Too many flies in the room very unconfortable too be able to sleep. Will not stay there again..

While the room and bath were clean and inexpensively, but adequately appointed, there were some problems. The exterior needs painting. The vent (air intake?) on the air conditioner dripped condensation? sufficent to cause carpet dampness very quickly. And air conditioning was quite loud. The gentleman who handled the desk when the owner was not there tried hard but needs more training. It was said that the owner would be back in a few minutes, but I had to go back to the office to check almost an hour later. He was kind enough to come to my room and get the TV on. The price was right in comparison to other lodging in the area. And the price point is the most important thing to me given basics.

This hotel reminded us of the older motels when we first pulled up. The outside is clean and current for it's style. The front desk was helpful and professional. The room has been remodeled and is clean. This had basic amenities which is fine for most people. The cable remote left a lot to be desired. This isn't the hotel's fault, yet they needed to provide some set of instructions on how to use. The flat screen was a decent size and quality. The bathroom was fine. The two things that I would ding them on are minor. No coffee or coffee machine for morning ritual. The shower drain was a little deep from the renovation. The shower is the only part of the renovation that I didn't like. It worked however and the wife liked it. I would stay there again and have coffee ready.
