Hotel Bel 3 - باليرمو

After a walk through Palermo city, which was very dirty and noisy, we went to Hotel Bel 3. We arrived in the evening, so we couldn't see the beautiful view. The service was good, clean rooms. Hotel has a restaurant and a bar (which is good as no restaurants within walking distance available), a fitness room and even a billiard room. In the morning, the view you see from your room, is spectacular. Definitely would recommend the hotel. Good value for money.

Good place, confortable room. Big breakfast, nice point of view from the room and the garden. Possibility to park easily. But the hotel is far from Palerme. We will come back to this hotel.

Excelent! Good relation quality/price, but if you don't have a GPS in your car, to find the hotel will not be easy, or you are really good whith maps. In spite of that, a very nice hotel.

Beautiful view, lovely grounds, good wifi service, difficult to get to, breakfast OK. Dinner quality was mediocre. Floor in room was covered with hair from at least 5 other people. Overall it was a great experience.

Very noisy, don't like this hotel, bad room and service bad too

A superb hotel with a very good restaurant. It would deserve a 4 star rating if its location was more convenient to Palermo or conversely in a more pleasant rural setting. The hotel is built into the hillside overlooking Palermo. All guest rooms face to Palermo and the sea. All the staff we met directly were friendly and efficient. Other staff greet guests as they meet them. Our accommodation was on a bed and breakfast basis, but after sampling their dinner service on our first night we opted to have our evening meals in the hotel. It should be added that restaurant prices were competitive Breakfasts were good too. The rooms were of a good size and well appointed and well maintained. Each room has a balcony. Cleanliness was excellent. The hotel has a free bus down to a local bus stop from where a bus into the city can be found. For a small fee the hotel bus will take guests closer to the city centre. However, if there are 2 or more passengers it is cheaper and more convenient to take a taxi, which the hotel will arrange at a discounted rate. The hotel's weakness is its location. The great view over the city comes at a price as there is no place that is convenient to stroll to. Guests without their own transport and staying for a few days would probably find the situation restrictive. Unless, that is, they just wanted to chill out for a few days, in which case the hotel would suit nicely.

A very lovely hotel in the hills of Palermo! Quiet, with an amazing view of the city. It is quite far and the buses are not reliable, but I would return here again and again. Only things that I did not care for was how everything echoed, you could hear everything and too many stairs when you have a stroller. There was a wonderful pizzeria in Piazza Baida, where we ate everynight!! We are already planning on returning to this hotel!

The view from the hotel is magnificent, but the location is not convinient if you want to explore Palermo as it is far away from the centre. I would recommend it if you are passing by Palermo or at the end of your stay. You need a car to get anywhere. Apart from the view, nothing special.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, great breakfast but an hour into town on 2 buses. A nice quiet location above the town, but there is absolutely nothing within walking distance of this hotel. OK if you have a car!

The hotel itself was very nice. The views from our hotel room of Palermo were beautiful. The location of the hotel, however, was very far from the center of town where we spent most of our time. You had to walk about a mile to get the bus station and the bus only came to the top of the hill about 1x per hour. If you wanted to take a taxi into town, the cost was about $30.00 one way. I also would recommend brushing up on you italian because very few people in Palermo speak english.

the hotel is a little hard to get to at first but well worth it. the hotel is well run and the staff is very professional, the breakfast is a very welcomed amenity and the outdoor pools are well kept and clean, also the Internet service is a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants comfort and privacy.

I chose this hotel based on the photos I saw and the view it offered of Palermo. The view did live up to expectations, and my boyfriend and I actually enjoyed a very nice dinner on the balcony. However, because it is set in the mountains, it is very hard to difficult to get to. If you do have a GPS or speak Italian for directions, I would not recommend it. Also, the electricity went out a number of times on our floor and the receptionist was not friendly at all in dealing with this issue. The rooms themselves were a bit dated and the shower head was broken. Also there was an odd smell when the air conditioner wasn't on which was most of the time since the electricity wasn't working.

We arrived at 4pm and after checking in we were dying for a coffee/beer and light snacks. There was nothing available till 5.30pm, not even a bottle of water !!!!! The hotel had the athmosphere of a haunted house - there was only 1 guest out on a veranda and 1 staff member at the reception. At 5.30 we found a chef in the kitchen who made us a cup of coffee and he said there would be no food available till 8pm. The hotel quality besides this strange 'food' situation was perfectly comfortable and clean. It is out in the mountainous suburbs and a 25 min drive to centre of the city. Without a Sat Nav it would be near impossible to find it. O'Mahony family Cork Ireland

Gibt nichts zu klagen. Toplage am Rande Palermos. Nicht ganz leicht zu finden, selbst mit GPS. Dafür wird man aber mit einem tollen Blick auf Palermo belohnt.

Accueil chaleureux. Hôtel calme et sympathique. Prestations très honnêtes. Beau panorama sur Palerme. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place (cuisine savoureuse).

molto carino ed accogliente, le camere grandi e veramente comode, la colazione è abbondante e il servizio è ottimo. Consigliatissimo

Hotel ademt als een wat "verkleurde dia" uit de jaren 70 een sfeer uit van vergane glorie. Wel mooi zicht op baai waar Palermo ligt. Wie houdt van de jaren 70, James bond - hotels, kan zich er nog wat aan optrekken om in de tussenseizoenen rustige lees-vakantie aan klein maar proper zwembad met mooi zicht door te brengen.

excellent sejour ! pas tres pratique pour visiter Palerme malgre transport par bus assure ( deux bus pour arriver en ville).1 heure aller et 1 heure retour.Mais la situation de l'hotel est tres agreable: il domine la ville, vue sur Palerme et la mer formidable!!!

Hienot näköalat.Parkkialue ahdas.Hotelli ollut aikanaan hieno. Vaatisi jo osittain uusimista. Mutta silti jäin unohtumaton muisto matkalta........

les commentaires le situe a proximité de l'aéroport? NON et non, le Bel 3 reste très loin du nouvel aéroport, de plus sa situation sur un terrain accidenté rend les chemins d'accès plus compliqué. Il est mal indiqué. Une vraie galère pour s'y rendre. Dommage car le batiment et le service sont bien, mais il est quasi introuvable.

Over het algemeen een fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel .Met openbaar vervoer naar de stad Palermo goed te doen en zeker aan te raden. Er was altijd iemand die Engelstalig was. De kamer was goed genoeg voor ons en schoon al waren er op ander afdelingen mooiere. Het onderhoud was juist voldoend al zat er een stopcontact los , sloot de balkondeur niet en maakte het elektrische rolluik veel geluid , dus overlast. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, met mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten.

Camere pulite , silenzioso . Gentilezza e cortesia . Bellissima piscina con vista panoramica . Parcheggio poco capiente , ma se lasci le chiavi in reception provvedono loro a spostarla nel caso in cui qualcuno dell'hotel esca prima di te . Ottimo per un week end all'insegna del relax ! Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che in vacanza preferiscono il verde al kaos cittadino !!!!

Angenehmes Hotel in Hanglage mit Blick auf Palermo.

Super hotel til prisen. Lidt ensformig morgenbuffet på 4.-dagen, dog med et OK udvalg, men uden variation fra dag til dag. God a la carte restaurant, en anbefaling værd.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Hotel liegt auf einem Hang und man hat einen herrlichen Ausblick über Palermo. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Auto ist empfehlenswert - Entfernung vom Hotel in die Stadtmitte ca 8 - 10 km. Der Parkplatz ist kostenlos und direkt vor dem Hotel.

El hotel está en las afueras de Palermo y llegar allí puede ser algo complicado la primera vez. El hecho de estar en las afueras para nosotros fue un acierto ya que Palermo es un auténtico caos y con un hotel en el centro seguro que no hubiésemos podido descansar. La habitación era más propia de un 2* que de un 3*, aunque las vistas sobre Palermo son muy bonitas. Las 2 piscinas eran pequeñas y sólo nos bañamos una vez ya que el olor a lejía era muy fuerte. El desayuno buffet justito, aunque aceptable. Cenamos una vez en el restaurante y la comida estaba bien. Dado lo que es Palermo, el hotel no está del todo mal y yo lo recomendaría.

premetto che non mi sono trovata malissimo in questo hotel ma la pulizia della camera e la scarsissima colazione , oltre al fatto che ci sono due piscine per i puffi o per i bambini ( una il secondo giorno era per giunta chiusa al pubblico!!!!in realtà era lurida!) mi fanno affermare che senza dubbi , non tornerò mai più in questo albergo! allora: arrivo e ,aprendo la camera... non era stata riordinata!Male!!!! Le camere prima di darle al nuovo cliente si controllano o si chiede conferma alle cameriere quando no si ha la certezza!!!! Beh, dato il periodo, passi!!!! Peccato che la cameriera abbia rifatto la camera in meno di 15 minuti e sui mobili ci si poteva disegnare a quanta polvere c'era!Nel bagno il vetro della vasca era lurido, gli specchi e il bicchiere per poggiare lo spazzolino sporchi. Sedie e tavolino esterni erano sporchissimi, e, per finire, in molti cassetti c'erano i residui dei clienti precedenti (carte e quant'altro,segno che quando si fanno le pulizie non si guarda nemmeno, figuriamoci pulirli!!!). Il letto è scomodissimo (basso e duro!) e l'aria condizionata posizionata male( ci finiva addosso!). Ci siamo svegliati col mal di schiena e il mal di gola! . in compenso l'aria condizionata la si poteva gestire da se e questo è un punto a loro favore!.Altro punto a favore la grandezza della camera e mobili non fatiscenti! bagni nuovi. Per finire la colazione è degna di un 2 stelle (cornetti pessimi, salumi tristi e all'apparenza scarsi e vecchi!). Se non si ha la macchina, arrivarci è impossibile coi mezzi ! menomale che l'hotel offre diversi servizi per arrivare in aeroporto e al centro di Palermo, alcuni anche gratis! Peccato! con alcuni accorgimenti ( e cambiando qualche cameriera poco volenterosa!) quest'albergo migliorerebbe tantissimo!!!!

L'hôtel Bel 3, classé 3 étoiles, dépasse certains 4 étoiles où nous avons séjourné en Sicile. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la vue sur le golfe de Palerme est saisissante. L'éloignement de Palerme nous permet d'être au calme, loin des tumultes de la circulation. L'accès au centre ville est possible par le bus à proximité de l'hôtel. Le parking de l'hôtel est gratuit mais limité en places. La piscine est agréable et permet de se ressourcer après les visites sous le soleil Sicilien. Un seul bémol : bien que le bus soit accessible à pied de l'hôtel, nous vous recommandons de vous y faire conduire (navette gratuite de l'hôtel). L'accès y est dangereux pour les piétons, surtout de nuit (route sinueuse sans trottoir).

impeccable, accueil chaleureux et multi langue vue sublime et tout confort rapport qualite prix indeniable et mention speclal pour la restauration et un excellent service difficile d'acces mais a recommandé chaudement

Hôtel très sympa avec une superbe vue et a prix très abordable. Petit déjeuner correct, dommage que les jus de fruits soient si chimiques... Chambre très propres et confortable. Par contre il vaut mieux avoir une voiture car il est assez excentré... Mais je recommande cet hôtel pour un petit budget

L'hôtel Bel 3 offre une vue imprenable sur Palerme. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses et ont chacune une petite terrasse. C'est cependant totalement dépourvu de charme, mais d'un excellent rapport qualité prix comparé à de nombreux autres hôtels testés sut l'île. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est correct, par contre le repas du soir est de qualité moyenne.

Et fint hotell, med moderne arkitektur, og kjempeflott utsikt over Palermo, både fra balkongene og fra uteområdet. To basseng, men for kaldt i vannet når vi var der i midten av april. Helt grei frokost, men generelt lite folk på hotellet siden vi var der før sesongen. Litt tungvint å komme seg dit, siden det ligger på en ås i utkanten av byen, men vi var heldige og fikk privat skyss. Ellers er det raskest med taxi, som hotellet også kan ordne, se hotellets hjemmeside (kan sikkert også være lurt fra flyplassen). Hvis man vil besøke Monreale og katedralen der, kan det være nyttig å ta taxi fra hotellet og rett dit, så slipper man å reise via sentrum. Ellers er det verdt å merke seg at det går en buss nesten helt frem til hotellet (vi prøvde ikke denne), holdeplassen heter Piazza Baida. Dette er i alle fall billig! Men usikker på hvor sent om kvelden bussen går. Vi fikk en svært bra pris, trolig fordi det var utenom sesongen, og alt i alt var vi fornøyde.

Notre séjour se déroulant début mars, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de clients à l'hotel. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la belle vue sur Palerme, et du billard. Une connexion gratuite aux ordinateurs de l'accueil pendant 1h chaque jour est très appréciable. Le conseil est de prendre de le taxi directement à partir de l'hotel pour aller visiter la ville(18 euros de l'hotel à la place garibaldi), la circulation dans Palerme étant un vrai enfer!!! Cependant l'insonorisation des chambres est inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe sur l'étage (ascenseur, billard, chambres voisines,...)

It was a second time that we stayed in this hotel and we enjoy it. Nice large room with beautiful wiew to Palermo. The hotel is well keep, clean and staff are nice. When we will be again in Palermo we will use this hotel. Only one disadvantage, you need car to reach the hotel.

La descrizione è perfetta e attendibile. Solo un po' complesso trovarlo senza navigatore. Panorama mozzafiato. Colazione non eccellente

Die Aussicht über die Stadt ist wunderbar; man ist weg vom Verkehr, von der Hektik und vom Lärm der Grosstadt. Die frühen Wegweiser am Strassenrand sind sehr hilfreich, denn das Hotel ist nicht leicht zu finden, so ist die erste Anreise am Tag zu empfehlen (nachts eher schwierig). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; an der Reception kann man auch ins Internet. Alles in allem klar besser als erwartet.

buona la stanza , scarso ma esistente il parcheggio basta lasciare le chiavi dell'auto e sei a posto, ottimissimo il panorama dalle stanze , buona pulizia, buona colazione, posizione poco strategica per la città , giudizio generale buonissimo
