Hampton Suites LAX Van Nuys - فان نويز

Hotel is centrally located in the Valley with convenient easy access to two freeways. Clean hotel, nice people and decent buffet. Parking is limited and a bit difficult, but free. They have an overflow lot a short walk down the street. Free internet worked well. Comfy beds and bedding. Day staff was excellent, nice staff was a bit confused.

I checked into this hotel for business late at night and checked out early in the am. The room was clean am the front desk receptionist was very friendly. Continental breakfast in the am is about the same everywhere: waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, and a variety of teas.

Love the fact they launder the quilt covers on the bed. Got free upgrade. Good selection at breakfast. Warm cookie is a bonus. Free newspaper. Business centre is great for printing out boarding passes. Parking may be an issue as the number of spaces is somwhat limited by the property size.

I've stayed at this hotel before and was "ok" with it. The only downside was the parking situation. Even so I decided to stay here again and was not disappointed. Management was great! Breakfast one morning was a bit hectic and the lady running the kitchen that morning saw the frustration of my sister when she wasn't able to get a waffle. My sister gave up trying to get a waffle but the girl running the kitchen was so nice and MADE the waffle for her! Outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and well managed. I'd definitely stay here again.

I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton. I was there for 12 nights during a training and was highly impressed. Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful. I asked for a fridge and got one. If I couldn't find a parking place when I came in late, they helped me. Most of all the Hampton felt like being at a home. Every morning there was breakfast, in the evening there were cookies and my room was beautifully cared for. After 12 nights I had to move to the Marriott (my own reservation mistake) and though the Marriott was a beautiful hotel, I actually preferred my stay and care at the Hampton.

Not bad. Neighbourhood isn't great, but it was close to where I needed to be the next day. No parking spaces when I arrived. Desk offered to move car to lot next door. Room OK - on par with most other Hampton Suites. Breakfast also OK, although I couldn't find a table that didn't have someone else's mess left on it. Not that bothered, but it would have been nicer to sit at a clean table. All in all, just OK.

This hotel is very comfortable. People working at this hotel are very kind and room is very clean. If you need to stay coloser to the downtown LA, I do not recommned you to stay here but if you can stay in this location, I highly recommend to use this hotel.

Good standard Hampton Inn. Good service, nice accommodations. Nothing stood out as good or bad. Neighborhood is kind of dull, but five minutes in a car will solve that.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was very quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and hotel beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had! Different every morning with a large variety to choose from. Loved the convenient location centrally located to everywhere we were going. Parking was free and even when the hotel parking lot was full our car was taken care of!

right on the busy street, small parking spots, noisy for windows facing the main street. staffs are friendly though.

Very pleased with the staff and the hotel and room.

I walked into my hotel and all seemed nice at first. I noticed that the floor was all uneven under my feet and i would step into mini pot holes.Not cool. They were renovating the foyer where the breakfast was served which was very uninviting and not to mention DUSTY!!!! I overheard the front desk lady giving a deal to a potential customer on the phone by lowering the rate dramatically from what was listed on the site just to try to get business in. Also, if you are in need of a wheelchair, GOOD LUCK! It took them forever to find one!!! Try somewhere else folks!

Hotel was clean and convenient for my purposes. Would stay here again when I return to L.A.

great location right off the 405. heated indoor pool was nice. breakfast was good and you can make your own waffles.

Everyone we interacted with was very cheerful and obliging. Parking lot is a little small.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel was nicer then I thought it would be since the price was so cheap! The room was clean, nice bathroom. Loved the free breakfast in the morning. Lots of variety. It was delicious! The staff was very friendly. The hotel even had valet parking!

This hotel is conviently located in Los Angeles and next to the 405 freeway. It is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is awesome. There are both hot items such as eggs, sausage, and potatoes, french toast, waffles, and also cold cereal, bagels, and fruit. Coffee is delicious and milk and juice to drink. The neighborhood is not that great looking, but we don't stay there for the view.

Excellent customer service and breakfast. The only shortcoming is that the parking is insufficient.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was better than most. Located in a questionable area but I felt safe. It is not close to LAX if that is important to anyone.

The hotel was very nice on the inside even though the neighborhood was not that nice. The staff was very kind and courteous. The breakfast was pretty good; waffles, fruit, eggs, bagels, muffins, bacon, coffee, juices. Parking was very tight and there actually wasn't enough parking spaces so we had to park in a non parking zone but the hotel staff was understanding.

From the superior service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the condition of the property, and even the amenities (including the breakfast), everything was excellent at this hotel.

The hotel was great. Close to the beach and magic mtn. Dodgers stadium wasn't far either. Very clean. Got the extra towels , pillows and rollaway bed before we even unpacked. Breakfast couldn't have been better buffet style and plenty of everything. Different menu every day. Will stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient to get to our destination of Universal Studios- just a short trip down the nearby freeway. The pool was refreshing, the breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold items and was well stocked at all times, and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaints were that the hotel room floor left black dirt on the bottoms of our feet (probably just a good carpet cleaning should help) and the parking was extremely limited as the hotel was full. We arrived late in the evening and had to park along the walkway into the hotel. An employee was very helpful in finding a location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent service. Breakfast provided good variety & amount of food. Parking lot was sometimes full & a little crowded.

I don't normally write reviews, but this Hotel deserves it. It is by far the best value, and hotel in the area. The staff actually seems to care about guest comfort and the overall impression/experience at the hotel. This was my second stay at this property - and I will absolutely be back.

This hotel is about a 30 min drive from lax airport. deceptive title.

WOW!! I have stayed in some really expensive places and had bad service. The Hampton Suites was more than I expected for a 2 1/2 stars. They can be a full 3 to 3 1/2 stars. Breakfast was good considering I do not eat breakfast here I ate something every morning. There was something for everyone. In a hurry they had brown bag breakfast to go. Will definitley stay again.

We felt the room was very nice, hotel kept in excellent condition...staff very friendly. Breakfast was above standard for most continental free breakfasts... only negative was that the elevator was somewhat slow but never crowded. Good value for the money...

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The property was clean, well maintained. The beds were very firm, not what I like to sleep on. The breakfast offerings were all high carb but served well.

Nice hotel. Nice staff, always friendly. I was surprised it was only a 2.5 star. Good value, clean, updated nicely, nice free and good choice breakfast too. Free parking. Will definitely keep on list for when returning to L.A. The only small complaint I would have is that the walls need to be insulated for sound better. I could hear neighbors. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

Hotel staff was very accommodating and worked hard to meet several special requests that I had. I would definitely stay there again and have already recommended this location to a business associate.

Hotel staff greeted us warmly, had answers to all our questions, parking was a dream come true, rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy, everything worked, complimentary breakfast was copious and varied and requests were promptly filled. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We stayed the weekend, Friday & Saturday, We were pleasantly impressed! Room was HUGE, Bed very comfy. Couldn't hear a thing in the room, even though there was a baby next door. I'd bring my own toilet paper, a little rough, personal thing. Staff was ALL exceedingly nice, professional and helpful. Location was perfect! 10 minutes from Everything, Airport, Hollywood, Universal Studio's Ect... Breakfast good too! Parking was NOT a problem, they were out in the lot to help find a spot, even full there was plenty of room and FREE, my favorite word. Good Luck!
