The room, amenities, staff, and cleanliness were wonderful. The staff spoke English, which was a nice bonus. However, it wasn't as close to the train station or public transit as I had anticipated.

The hotel was new and nice, and quiet. The hotel staff were pleasant and gave good directions. The location is quite a walk to restaurants open at night, through a sort of dim area. There are a lot of vacant buildings. (of course, we could have eaten at the hotel...the menu looked fine, but we didn't). We only stayed one day and were completely satisfied.

Imagine being in a hotel that looks pretty new but you can't choose the temperature in your room. Well, when they renovated the Medium hotel they decided it was too costly to change the system and we ended-up in a hotel room that was too hot because the hotel had decided they were heating all rooms. Therefore we opened the door to our room... only to be bitten all night long by mosquitoes... at the end of November! Minuscule shower... Choose another hotel. This one looks good but it is just an illusion.

Very nice clean hotel and good value for money. The hotel staff were extremly helpful.

Good: clean, v modern. 10 min walk from the opera house. Pool and small garden. Bad: Have given a 2/5 because I specifically asked for a West facing double room (on upper floor) and was suitably reassured in an email that they would endeavour to hold one for us. However when I arrived it turned out that the building had NO double rooms on the West side over looking the garden, only family rooms. All their doubles face East overlooking the broken up street opposite and the rough looking council estate (which you have to walk past to get to the river bed) . Small detail perhaps but I consider this straightforward dishonest sales and will make a point of not recommending this place to friends. One strange issue is that the hotel doesn't open it's own doors onto the garden/pool, you have to get a ticket from reception and walk all the way around the carpark to the tennis courts at the back, and then back into the garden from that side for reasons beyond me.

Nice new looking hotel. More american oriented than all hotels stayed before in Spain. Walking distance (10 minutes ) from Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , restaurants and Shopping Center. Diagonal bus stop station (Easy ,safe,friendly public transportation). My room 803 was pleasantly big ( not normal in Spain ) and no claustrophobic at all. It was like new and soi ultra clean that it's make me feel . There is a huge difference in infrastructural , look, superiority in the Medium.Valencia over the Medium Barcelona. Nice people attendants in both hotels.

Upon arrival, check in was easy and friendly. The concierge was very helpful. There was a surcharge for the parking, but the internet was free and the connection/speed was good. I used the gym facility which was adequate. Bit smelly down there, but OK for an hours workout. The swimming pool was closed as it was not in season. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern, and the shower was definitely up there on power. Always like a good power shower. Room had wooden floor, much cleaner than carpet, but the bed slid a little on the surface. Bed was comfortable. The kiosk in the lobby has listings of all different restaurants in the area. We were very lucky and found an excellent Tapas Bar about 2 miles away, called El Pederniz. Excellent food, friendly owner who advised us where to go. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if our travels take us to Valencia.

There is no place to park the car and unload the baggage fromthe car. reception would not accept to check in early

The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was very nice and clean. The location leaves a little something to be desired; it is walking distance to the Ciudad de las Artes which is great, but there's nothing else there really, you have to take a bus to get to the center city. Great value though, well worth it if you're trying to save money. Plus, for someone like me that doesn't have a laptop, the fact that they have 3 computers you can use anytime for free is great.

Es una lástima que un hotel tan moderno, tan bien decorado y tan agradable cuente un servicio al cliente nulo. Los empleados son groseros, prepotentes y para nada seriviciales.

Habitaciones espaciosas y bien decoradas,estilo moderno,baño amplio.Situado a 20 minutos del centro,desayuno bufet bueno y variado,posibilidad de aparcar delante del hotel sin ningun coste,buena relacion calidad-precio.

Hemos estado en una habitación triple y ha sido una grata sorpresa en comparación con otros hoteles, ya que son habitaciones muy amplias.

A sido una estancia corta pero muy agradable

Hôtel très convenable pour un 3 étoiles sauf que et cela est souvent le cas en ESPAGNE,une odeur nauséabonde venait des toilettes.Dommage.Une tablette au dessus du lavabo serait la bienvenue.Personnel disponible.

... und dazu ein erfreuliches preis-leistungsverhältnis. nur das peinliche frühstücksbuffet mit rühreiern aus der dose, etc. sollte man sich sparen. praktisch auch, wenn das valencia open - die agora-plätze in bequemer gehweite - gespielt wird.

El hotel esta ubicado cerca del palacio de las artes , de la ciencia y el oeanografico, asi que por ese lado esta bien. el unico comentario es que en las proximidades al ascensor se percibe un notable olor a cloacas, o parecido. al llegar pense que era momentaneo, pero lo senti todas las veces que utilice el ascensor.

Goede kamers en bedden, kamers zijn nogal gehorig; wij hadden de pech dat een groepje Engelse, dronken, jongeren op de kamer naast ons verbleven en daar hun feestje voortzetten. Verder prima hotel, op redelijke loopafstand van centrum Valencia

tres bonne qualitée, tres bon accueil, prestation de qualitée et bpc de serieux. Proche du palais des sciences, arret de bus a coté qui depose sur le plages. hotel à ne pas hésiter à reserver. Chambre tres accueillante.

Albergo accogliente, bel servizio, belle camere. Unico neo: la moquette in camera. Per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Las habitaciones están muy bien ya que el hotel lo remodelaron y a 5 minutos caminando de las ciudad de las artes, además una pequeña y linda terraza con vistas a las ciudad de las Artes.

a 15 Minutes du centre de Valence a Pied, très bel établissement qui mérite bien ces étoiles. Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique ville.N'avons pas essayé le restaurant de l'hôtel, trop de tentation a l'extérieur.Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien.

Nettopp tilbake fra 10 dgr på Hotel Medium Valencia, og vi drar gjerne tilbake. Hotellet ligger like ved det makeløst arkitektoniske Kunst og vitenskapssenteret (La Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias), det tar 5-10 min å gå gå dit. Og det ligger midt mellom gamlebyen og byens strender, med god bussforbindelse begge veier. Nr 35 og 6 går til gamlebyen, nr 19, 20 og 23 går til stranda (de to sistnevnte bare i sommersesongen). I tobakksbutikken til høyre oppi gata (General Urrutia) får du kjøpt busskortet Bonobus (10 turer, 8 Euro), som er billig og greit å ha. Vi benyttet oss ikke av hotellfrokosten, men kjøpte istedet rimelige baguetter på en hjørnekafe som ligger like ved hotellet (ved rundkjøringen). Standarden på hotellet var meget bra, og siden vi var der i slutten av juni, var det perfekt å ha et basseng å gå til. Det tilhører egentlig ikke hotellet, men kan brukes av hotellets gjester. Gå i resepsjonen og be om en billett til poolen, det koster ingenting. Rommene var store og renholdet godt, bad med dusj/badekar. Trådløst internett er gratis. Medium anbefales, uten tvil!

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. Unfortunately, it's nice design and rooms, does not justify its poor location and unfriendly staff. The reception staff was very unhelpful and some times even rude.

Het hotel is qua prijs / kwaliteit een prima, zeer modern ingericht hotel. De service is uitstekend, internet (wifi) gratis, zowel op de kamer als in de business lounge. De kamers zeer ruim en netjes. Alles goed schoon en opgeruimd net als de rest van het hotel overigens. De ligging lijkt in eerste instantie niet helemaal handig, echter, schijn bedriegt. Het ligt vlakbij de gardin de turia (de tuin met alle bezienswaardigheden als het hemisferic en Oceanografic) DIt ligt op slechts 7 a 8 minuten lopen van het hotel verwijderd. De binnenstad is ook goed lopend te doen (20 minuten). Vanaf de luchthaven kan je het beste de metro pakken naar station Xativa. Anders dan de info op de hotels.com site (uitstappen bij Alameda) is het handiger om, met zware koffers, bus 35 te nemen vanaf xativa. Deze stopt voor de deur van het hotel. Een taxi kan ook. Er is een standplaats bij xativia (station nord). Een taxi ritje naar het hotel kost ongeveer 6 euro.

Centralt placeret hotel med virkelig gode værelser til meget rimelige priser

We hebben erg genoten van ons bezoek aan Valencia.Een erg mooie stad met veel oude maar ook nieuwe cultuur.Alles is makkelijk met openbaar vervoer te doen. Wij hadden een valencia tourist card aangeschaft en hier kon je onbeperkt 72 uur van het openbaar vervoer gebruik maken. Ook kreeg je korting bij musea .Het hotel was helemaal oke, goede bedden, airco deed het goed. Alleen het kluisje op de kamer deed het niet. Vriendelijk personeel wat goed engels sprak.
