Embassy Suites by Hilton Valencia - Downtown - فالنسيا

Our stay at this Hotel was great. However, a few irritants did come up In the morning. There is a very nice Starbucks kiosk in the lobby area, and no one working the counter both mornings. I was told that it's only open during the week and not on the weekends. With all of the guests that were there, I would think there would be a need and it would stay busy. Maybe have it open for the morning crowd?? Also, breakfast was really good and lots to choose from.

Talk about accomodating!!! We signed up for a shuttle drop off and pick up time from Magic Mountain. During the Manager's Reception, they had delicious and FREE hummus/pita chips, salsa/cheese and chips, and the bartender actually walked over our free drinks we he saw ours getting low! VERY NICE service staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

One of the best Embassy Suites in which I have stayed. Windows in both rooms provided alot of light such that suite felt like an apartment. Very good decoration. Bed was very comfortable. Comforter was not too warm. Room was spotless. Meeting rooms were ready and prepared as requested. Staff was very friendly and attentive to needs as well as knowledgeable about area. Breakfast was typical high quality Embassy Suite breakfast. One of the best hotels in which I have stayed - and I travel weekly on business.

Great for the price. They offer a great breakfast however the cooks at the omelette bar were extremely rude to my teeneage son. Rather suprised that he would be employed by this hotel the staff was all so pleasant.

This hotel is what you would expect when staying at the Embassy Suites. It was clean with quick check-in and nice rooms. The breakfast were somewhat crowded, but the staff was efficient enough to keep the flow of people moving. The outdoor pool had limited privacy, but the jacuzzi was clean and heated. The bed was much more comfortable than the Embassy Suites we stayed in the prior two nights (in San Diego). The best part was that we were only 5-7 minutes from our destination of Magic Mtn. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The breakfast was a mess. We waited 30 min for breakfast. The buffet was out of almost everything. The second day was the same. The common areas were dirty especially the lobby bathroom. Made reservation 1 month in advance and requested rooms together. The rooms were numbered like they were together but were separated by housekeeping and an elevator. Staff should have known they were not together.

Great location. Close to Magic Mtn, shopping, dining, etc. Always a great breakfast. The only problem was the air conditioner was a little noisey at night in the bedroom area.

This hotel was a delight to stay at. With a complimentary shuttle to Magic Mountain (or anywhere), great public spaces, and a very courteous staff, we would gladly stay here again. The rooms are generous, with mini fridges, a sink, microwaves, and coffee machines in the kitchen, a well-appointed living room, a cozy bedroom and a huge shower in the bathroom, we were easily able to entertain a dozen people in our suite.

The Hotel is surrounded by freeway, it's tucked away between the I-5 (the worlds largest parking lot) and the 126. Also its in the middle of a business complex. If you have a meeting at one of the nearby business, then its very conveinant, otherwise its very inconveinant. My room was over the kitchen. The night I arrived, the entire hotel smelled like burnt chillies. The next morning it smelled like freshly baked bread. Don't use the sofa bed. Just pull the matress out and sleep on the floor.

The shuttle was very convenient. It saved us $15 for parking at Six Flags. This hotel had the best breakfast I've had in a hotel- for free! Food was made to order- omlettes, pancakes, you name it. I was very satisfied with our stay!

Stayed at the hotel after the USC v. Stanford game. Outstanding accomdations and breakfast was excellent

I'd highly recommend this hotel. It's the perfect place to stop for a night while driving to Southern California. Excellent customer service, comfortable and clean room, terrific price.

This hotel is new to the area and I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting. I have no complaints . The service was great, staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet, plus u can't beat the excellent breakfast.

Stay here often...gets you away from the craziness of LA. Great rooms, service and is pretty cheap in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Hands down... The best for your hard earn bucks...

Theres was one thing that did make me upset, and that was, the hot tub outside was not working. My wife and were looking forward to relaxing in there.

Nice suites with separate bedroom. Nice lobby. Desk clerks were not all that friendly. Never saw any of them smile. Rooms are set up for business guests because of the small conference table. They really should get free Wifi for that reason alone. The desk clerk mentioned that they do have Wifi in the lobby. Anyway, my son brought his laptop and I brought mine. Each device is charged separately. Needless to say, we only hooked up one. Happy hour from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. The bar is open for drinks during that period. It was a magnet spot for sure. Snacks were: chips with salsa or that melted cheese, chex mix, a bowl with bananas, oranges, apples and soft drinks all you can drink. Also, they had a restaurant in the lobby area that had pizzas that you could order and eat in the lobby. A lot of the guests were doing that. Next time I may do that. Breakfast was plenty. I ordered an omlet. Along with it they gave me 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes and some hash browns on another plate. There was cut up cantalope, watermelon, honeydew, oatmeal, bagels, bread, muffins, make your own waffles, orange juice, milk. Plenty of stuff to eat. What I liked about the rooms was the way the A/C was set up. It was not the typical A/C under the window that freezes out the person who gets the bed near the window. It was the forced air type. The shower was very roomy, no bathtub. I did not have any bad experiences.

It is a gorgeous hotel with gorgeous affordable rooms. And the happy hour and breakfast buffet made it even more worthwhile. Will stay here again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone

GREAT ROOM! THE ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS A LONG DISTANCE FROM OUR ROOM. NOT EASY TO GET TO THE LOBBY.

The bathroom was the only disapointment. No towel racks, no vent and no heat... come on now!! and our room was directly over the kitchen and faced the dumpster, other than that, had a blast at Magic Mountain... X2 WOW!!!!!!

Everything a hotel should be.

I love this hotel and stay here often. It's a little out of the way as most of the business I need to take care of is in LA but the quality for the price just can't be matched in comparison to other LA hotels. Large rooms, updated look and very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel! Great location for Six Flags A must stay for the family~

Very clean hotel. Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very yummy (bacon, eggs, omelets to order, fruit, cereal, country fried potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee, milk, soda). The room was excellent. Spacious and very nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. I would stay here again.

It was really nice, only a mile from six flags really comfortable

This was our 2nd stay here. First time, was acceptable. This stay, unacceptable. We arrived to a room with a broke AC unit with temps outside near 100. It was promptly repaired, but after more than an hour, we asked to change rooms because the room was still hot. Also, we were in a room with a view directly in front of the dumpster which was over-run with trash and very unsightly. During breakfast the next day, another guest was in the buffet area holding a small dog and sitting in the dining area with the dog in their lap, feeding the dog from her plate as well. The dog drew attention from other guests as it yelped from time to time. Also, I lost my appetite as I did not want to share my dining experience with a dog. I complained to the front desk & was told that dogs were not allowed in the dining area & that they'd speak to the guest but when they came into the dining area, the guest was not at the buffet station at that time so the Embassy employee simply turned around & went back to the front desk, allowing the guest to continue to sit in the dining area with their dog undisturbed. For me, this was the icing on the cake for my stay. We allowed our room to be cleaned every day, but it was clear that our sheets nor our toilet was not cleaned each day. Normally this would not have been an issue but this visit my husband had a virus so having a wiped down bathroom & kitchen area would have been nice. Our daughter attends school in Valencia so we will be visiting there ofter...but, we will not return to this Embassy after our experience with this stay, unfortunately.

The reason I am staying at this hotels instead of other in the area is because of the cook to order breakfast. I save us time driving around looking for breakfast in the morning. Hotel is very clean and in great condition. The only complain I would have is that the fridge is not very cold. They really need to get better fridges for the rooms.
