The hotel was clean and in a good location. The first room had a toilet that wouldn't flush, so they moved us to another room. The second room was next to the outer stairs and was very noisy when kids ran up and down. Also there was no tv remote and the tub didn't drain well. Overall though, i would recommend this hotel. The staff was nice and rooms were clean.

The front desk is very nice and helpful, but the hotel is very old and dirty. The carpet in the room is very filthy and dirty. The room smell really bad, damp and old. On the bed had a big cockroach died on that and we did not see that, not until in the morning because the light in the room was not bright enough. Very disappointed. We will not used Quality Inn no more.

The Bulloch County Prisoner Transport sheriff car was parked in the lot and was very disconcerting. We left after one night, even though we paid for 2 nights. It was completely unappealing, and the price was outrageous for the low quality of the room.

My family stayed in this Quality Inn simply because of reputation but the service was terrible. First our toilet stopped up and when we called to have it fixed they said they would send someone up to our room. Several hours later no one came so we went to the desk and their remark was they need to find the plunger and gave us a room key to go to a nother room to use the restroom. We were on the top floor and the room we got to go use the restroom when we need to was on the bottom floor. Second, we went to check out and no one was at the desk. We waited for 20 minutes then left to go to the restroom and when we came back there was still no one at the desk so we could check out. Another guest when and tried to find them and finally 30 minutes later we checked out and decided not to use this hotel again. Sometimes cheaper is better.

We booked three rooms for two nights to accommodate us and some friends for our son's college graduation. All rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfas twas good but had a limited offering. There was no hot food, other than waffles and some gravy for biscuits. Overall, it was a good experience. We would have no problem staying at this motel again.

It was not bad for the price but there was a slight odor to the room. The bed was confortable!

Our room door was open when we went to it, the lights and tv were on. I called the front desk, he stated that maybe the maid left it on. I went to lock my door and the lock was extremly loose. There was only one towel, when I went to get another one, I got a very small towel. The bed skirt looked like someone threw up on it. We could hear everything. The pillows were not pillows they were throw pillows, very small. The noise did not stop till 6am. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was pleasent, the rooms were old but clean, quiet with a good location to the college. Don't plan on eating breakfast there. Food items were not maintained and no one was there to assist.

Brought a group again to Statesboro. Staff and service at this Quality Inn was excellent as always.

people were nice. beds were fine. fancy toilet was broken. left lid off so could flush. continental breaksfast was average. workout room could not be used because it smelled like strong cat pee.
