The staff is very rude did offer to help us to change our room from smoking to none smoking even thought it ws 2 pm and there where a non smoking rooms availabe. the area is very poor and trashy, def not to talk a walk at night .

I don't know why everyone down this place. It has been renoviated and it's clean. I believe people knock because of where it's located. I live in Paterson and it was very convenience especially since my house was being fixed. I will continue to support this hotel.

personal at the front desk have no maners serving thir costumers the room was filty an smells very bad people arond suranding slaming doors and taking outside late at nigth they also change the rate of room went we got to hotel if you call this a hotel it look more like amotel I wiil never stay in this place again or recomend any body to stay there

The rudest place I have ever encountered in my life! The staff is so rude it is amazing that the place stays open!

I needed a place to crash as i was travelling to another city and this place happened to be on my way. The place is located in some shady area where the cops siren woke me up 2 times. The hotel is ok but i wouldn't recommend it for family or a couple for sure. When i was checking in i saw the receptionist renting the room by the hour so you can imagine the place. If you are travelling alone and need a place to crash which is cheap then go ahead. If not then find something else for sure.

We had agreed to pay cash when we got to the hotel and on a specific price for a 2nd night if we decided to stay. The manager immediately charged my card for the stay and we had to argue with him to take the charge off and accept cash. The hotel is in a rough neighborhood. The battery in the smoke alarm was dead and beeping every 10 seconds until we pulled it out. The heater barely worked and clean is not a word I would use to describe the room. Hotel service?? There wasn't any service unless you count dirty looks from the cleaning lady. This place is a dump and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I knew it was in Paterson, so I didn't expect it to be in a great neighborhood, but unless you're looking to score some crack at 3am, I recommend that you find a different hotel. It served it's purpose...barely. I'd rather sleep in my car next time.

This is a pay by the hour hotel in one of the worst areas I've been. Men are in and out with prostitutes all day and night. Homeless men line the streets as do prostitutes. Men drinking in parking lots during day. Room is dirty and you can hear people thru the wall doing things you don't want to hear. Constant turnover thru the night. Hard to sleep. Dirty bed. Dirty towels. Dirty floor. Shower had no hot water. Hardcore porn on tv. Not a place for women alone, kids, family, or really anyone who can afford anything better. Also, front desk tried to add $20 onto bill for something they had on their printed receipt which was not on mine. Backed down when I said I didn't check and would not pay that. Awful hotel. Awful area. Awful service.
