The Trump is as billed....a first rate experience in a fantastic location steps away from the Miracle Mile and a short walk to and from all sorts of fabulous Chicago attractions. The hotel staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful and discrete. I was a bit underwhelmed with the dinner menu at Sixteen. However, the next door patio bar is just great. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and expect to be back in the coming weeks to once again enjoy Trump Chicago.

We stayed for the first time at the Trump Hotel in Chicago and will definitely return. The room was very nice but the service was exceptional. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The exercise facility and restaurant were wonderful.

Unbelievable views of a beautiful city. The spa was a 10 We felt like we had traveled far from our house instead of 25 miles.

Room wasn't ready until 5 pm which was an inconvenience, only offered 2 free drink tickets in lounge. Bkfst, brunch very expensive! Would stay again for certain. Went w/o the kids, but this hotel surprisingly seemed kid friendly.

Mr. Trump definitely has my future business and I will recommend this hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations from the service to the amazing room. I truly felt spoiled and pampered. I can't wait to visit again.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Chicago. Staff was great and room was spotless! A little pricey but well worth it.

GREAT HOTEL BUT AVOID 14 FLOOR SPA ROOMS. COULD NOT SLEEP WITH NOISE AND A/C CONTROLS DO NOT WORK.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Chicago and New York area, and I have to say that the Trump hotel was the best experience yet. From the moment you step into the hotel, you experience nothing but pure luxury. Staff is beyond friendly and professional. Hotel amenities are second to none. The icing was the location of the hotel; right in the middle of all the biggest sights and sounds of Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Trump International Hotel in Chicago is sleek and beautiful. It is close to all of the key locations in Chicago. My only complaint was that housekeeping came at very inconvenient times (9:30 am on a Sunday morning and 9:30 pm on Sunday night). We were forced to wait outside our room for 30 minutes on Sunday morning. I would not expect that at a 5 star hotel.

the hotel staff is as courteous and respectful as any i've experienced. rooms are quite large, though much space is semi-wasted done up as functioning kitchen. nice bathroom, excellent bed, motorized shade system, and latest in dimming controls for good sleep environment. not "luxurious" like Ritz or Gritti Palace, say, but excellent new hotel. would happily return.

Top notch in every area. We were very impressed and felt like the staff truly cared about anything we may want or need. They also were not snobbish in any way. Only one small concern is traffic around this hotel can be a bit tough to actually get into the valet or parking area. However, we will certainly plan on going back.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Trump in Chicago. Each time they upgraded us to a corner suite with a kitchen, living room, 2nd bathroom and tv in the master bathroom mirror. Our view looked at the river and city. Last time we mentioned it was our 15th anniversary, so they sent a complimentary platter of chocolate strawberries with a bottle of champagne. How perfect is that? It is the best hotel in the best location for the money-Pamper yourself!

we stayed at the Trump before and wanted to see if the quality was the same a last time...I find it hard to say in this time of hotel decline...but this property was even better. The staff and room were fantastic...try and get a river or lake view. Our 8 year old will never be the same after the service from the concierge staff. A perfect 10 and I'm very picky!

As a four-time winner of employee-of-the-year for service excellence at the Ritz-Carlton, I can definitively say that the experience was near perfect. The desk staff handled our change request quickly and with the utmost professionalism. The bell hop showed us around the room and made us feel like we could ask for anything. The fitness/pool/spa facility could not have been better. The 160 degree dry sauna, 130 degree eucalyptus steam sauna, fresh water pool (sans chlorine) and the Moen deluge 8-head shower were tremendous. The bed in the room sucked me straight into a nap that I didn't know that I needed. It knew. My only negative comment was that there was a light scuff on the lower part of the one of the coffee table legs...ok, now I'm reaching.

Definitely a five star experience. The concierge staff, especially Joseph and Christopher, were excellent. Gabe was wonderful. Every time we reentered the hotel, we were addressed by name, and told "welcome back". The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the small refrigerator and microwave in the room was nice. We have a fabulous view of the Chicago river. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Just a few steps from Micghigan avenue and close to wonderful restaurants.

Beautiful hotel rooms, excellent service and pretty decent price. I've stayed in more expensive hotels that should be like this. Everything is first class and the staff is wonderful, we were greeted every time and anytime we saw any staff!

April 2010. This is a first class place to stay. "The Donald" really know how to run a hotel"

Outstanding rooms with every convenience.Small issues with the Capuccino machine and TV remote, but overall outstanding. Great front desk staff and very helpful concierge desk. All in all a terrific experience

The Trump Chicago is a fabulous hotel, with great service, location and amenities. I will stay there any chance I get. Bathrooms beautiful, with a great soaking tub. Wonderful comfortable beds and touches that make you feel like home ( live plants etc.) Our room had a small kitchenette that would have been great to use if we had been staying for any length of time. Stay there for a special occasion you won't regret it.

I have stayed in many top hotels around the world over the years. Without question, this is one of the very best in every regard. The attention to detail combined with exceptional service levels deserves the highest of praise from me

The room was great the view was nice. The service was excellent. The rooms are quite large with floor to ceiling windows. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, huge modern rooms, nice bathrobes, all services excellent. Dining room breakfast was just so-so and VERY expensive. Breakfast for four was over $130.00. I'd go back to the hotel with no problem.

Rooms were exquisite, a couple blocks from Michigan Ave, Navy pier and many museums. Service was excellent at the hotel, you drive up and are greeted by name with smiling faces. I never touched a bag, nor opened my own door while staying at the hotel. The view from the room was nice, overlooking the city. You can control the entire room from the bed, with lighting, blinds, and of course the tv. Beds were heavenly and I grew fond of watching TV in the bathroom in the morning. This is a very classy and unique hotel, I will definitely be staying there again.

Great Hotel

Upon 3 pm check in, our room was not ready because of the July 3rd firework celebration the night before. The staff was extremely apologetic with 2 free drink coupons to use at the gorgeous lounge with beautiful view on the top floor. Afte 1 hour, the room was ready with an upgrade to a huge suite with a full kitchen, living rooom area, 2nd bathroom, and a television in the master suite bathroom mirror. We loved sampling therapeutic pillows from the pillow menu delivered to our room. The view of the fireworks all along the different suburbs was unbelievable! We never wanted to fall asleep or leave the room. With Hotels.com, we were able to save hundreds of dollars and experienced the most luxurious hotel in downtown Chicago.
