My wife booked The Palazzo for my 70th birthday. We had never stayed at this hotel, but would go back at anytime. The hotel is immaculate and the help is outstanding. Our room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in.

The hotel was good/did not like to having to walk through the casino with the smoke that was awlful...And the convention side once inside of the convention only one bathroom for women for such a big convention room that i would change for sure...when you have over 3,000 people and you have to walk all the way outside which was way down and you are on a short break not good

Stay was great. We slept in the first morning and it was comfortable. No turn down service though. Been to Vegas a few times, definitely a 4 star hotel, but not 5 star. Best hotel I have stayed in Vegas, but have stayed in better around the world. Overall, really good, the Bella suit is perfect for 3 guys. No complaints, happy in the end. Go to Tao in the veniecian, it rocked!!! Cut was pretty good too. The one thing that was very nice is they limited the smoking areas in the casino. I'm a smoker, hate smoking inside and really appreciated this. Would totally return. I have yet to truely see a 5 star in Vegas and this came close. Good job Plazzo!!!

My stay at Palazzo was awesome! The staff were all very nice and helpful from early check in to late check out. Concierge was very nice with accommodations to night clubs. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was huge! The location of the hotel was great as well and the casino floor did not reek of smoke either. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I've been to Vegas at least 30 times. I've stayed almost everywhere. This by far was the most underwhelming experience I've had. Thankfully it's attached to the Venetian which offers great restaurants, and shopping, and it's near one of my personal favs The Wynn. Anyway, if you're looking for good service, luxury top end style and decor, great pool scene, etc... I suggest you look elsewhere.

I travel to Las Vegas for conventions at least once per year and have stayed at pretty much all of the hotels on the strip, I would say the Palazzo is the very best hotel I have stayed at. The room was huge and the view is outstanding. Every conveience is covered, from toiletries you may need to a printer/ fax machine in the room. Check in was a breeze and the staff was extremely friendly and always addresses you by your name. The location could not have been better since the Sands Convention Center was connected to the hotel, I never even had to leave the building unless I wanted to.

This was my third time staying here while on a Vegas trip. This hotel spoils me (I have stayed at the Venetian before as well). The rooms are huge, modern and plush. The pool area is beautiful as well, and the hotel is right on the strip. The Walgreens that is attached is icing on the cake. We were able to buy snacks, booze, etc which helped keep some other costs down. Yes, it's pricier than others, but if you have four to a room it's reasonable. I love staying at this hotel.

The Palazzo is part of the Venetian and you share the 'indoors' the location is perfect, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful and you can tell they like their jobs. There are plenty of restai=urants - at every budget and cuisine level. Theatres, bars, lounges and casinos. The lobby is beautiful and the whole place is spotless. It is my favorite for sure.

So much space in the room. The lay out is great and so comfortable. Only problem is it's Vegas and when do you really spend that much time in the room. Our get a way was a romantic one, so spending more time in the room worked really nice. First time staying at the Palazzo, wouldn't hesitate to come back again!

The Palazzo is definitely one of the nicest, classiest hotels in Vegas. We got a free upgrade to an amazing 1,200 sq ft suite, though the standard 600 sq ft suites are also incredible. We'll be back!

The hotel was wonderful... the group I was with kind of hotel hopped... so out of the 3... The Palazzo was the most elegant... The Planet Rock was a good party place and The Paris was just ok...

We stayed over the weekend because of my husbands b'day, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room, the bed, the bathroom, the casino, the shopping mall at the hotel and across the street, the bars, the restaurants and most of all LAVO! Everyone there was nice to us. It make us feel special. We will be back for sure!!

The rooms were very spacious, modern and comfortable. The pictures on line do not do the rooms justice. The only complaints I have are no coffee pots in the room and the mini bar is weight sensitive so if you move anything, you are charged. There are mini bar items out in the open so if you have young children be careful they do not grab an item or you'll be charged. The strip view is very limited. You can see Trump, Treasure Island and the Mirage and the mountains. You will not see a lit up view of the Strip...you may want to save your money. The restaurants in The Palazzo and the neighboring Venitian are excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Went to the night club here called "lavo" with a few friends. I dropped a few hundred dollars on ground while paying for drink, and immediately the bar-back raced in and grabbed the money before I could pick it up. I of course immediately asked for it back, to which he gives me a dumb look. I asked again, even offering to let him keep half, to which he starts flashing a light on me. Within a few moments, I'm being brought to the back room where I felt very threatened. After telling my story to security, I was told "I couldn't touch employees and that I'd have to be removed.” I complained at the front desk the next day. Manager said the most he could do was let me file a complaint with Lavo security...the same ones that escorted me to the back room! HA! I'm fairly well established, and was well dressed throughout, so heed my warning: this can happen to ANYONE. I'm considering taking this farther up the chain...in the mean time DO NOT STAY HERE

i absolutely loved the hotel, the room was absolutely stunning and huge! i would love to go back!

Beautiful, beautiful! Our room was gorgeous! On strip. Extremely convenient to shopping. Staying there everytime!

We stayed at the Palazzo for a couple of nights prior to the NFR finals. It is a first class hotel,including everything possible for ammenities. Our suite was comfortable and roomy but had absolutley no view, the only negative about our stay. We attended the show Jersey Boys right on site, and enjoyed the quality resturants available. We will definitly stay at the Palazzo again, and highly recomend it.
