Rooms were a nice large size, and very well kept and decorated. I really felt like its one of those places you stay if you are trying to go all out. Casino is beautiful, so is the pool and the staff is very friendly. They could have splurged a bit more on the mattresses, but I guess if you are doing Vegas right you will pass out anywhere. I also think room service could have been faster but the food was good. I was disappointed with their guest services team because they would not honor their price match guarantee due to a technicality and upgrade my room so I ended up booking through hotels.com instead and saved some $! Overall a 5 star experience, definitely stay here!

Checked in with free valet around 2, but the room wasn't ready and when I checked again at 3, they moved things around and got my room. TIP: They will charge you $25/day for a resort fee, but I read the fine print and you can waive the fee. It also includes some coupons, but I didn't use all of them, but if you want to use the gym or spa you pay regular price, pool you just need to show your key. Got the luxury view room and it was PURE LUXURY, worth every penny! Only thing I noticed was that the wine glasses they provide had lip stains. Also, when I got my car back from valet, I felt crumbs on my steering wheel. Room had a great view of the pools and TI to watch the sirens show from the room. I would stay here again and again!

Just stayed at Encore few months ago and no doubt the Palozzo is our favorite. Room was immaculate and the staff thorough from top to bottom. We would love to have you welcome us back and spoil us again.

The Palazzo & Venetian can't be beat. All suite rooms with great decor and every amenity you could ask for. What I like best is that there is so much to do, you don't ever need to leave if you don't want to. Staying at one hotel gives you access to both. With all the shopping, restaurants, clubs between them. Great pools, great service!!

Second time staying at the Palazzo. Just as good as I remembered it!! Recommend, without any reservation!!

i paid an extra $100 per night to stay on the prestige level. on my 2nd day, my wife and i went to the prestige area to pick up a drink and a dude named Peter told me i couldnt go in because i had swim trunks on but proceeded to get directly in my face and stare me down. i asked him if he was going to hit me and he said he was just gonna keep me out of the prestige lounge [which i wasnt pursuing going into]. we exchanged words and he proceeded to get on the phone to call security so i took the phone from him and spoke to security myself about was i being confronted by a hotel employee. and i paid extra for that service and i had 7 people staying on the prestige level for my 50th bday???

This is one of the only hotels in Vegas where you can get two queen beds plus a pull-out sofa. I slept on the pull-out -- not as good as a regular bed, but I slept fine both nights. Otherwise, this place has a nice gym and a nice pool and lots of decent restaurants. They also let us check-in 3 hours early for free, which was very nice.

Wonderful hotel with lots of space and very accommodating hotel! The hotel staff was very nice and professional. It is a bit far from other hotels down the strip such as Caesars, Bellagio, etc but it is on nicer end of strip near Wynn and fashion mall. Overall wonderful hotel and I will be back!

All rooms are really really awesome but this hotel hits you up for a $25 per person per day "resort" fee; meals at hotel restaurants are expensive; small drinks by the pool are $15 each and are those cheap drinks served out of a dispenser machine. But the overall service is really good and the rooms are worth it. Just be prepared to be nickeled and dimed!

I felt that for the usual price of the room the expectations were higher. The beds seemed old and they were awfully uncomfortable. My husband and I ended with back aches!! Loved that they offered a baby crib! The hotel decor is beautiful.

Stayed here this past weekend and was very impressed. We have stayed at four for five other hotels on the strip and this is easily the nicest. The rooms are extremely large, very comfortable, and service is exquisite. Book your room now!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room exceeded my expectations. The Palazzo will always be our first choice in Vegas.

The Pallazzo is in my opinion the very finest hotel and casino in Las Vegas. I've been attending/working conventions in Vegas for 40 years and have stayed at MANY places, absolutely NONE COMPARE to the Pallazzo. The Pallazzo blew away every expectation we had, this is THE Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, far superior to even the Bellaggio. In future trips I won't even go if I have to stay anywhere else.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff! Probably one of the best stays I have ever had in Vegas! Highly recommended! Book a room and you will not be disappointed.

The Mattress in our bed was as hard a a rock. Each and every time the air conditioning turned on during the hight, it sounded like someone inflating and deflating a tire. The window overlooking the pool was smeared with hand prints. I left the blinds open for the cleaning crew to see how dirty the window was. They just closed the blinds and ignored it. The second night, a loud whistling noise woke us up at least a dozen times. Come to find it was the crack under the door that was causing the whistle. I have never in my life slept on a mattress that creaked so loud everytime you moved. Each time we repositioned, we woke the other up. Getting in and out of the bed, the creaking was even worse. I would not book this reservation. We came down for some rest and relaxation and the only rest or relaxation we got was when we got home. Thanks for asking

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed everything. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, loved the decor in the lobby, liked that they offered smoke free halls in the casino. Location was convenient and I enjoyed window shopping in the stores upstairs.

Everything was very nice in the room and hotel...easy to see why a 5-star resort. Slow Luggage service and getting extra bedding delivered for sleeper sofa were only negatives to a great stay.

1. NO HOT WATER for shower 2 night.... a lot of small stuff, but shouldn't happen on 5 star hotel. 2) TV is very small, not HD... 3) TV in the bathroom not work.... 4) the sofa I don't want to sit on it. :o ...etc the room look very nice

No need to leave hotel grounds with excellent restaurants and shoppping.

Great property, great staff. The rooms are huge and have everything you need, and the casino floored easy to navigate and isn't overwhelming like many of the other places in Vegas. All around, a great stay!

Firstable our room is 8th floor, But this room is I heard the sound of the big device of the outside air-conditioner.　So I told to front of this. Then they did quickly change to room. This is good service!!! Also there is a parking lot in the basement of the hotel, it is comfortable to move baggage in the room, and the movement from a hotel is really convenient.
