This hotel has everything covered. I travel alot and I always stay nice. Literally every box was checked. Service, cleanliness, style, amenities....perfect. I will stay there next time for sure.

Hotel room was exceptional. Location handy for all the shopping on Michigan Ave. Walking distance to Millenium Park and Chicago Inatitute of Art.

From start to finish our experience at Trump Tower was fabulous! Warm hand towels when you check in, attention to detail, extremely friendly and polite staff, and clean rooms are just some of the things that made our stay so memorable. Not to mention the TV that is built in to the bathroom mirror and the fabulous view of the city. My husband and I stayed for two nights while I ran a race in the city. When I returned from the race the staff at the front desk asked me how it went and got my husband and I cold water bottles! Finally, the location is perfect...we walked everywhere and never needed to use our car.

If you want a great hotel with great service this is the one. Trump did a great job and the service is first class.

My wife and I stayed at the Trump for the weekend to kind of get away from it all! We've stayed at many hotels around Chicago before, but none of them can compare to the Trump! We did our research beforehand, carefully reviewing each hotel's user comments and comparing prices. After careful consideration, we decided to splurge and pay the extra for Trump and boy am I glad we did! My wife particularly liked the pool and sauna area. I just enjoyed the great service and comfortable beds. Thank You Trump!

Overall it's a very good hotel. Room charge is little higher than I'd normally pay, but comfort, cleanliness and condition were excellent.

As a regular here, you couldn't ask for more sincere staff, better views, or an amazing comfort level as you will find here. The rooms are amazing and the views are breathe taking. A must stay!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked thru the doors. We were handed warm clothes to wipe our hands and a bottle of "trump" water. The lobby smelled awesome with candles lit everywhere. The staff was very professional. We were in a room with a king size bed on the 26th floor. It had a nice kitchen area where we could make tea every morning. My boyfriend loved how he could shower and watch the football game at the same time. The TV was build right into the mirror in the bathroom. We loved the Navy Pier and the tour of Wriggley Field, We also went to a Blackhawks game and Bears game. The shopping was great. I would go back in a minute. I didn't want to leave.

Fine attention to detail, a good value for the price!

When I'm in Chicago I'll tell all other hotels "YOU'RE FIRED"! Friendly, helpful, wonderful staff! Beautiful rooms that are comfortable and well equipped with all your needs! Really can't say enough good things! FABULOUS SPA!!!!

Mantenance of this hotel is starting to decrease. Front desk staff offered a smaller room than was initially booked. The curtins did not close properly. Small things but to be expected for top dollar

My stay there was great... the views fro the room were great and the location to local attractions were excellent.

I have spent 4 days in this hotel and the experience was perfect We got an upgrade to the Jr. Suite and is simply impeccable. Great kitchen with amazing features and outstanding service.

What a beautiful hotel! Our room was lovely, the staff was attentive and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Wow!!!! what a great stay, I had friends in town that stayed at another hotel and when they came over to mine for drinks and entertainment they wish they would have listen to me and stayed at the Trump. This hotel is well worth the money and the location is just perfect. The view from my room was spectacular I just sat their and took it in for hours. Spent some wonderful time on the Terrace just a wonderful night great place to see the Firework that they shoot off from Navy Pier. YOU must stay at this hotel no other hotel like it. Trust me I travel all over the country I am now staying a Trump properties when ever I can.

Had a great 2 day stay at the Trump Hotel.....other than the toilet wouldnt flush! had to call the maintence guy 3 times but other than that exception place! Bath tub is to die for!!!

Both myself and my wife are well travelled both for business and for leisure purposes so we have a lot of world-wide experience of hotels at all levels of comfort and cost. Our experiences at the Trump Tower were amongst the best that we have enjoyed. The US is known for its excellent service and the staff at the Trump certainly maintained that reputation. Whether it was the desk staff, the porters or the bar staff; everybody made that extra effort to be helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed whilst the location for all of the shopping and sites of Chicago is second to none. Unlike many of the hotels in the US the Trump has an excellent spa, gym and swimming pool which stayed open for long and very accommodating hours. Clearly it was run for the convenience of the guests - not the staff. Unusually, use of the gym was free of charge as was the swimming pool. Many hotels of this caliber in the USA charge for the use of these facilities. This was excellent and meant that we could use it at will without having to plan or worry about the cost - excellent! All in all we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that if they are staying in Chicago there are few if any hotels that could offer better value for money. Luxury service at a very reasonable cost! Well done and thank you. We didn't want to leave.

what a place--service, setting,spa excellent. location perfect for business or pleasure. I chose this hotel in preference to the Ritz Carlton and wasn't dissapointed. True 5*

For a late Valentine's Day surprise, I specifically booked a hotel stay at Trump for a relaxing weekend of spa treatments for myself and my husband. The appointments I booked through the hotel's reservation website were incorrect when I called to confirm 2 days prior to my arrival. The front desk adjusted the system records and I was promised a discount on my services due to the inconvenience. When I arrived at the hotel, a written spa itinerary was provided at check-in. The appointments were once more incorrect, this time with both of us scheduled for treatments after our check-out. Now that I was on-site, I went personally to the spa's front desk and they informed me they were booked solid during our stay and that there was no record of our requested services on Saturday or the previously offered discount due to the first mis-scheduling. At this point, I asked to cancel the services entirely as it made no sense to have spa appointments after we were no longer staying at the hotel. However, we were then informed that we would still be charged as we were already within the 48-hr cancellation window. We ultimately had to come back on Monday afternoon (with no services provided during our actual hotel stay). Upon our Monday arrival, my husband's treatments were again incorrect in yet another new way (this time, he was scheduled for a bath and scented mud wrap versus a men's sports massage!) but the time was finally right. The services provided were quite good with competent technicians, but each one individually informed us that the front desk constantly mismanages appointments, and they were frustrated since it generally impacts their tips. As a final insult, It took us 20 mins to check out because no one was trained on the computer system to handle credit card payments versus direct room charges. I would have loved to charge to our room but we hadn't stayed there since Saturday! This highly technical system apparently does not provide confirmation numbers or written

This is one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. From the moment I arrived until my departure it was absolute bliss! Everything you want and need is available at a first rate service (SPA, pool, restaurants, etc). It is a wonderful way to pamper the person you love! The location is also fantastic! A lot of great restaurants and live entertainment is walking distance or just a short taxi ride away. The staff there were always courteous and ready to aid you with all your needs. To sum it all up… Triumphant Trump!

Went to Trump to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in the cheaper "Spa Rooms" on the 14th floor. The room was very nice with an incredible view of the Loop, Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Although we had a few problems, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We did a romantic spa treatment and it was absolutely incredible. The only negative remarks I have is that we had to call Housekeeping to clean our room and Room Service delivered the wrong meal for breakfast. The operator was so insistent that the correct breakfast was sent up I had to read her the difference between a "Japanese Breakfast" and a "Chinese Breakfast".

Beautiful facility, great service, wonderful location, but... ...the product doesn't match up to the aspirations. Frankly, by trying to add the additional amenities in the room, I had to give a lower score. Why? because they didn't work. Examples: scene setting dimmers were not functional with several scenes not working. Intra-hotel tv info system crashed several times and was slow to respond when working. Bathroom sliding glass panel that kept wanting to come off the track. My biggest peeve, no light over the coffee/bar unit. (a bigger issue once you get some of the lights dimmed) Yeah, I am complaining, but there is a gap from what they are trying to do here and what they are accomplishing. Nagging small issues that keep the experience from being top rate.

The Staff at Trump went above and beyond normal service. From the time i arrived to the time I left they were making sure I had everything i needed from the water at check in to the chocolates at night. Their level of service and kindness is something you should go experience. When i am in Chicago again i won't think of staying anywhere else. The workout facilities were spacious and lots of extra services there too.

I was mildly worried about reserving what appeared to be the cheapest room available at the Trump Tower in Chicago through Hotels.com, but all worry melted right away as soon as I saw the room we got for the price I paid. There was plenty of space, a wonderfully comfortable bed, and even a whole kitchenette, complete with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, dishwasher, etc...for our use while we were staying there. Amazing! When we returned from a night out with friends, there was music playing softly from the radio, the lights were on a dim and pleasant setting, and the TV had been tuned to a channel that made it look like a fish tank. Our bed had been turned down, and breakfast ordering options had been left for us on the settee. A note warning us about street closures the next day (for a Thanksgiving Day parade) had also been left for us. Came in very handy! I couldn't believe how quiet the room was. It was like we were in our own home! That was a real treat in a hotel in the middle of the city. The view from our room was lovely...we had a "city view" that also included the river. In fact, all the views from the spaces we visited in the hotel - even in the 2nd floor bar - were just awesome. The hotel seems to be surrounded by fabulous architecture and scenery that is just breathtaking. If I *had to* have a complaint, and it's very tough to find one, really...it would be that the bathroom in the guest room wasn't as private as I prefer them to be. Ours had a sliding door that wasn't soundproof, and there was no fan in the bathroom at all. (Probably not necessary, due to the air circulation system in the hotel.) For a person like me who really, *really* appreciates privacy in restrooms, it was mildly disappointing. But believe me, I got over it fast thanks to all the other wonderful ammenities the room offered! Net/net, I highly recommend this hotel. I will gladly stay there again in the future, and hopefully for more than just one night!

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to major shopping and restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite (unbeknownst to us) and it was just beautiful. Exactly what you'd expect from a 5-star property. Every amenity you could possibly want or need including a stove & dishwasher! Service was impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to future stays.

A contemporary hotel not too stuffy good location for magnificent mile quite a few restaurants nerarby we did experience a few beggars outside the main entrance but told them we only had credit cards with us. Area felt nice and safe as did the whole shopping area of chicago would definately stay at the trump again.

We stayed in the Superior King Room for 4 nights which was their smallest room, but at 600 square feet and floor to ceiling windows, it was a better deal than most other hotels in the area. Our room even came equipped with a small kitchen, dishwasher, stovetop, sink and microwave. Utensils, plates, etc. even a toaster and espresso machine. The bed was pillowtop fabulous and the bathroom was spacious and had multiple showerheads and a huge soaking tub along with a tv built into the mirror. The best part of staying at the hotel was the service. Every employee we encountered was excellent from the valet to room service. Our only concern staying here was that this hotel would be too "snobby" for us, but that wasn't the case at all. We found everyone was eager to please, and no request was too small. We've stayed at other hotels such as The Conrad, but now this is our all time favorite hotel in Chicago. The only thing that could be better was their gift shop. Not much in it besides Trump Chocolates and expensive jewelry and handbags, but yes, we did purchase the "Trump" candy bars that look like gold bars withe the word "Trump" embossed. We choose this hotel after looking at all the other reviews posted, and we were not dissappointed! Highly recommended!

We spent 3 wonderful nights at the Trump Hotel and Tower in Chicago. The room was the best ever with a very luxurious bathroom, a beautiful view, very attractive furniture and an orchid plant. The staff were always pleasant, helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.The location was super being right on the river and within walking distance of many of Chicago's best attractions eg. the Chicago Art institute, Michigan Ave., the waterfront and Bobby's bicycle tours.Everyone should have at least one drink on the terrace on the sixteenth floor for the view.Worth the splurge.

The Trump International Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Chicago. It is located on the Chicago River with excellent views of the city and river area and is convenient to Michigan avenue with all the excellent shopping. It is also convenient to a number of fine restaurants.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Have now stayed in two Trump Hotels this year (Trump SOHO is a must as well). Large rooms with good views of the city. Fitness room was top notch.

Amazing. If you want to feel special, stay at the Trump.
