wasn't terrible.

Perfect location to everything

Hotel location is the only plus point but otherwise overall rating its fair.

Good price and convenient location. Public transportation (train station) is directly across the street. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and La Seine. There are a few non "touristy" cafes and restaurants nearby as well. They also offer free wifi. Although there are a lot of pros, it's not the most attractive hotel. Simple design externally and in the rooms.

The hotel was ok. The air conditioner did not work very well in any of the three rooms we had. There was a vent from the mini fridge that blew hot air just as hard as the a/c. They said they checked it out but it never got better. Everything else was fine. We had a view of the Eiffel tower from our room.

It was about 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. We arrived at the Tower at 9.30a.m. on a Saturday and the queue was a mile long then! Very convenient for the Metro. The room was very clean and comfortable but the shower holder was broken.

It was good. Air con not great. Breakfast was fantastic! Room decor very tired. And why is there no top sheet?

Room seemed bigger in the picture it is actually tiny. Service was average. Location was great. Hotel is dated. Bathroom shower head doesn't work. Airconditioner must have been kept at about 85 degrees.

Pros - Great location, metro station outside hotel, view of the Eiffel tower from the room window, free wi-fi from Orange works, although no Skype/video steaming, good service during late night. Cons - Communication problems at reception, room condition very outdated, uncomfortable bed, not enough tea-coffee making facilities in the room, parking adequate in hotel basement but charged me £ 46 for 2 days instead of 46 euros as promised...

Room was very cold, aircondiation doesn't work good.

This hotel had lots of charm, which is a big reason you come to visit Paris of course. Reasonable rates (when booked through hotels.com of course) and central proximity to the sights were what drew us to the hotel along with positive feedback from prior guests, and we were not disappointed. The staff was helpful and friendly, room accomodations were very nice, cleaned regularly, and we were able to enjoy the whole city with ease. One last thing to mention - there are TONS of restaurants, bakeries, small shops for fresh fruits, cheeses and wine. That was one part of this particular location we really enjoyed. All this, and the metro stop is about 100 feet from the front of the hotel. Great experience and an excellent value.

Great location, near Eiffel Tower and literally next to the M. Comfortable and inexpensive place to stay in the heart of the action. Short stay.

A/c boken and did nothing to fix it.

This Mercure is located right across from a metro station, so all major sites in the city are easily accessible. It's a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, the Invalide and the Seine. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. Didn't try the breakfast, so don't know if 20Euros for it was a fair price. The room was small, as are most European rooms, but clean as was the bathroom; A/C was just right.

This was our first visit to Paris and the hotel didn't let us down. We arrived by metro to the Dupleix station which was across the road from the hotel which was a relief as we arrived to 38C heat! The room was clean and air conditioned. The only criticism would be that the shower head holder was broken but we managed to work around this. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. The local area was nice and didn't feel too touristy, we really enjoyed the food at the Brasserie next door to the hotel and there was a great Patisserie on the road behind the hotel. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Seine. The metro is so cheap and reliable that we used this to go to sights further afield, so being opposite a station was great! If you are going to use the metro I would recommend buying a carnet of 10 tickets. As we all know the Exchange rate isn't great at the moment and we found Paris to be expensive in comparison to London but bearing this in mind we found our Hotel to be good value for money!

A very nice hotel near the Metro Station. Good service, good breakfast, the price was on the high side for the condition of the hotel.

We changed rooms three times, safe not working in first room, a/c not working in second room, third room was fine. My parents first room the a/c was not working and the second room the safe did not work. Staff moved around and tried to be helpful but we just did enjoy our stay.

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars. The rooms are VERY small, all carpet, the bathrooms have pipes all over the place. BUT, location is good, right in front of Dupleix metro station and the breakfast is delicious. A lot of money for what it is, but it is Paris, be ready to be broke :)

The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to the metro and Eiffel tower and grocery stores nearby. On the other hand, the hotel has not been renovated in a long time. The room was not well maintained and the housekeeping was not responsive. The elevator was very slow in responding and breakfast is not included.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Helped us get around Paris & arranged for trips & transportation.Location was great. We had access to all of Paris via metro. Breakfast was very nice - a bit expensive if not included in price of room. Hallways could use updating. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel is located directly accross street from Dupliex metro station and walking distance to Eiffel Tour. Room was great - clean, comfortable. Only downside is price of breakfast - extremely expensive.

hotel room was clean but, extremely small. bath room was mini secure bkfst @ i9.00 euros was out of the question. View from room was looking into another hotel.

The room was small but this appears to be standard across Europe. We chose this hotel for the location and it is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower which we could see from our room. Ecclectic neighbourhood with plenty of food places and a subway station out the front. Windows are sound proofed so no outside noise. We stayed three nights and on the first night the hotel put us in a room and the air-conditioning sounded like a plane landing. They swapped us the next day and the next room was fine. I do suspect however that they were well aware about the A/C problem in that room. This was the only disappointing aspect of the hotel. I will recommend this hotel mainly for the location, The hotel itself is functional but rooms are small and we had a crib in the room which left next to no space.

This hotel was comfortable and the service was great. The location was just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which we could see from our bedroom. I enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.

I do not like to write reviews, especially negative ones, however in this case I have no other choice. I chose this hotel due to the location and the reviews stating it is 4-stars. Lets start off, that this is a 1-star hotel even compared to other hotels in the Paris area. The room was terrible. Nothing worked, they tried 2 times to help me and each time they gave me another room which nothing worked. Finally when they gave me a room, it still was terrible, since it smelled and the TV did not work! During my stay, the hotel personnel was extremely rude and even made negative comments in an undertone about Americans! I left in the morning and usually came back around 5pm, the room was never cleaned by then. I had to always ask them to clean it and then had to leave for 1hr for them to clean it. One day I left for the evening, only to come back at 11pm and the room was not cleaned! I went down to the lobby and they stated sorry, we thought it was cleaned. A terrible excuse! In addition, almost ever day the elevator was broken. which forced us to take 3 flights of stairs. As you can see, this is a terrible hotel. Terrible!

Room was very nice, bed super comfy, large bathroom (with bathrobes!), TV, small refrigerator and instant coffee in the room. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great -- close to Metro and Eiffel Tower. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.
