Hotel Transatlantique - الدار البيضاء

If you are looking for a stable to rest your horse, then take it to Transatlanti1ue, I would not recommend it to human use at all, this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in, save yor money and stay somewhere else,

For two days no electricity!! Shower did not work. Loved the old colonial architecture but.......the electricity was on when I checked in. That night on my return it was off. Next am asked for help and left for the day. Returned still no lights. Street lights sufficed! Also TV was kaputz! Great night club down stairs. Make sure your room is not near the rockin club.

I travel very much and normally 4.star hotels is ok for me, at this time it was very bad and for the first time in my life I have changed hotel, Atlantic Palace was not clean and the standard of the room very bad. Internet connection was only working in the lobby/ bar. I got very good service from Hotels.com and they hepled me to find an other Hotel, Novotel in Casa city center it was very good work from them and the hotel was good.

Never never again. Probably the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Unfriendly, insecure, filthy dirty, towels/bedlinen so dirty and smelly as to be unusable. Hotels.com should delist this rathole so that no future deluded travellers will be placed in the same position that we were. They tried to hold our passports and were very put out that we refused (in accordance with Australian law).

i finded a very very very very unpolite receptionist in the night.I don't know the reason because they were rude with us. the problem were i have asked for a taxi in a precisius time for don't losing the flight and they didn't reserve a cab. wer asked for a wake up calling and they did not do it. for chanching money i had move desk to desk because the 2 guys wont to change it( dirham to dirham....not other mioney). the worst 2 night receptionist we have find my my life but the staff in front desk during the day and the waiter and the girls that cleaning our rooms were very lovely ..

you get what you pay for cheaper with hotels.co if you stay an extra night they want to charge more. internet good only in public areas breakfast not up to much but good local food only seconds away. staff excellent

Excellent hotel. Very beautiful. Very helpful staff. Walking distance to the old Medina and the Marche Central.

The room was so small in order to have a sitting area chair had to either block bathroom door or room door. Shower head was mounted so low it was impossible to shower. Hotel had night club that played loud music until 4 am. When we complained hotel staff was nonchalant. We had paid in full through Hotels.com and on check-in hotel charged another 50% thus increasing our rate way beyond what we expected. This was the worst hotel experience I hav e ever had. I would nevber stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. It did not live up to our expectations..

It seemed to come as a surprise to them that we wished to check-in, standing at the front desk surrounded by our bags that we had to carry up the front steps with no help offered. The hotel needs redecorating throughout, threadbare carpets, bed headboard not attached, broken encrusted shower, several light bulbs needed replacing, the air conditioner did not work. At breakfast the single waiter had to go out of the hotel for more bread, did they not know how many people were staying?

....det ville hun garanteret ikke gøre idag, hvis hun levede. Kun fordums storhed er tilbage, alt andet er forfaldent. En rimelig hjælpsom reception (som dog satte frokostpause over gæsternes behov) trækker op. Det gør også en rolig beliggenhed meget tæt på centrum. Alt andet er garanteret ikke 4 stjerner værd, højst 2, med lidt god vilje. Maden får dog kun 1 lille stjerne. Men rødvinen var god.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ganz schön oder sollte man besser sagen war mal ganz schön. Na zumindest die Lobby und der Sitzbereich lassen noch eine Erinnerung an bessere Zeiten aufleben. Dort drohnt auch gleich das Bild von Edith Piaf die hier wohl mal genächtigt hat. Hoffentlich nicht unserem Zimmer, das war zwar traditionell marokkanisch ausgestattet aber das war es dann auch schon. Die Betten bogen sich bis auf den Boden durch. Das Bad wirkte einfach nur heruntergekommen und die Wanne samt Duschvorhang spottet jeder Beschreibung. Wasserdruck samt heissem Wasser fehlten gänzlich. Frühstück war bis 10.30 Uhr angesetzt aber um 9.45 Uhr war es nur noch ein verdrecktes Restbuffet anzutreffen das aussah als ob eine Herde Kamele darübergelaufen ist und die Auswahl auch eher spartanisch gewesen sein muss. Bei Nachfrage beim diensthabenden Kellner wurden wir sehr unfreundlich und laut draufhingewiesen das es ja schon seit cirka 6.00 Uhr Frühstück gäbe und das es ja klar wäre das nun nichts mehr da ist. Nach dem Motto unsere Schuld, warum waren wir nicht rechtzeitig aufgestanden. Wir hätten uns ohnehin nirgends hinsetzten können da alle anderen Tische noch nicht abgeräumt waren und der Kellner samt Restbelegschaft lieber Löcher in die Luft guckten. Arme Edith hoffe Du hattest es besser als wir und ich muß in Zukunft beim Hören deiner Lieder nicht an diesen Laden denken...

We arrived at Transatlantique at 5 am directly from the airport after a long day cause of our flight' delay. The staff was very kind and help us when we finally arrived and let us stay in our room whatever we wanted. The room was quite big and clean, decorated in maroccan style, only the bathroom was a little bit old. THis hotel is quiet and near to Casablanca centre and market.

pas de piscine, pas de clim (ou du moins, elle etait en panne pendant tout mon séjour !), proprété des toilettes plus que douteuse, le robinet de douche etait moisi, le petit déjeuner est trés petit (juste du pain, du beurre dans un saladier plein d'eau et de la confiture !) et je ne parle pas de la splendide vue sur une décharge d'ordures qu'on a de la chambre....bref, faut vraiment pas s'attendre a un 4 etoiles de chez nous ! par contre le personnel est assez sympa et le room service est assez rapide (si vous aimez les steack haché de mouton, vous les aurez dans le quart d'heure). bref, j'y retournerais que si je suis en galére de thunes...
