Hyatt Miami at The Blue - دورال

Room is very big, beautiful, modern, comfortable. Could not be more pleased. The service though was not great. the jacuzzi was broken during our entire stay so we could not use it. and the breakfast was very bad.

We spent the first week of our 2 week stay in Miami at The Hyatt and the rooms are absolutely fantastic although the location is quite disconnected from the main attractions of the beaches and major attractions. The staff were very helpful and relocated us due to the mattress being very soft in our bedroom with minimal hassle. Great Accommodation with excellent service only downsides are on flight path and location a little of the beaten track.

I loved it ! Its very nice there i just didnt like how the bugs kept getting in our room it freaked me out! They even got in our shower! I was in shower and saw it in corner! Thats what i didnt like.

The Hyatt At The Blue is off the hook. Great Rooms! Great Pool! The city of Doral is beautiful and there is a shopping center basically right around the corner for all intents and purposes. I will say, if you are headed to Miami to get your beach on...then you need to stay somewhere closer to the beach. $45 cab ride from The hotel to south beach. However, you wont have to wait long because everytime we called a cab it was there in 5 minutes. I mostly saw families at this hotel, not a good place to catch singles...at least when I was there. And finally, brush up on your spanish because it will make your experience much better as many of the people who work at the hotel and in the surrounding area are ESL (english second language)

Terrible customer service, mainly by the supervisor I wish I could remember the names. I will never be back By the way... I starting to sense that if you make a reservation through Hotels.com, They treat you like a second class citizens. Had the same experience at the Hyatt at Chicago during my New years stay. You guys shoul look in to that

My stay at this hotel was simply incredible. The hotel was comfortable and clean and all my needs were met and the staff was more than happy to help.

I am addicted to this place. Very spacious rooms with Fridge, dinning table, flat screen TV, Microwave, list where you could order groceries from the local supermarket. Bathroom is as spacious, with separated tub and shower area. Smal flat screen TV in there as well. All the amenities, Hot Hot Hot water, with pressure. Free internet and parking is just in front of the room, no need for Valet and not too much walking to get to your room. These are basically appartments and not one single building with all the rooms. I am hook to this place, since the first day I tried it, I have never been anywhere else, eventhough it's a little bit on the expensive side but it's well worth it. It's in a very good area, near shopping centers, restaurants, malls etc.... I am a room's guy, before everything else in a Hotel, and this one does it for me

I was taken back on how much the rooms look just like the photo online . And love the earth tone colors we love the turn down service , flat screen in restroom a plus we are coming back for our family getaway in June we are fans of resorts and usually stay at west gate lakes in Orlando every year with family but we will like to change it and stay here at the Hyatt so we will see you all doom around June 15.

It was really clean and everything was perfect!

When I booked this hotel, my main concern was trying to make our 1 year as comfortable as possible. I have to say minus the leftover food trays at the elevator, I was happy with everything. We only stayed for 2 days but it was convienent. Please be advised though, that this area is not around much shopping, so you DO need a car to get around. Our check in was acceptable, everyone at the front desk was very helpful. The room I have to say was my favorite. Very big and spacious. The bathroom was very nice with double sink, tubs, etc. The kitchen had a stove which was great for us, because we were able to sterilize and warm the baby bottles. The room itself was very spacious with a balcony overlooking the gold resort. Our daughter had more than enough room to crawl about. On the first night, the AC was not working and the blinds were broken. I called the front desk and the problem was taken care of right away. One minor complaint but it really wasn't that big of a deal - We purchased room service for 2 people our last day - Bill was about $50 with tip - waffles and french toast wasn't all that great. All in all - I would definetly stay here again as it was comfortable and my daughter seemed to enjoy it was well.

Excellent hotel...lovely modern facilities..really quiet..heard a bit of overhead airoplane noise but stops by 11pm....very nice

One of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Bar restaurant quality was excellent and the pool area was good. Very helpful staff too.

Rooms are like suites. No more hotel searching in Doral area. This is the one!!!

This was the BEST hotel we've ever stayed in. It's beautiful, luxurious, spacious, and has everything you'll need for your stay.

Really a great location with a lot of potential to be even better than it is. I would seriously suggest they pay some more attention to bussing the tables at breakfast though. i was also disspointed tha the pool bar was never open.

My room reminded of some of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in Vegas. The exterior of the buildings are nothing special but the interior rooms were beautiful. Also, I had the best breakfast at the lobby restaurant. The service was like the Ritz. Fantastic all around experience!

Very modern, spacious rooms with plenty of storage and a full sized kitchen! This was nice traveling with a family for leftovers and keeping food to cut down on costs of eating out! Loved the shower head and jetted tub! Only complaint was the beds were too lumpy with my husband sinking down on one side and me propped higher on the other. The location is quie and, in a gated area do we felt very safe. It's a 15 min. Drive to popular Miami destinations.

Had a great romantic weekend! The room is very well designed and perfect for our weekend in. Room service is great and the food is amazing. Bit pricey, but expected. On our last night we decided to dine in the hotel's restaurant. Our waiter David was fantastic and even helped us decide on what to do after dinner. Will stay again.

Room where very nice. Service was great. When I'm back in Miami again that's where I will stay. Besides all the planes flying over. Can't leave the the balony door open.

This hotel surrounds a famous golf course and has nice balcony views. But as you walk out of the door you feel in a noisy roadside motel. The surroundings are warehouses and empty lots. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with cutlery but no can openers, kitchen knives, serving spoons or the like! You get the feeling you are in a midwestern town and not in sunny Miami.

I stayed there because I had to attend a wedding. The room is conviniently located in the North part of Doral.It is 5 mins away from the highway so you can go anywhere, The room was spotless, all the attendants were very well mannered and very helpful. Definitely will book again there.

I always my stays at the Hyatt at the Blue. It meets my expectations.

Is a very nice and clean hotel at an affordable price. I wish they had better channels for the TV for the rainny days though. Othere than that its awesome.

absolutely loved this place!!! great customer service and the rooms were immaculate!

We stayed here after we returned from our cruise for 1 night before returning back home and it was amazing!!!! The staff is wonderful and so helpful and let us check in at 11am with no fuss or anything. Then once you are settled in they call to make sure everything in the room is to your satisfactory. The shower and jetted tub were just what we needed and now we want them for our home!!! We visit the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Area frequently and this is now our hotel of choice!!! You will not be disappointed.

I had to extend my stay in Miami for a day but my original hotel (Doral) did not have a room for my extended stay. So I booked Hyatt through hotels.com and to my surprise found myself in a huge suite with 2 huge bathrooms, a living room and full kitchen and dining area and a big bedroom. The suite was very clean. Living room was equiped with a dvd player with bluetooth built in. Every area in the suite had a tv. Staff at the hotel was extra nice. Though they didnt have anything for a vegetarian in their menu, but the chef went out of the way to make something vegetarian for me. Free Wifi was available.

I loved it! the room was was very clean and loved the fact that we were able to purchase groceries for breakfast at a good price from the hotels room service and on top of that my husband and i forgot to bring wine glasses and room service brought us the glasses and even opened our wine bottle for us! :)

Close to the airport and easy to get into downtown / malls and the beaches. Spacious, comfortable, superbly equipped room. Friendly service. Good rate. Overall, ideal for a short stopover in Miami :)

This place is fantastic for the rate. The furnishings are very modern and comfortable. The room is very clean. It's more like a resort. The kitchen is very modern and has full size everything. You could stay one day or year in this place and you will feel like it's home. Loved it. Will be staying here again.

I almost wished I could have stayed another day or two, just to enjoy this great hotel. Very unusual (in a great way), clean, exceptional amenities, stylishly decorated, and one of the most comfortable hotels I've been to. They don't miss a beat.

i enjoyed my stay at the hyatt blue this weekend. The weather did not put a damper on my weekend.It felt like a retreat, peace and tranquility..

It was a good clean spacious room, anything you ask you get, any guidenss you need is handed out. Brakfast was very good (needed to add) but worth it. A good experience!

Great hotel overlooking a golf course. The room was very large and contained a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large bathroom with a shower, bathroom, double sink, flat screen TV, and a Jacuzi. The bedroom area had two large lighted closets and a flat screen TV. The room also included a living room and a dinning room. I stayed there with my wife and two kids age 6 and 9 and we were all happy. The location is about 15 min to the Miami Zoo and 20 min to South Beach. A great bargain!
