The Ellis Hotel on Peachtree - أطلانطا

This was a first time experience for me and before ever entering the building we were greeted with the most overwhelming plesantries by the hotel staff and bell hops. These guys know customer service and have won my respect and any return opportunity I have to stay at the Ellis on Peachtree Drive!!!!!!!

This is an unbelievable facility!! Wonderful rooms, comfy bed, great view, and exceptional service!!

The hotel itself was nice but it's in such a bad location that we get waking up from loud noises and people outside yelling or being drunk etc. the bathroom was nice, but had rough towels but a nice shower head. Also, $2 per water bottle?? Really?? Overall was alright... The Elevator was complicating because you had to insert your card key to get up and the hallways were very Narrow. The customer service was really good though, they were very nice :)

The stay was great. I called ahead to request a quite room since it was in downtown Atlanta and was put in the perfect room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Troy. an excellent all around experience.

Loved the staff, location and room. Everything was top notch.

Perhaps I'm being too picky, but it's the little things that detracted slightly from our stay at this quite expensive hotel. For instance, room service trays sitting in the hallway for HOURS on end - very unsightly. Our own room service breakfast was mistakenly delivered an hour earlier than we asked, thereby waking us both out of a dead sleep after a long journey. One day our room had not been made up all day even though we were out, and housekeeping only arrived at 5:30 when we were getting ready to go out for dinner. Overall, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and the room was comfortable enough.

Hotel was very nice. Only two gripes I have are the fact that I had to pay $25.00 a day for valet, even though our car never left the hotel, and our room wouldn't get cool enough. The AC continued to run but never blew cold air.

I was there for a short business trip, so having internet access was necessary, but it was overwhelmed and rendered inaccessible when I tried to use it to find where I needed to go. I learned form talking to some locals, that this is a place that people go to for "romantic" getaways and to be pampered. I found that the people were *extremely* welcoming and kind and almost too accommodating. Being from California, I'm not just used to it. Ha. So be prepared to receive more than a chilly reception during your stay if you are from CA.

Over all the hotel mett our personal criteria of being a stylish boutique hotel type, a plus for us. Value/ cost is also a good consideration. The room was quiet & beds comfortable. The drawbacks: 1) Costly valet service, we ended up taking advise & usiing a lot only 1/2 block away. 2) The room was on the small side. 3)The beds told as 2 queens were in reality only doubles. 3) No mini refrig. 4) Artificial creamer 5) Small maintance issues for our 1 night stay: running toilet tank, remote not functional, light bulb out (remote corrected right away).

Was not satisfied with the staff. Inaproprate questions from the staff that took us to the room. The front desk staff was rude especially the young lady that checked us in and out. Didn't like the parking situation. Very inconvient the room was great however this was not.

After a long business day, The Ellis provided the best room service ever, the food was great. Worth every penny....

Friendly staff, comfy bed, quiet room, overall great experience. Would definitely stay here again. Valet parking is $25 per day but there is a parking garage very close.

The Ellis hotel is in a great location near everything. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly reccomend it.

From the moment we arrived hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. From vallet to front desk to restaurant bartender. We were very pleased. However, the rooms are not really as pictured. They are very small, almost like something you would expect in NYC (closet sized). Our particular room had a very strong sour smell in the bathroom. On the right side of the bed was a piece of red chewing gum smeared and smashed into the carpet. Also, i thought i might put a robe on but when i open the closet and looked at them, they were several long black curled hairs on them as if they had not been washed. Not impressed with the rooms at all. I will say though, for the price, service and location, i would probably book here again (making sure with front desk that room is very clean before check in)

Staff was awesome .had a wonderful experience .biggest complaint was rediculous wait to get my car back from valet parking upon check out ( way longer than 15 min ) and my credit card was overcharged at the bar 153 $ and it took almost a week to get it back

Valet is the only reason service got a 3. Front desk not so friendly.

The rooms are a bit small, but overall a good hotel downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, CNN, the aquarium and The world of Coca Cola.

Love everything about this hotel!! The staff is very friendly.

We had a nice time in the city, but the room was really small and you could hear everything going on in the hallway and in the next room. Our lock must have been messed up because the door just clicking like it was being unlocked the whole time we were there. We did complain to the front desk in which they said they would get maintenance to look into it,but that never happened. At least not while we were there. The customer service was really good overall.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ellis Hotel. I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of botique hotels, but this one takes the cake. The service was absolutely outstanding- the staff are so friendly and went out of there way to help my stay more enjoyable. Nickole at the front desk was incredibly sweet and made sure I had everything that I needed. I will be sure to stay here when I am in Atlanta next!

The hotel is a nice small hotel with a lot of classy perks (valet, etc). However, the staff was a bit displeasing to me. They attempted house keepeing and I stated to come back. Well needless to say my room was not cleaned at all. That really bothered me. This hotel has a great location. The room was a bit small, but not inconvient. Hope this helps someone....

It was great....peachtree construction though..........which was not your fault..................loved the wine hour

Breakfast was served a little later than I am use to having it, but it was very good once it got set up.

Hotel upgrading and renovating. Will be even better when done. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my Ellis stay -- the room was well appointed and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The outside noise was a little high at times, but overnight it quieted down to a reasonable level. I'm staying there again on my next trip.

We were wonderfully pleased with our stay at The Ellis! It was clean, chic, and the staff was friendly and helpful! Loved how they accommodated each of our requests. Would definitely stay there again!

Ny girlfriend and I stayed in the Ellis for valentines day as a romatic one night get away we live in atlanta. We had a romatic dinner at the resturant in the hotel then later went to our room after dinner! Great dinner great room great service will be guest at the ellis very soon

Overall, our stay at the Ellis was great. The only slight glitch was the valet parking--it took between 10-15 minutes to get our car each time, and one time we had to ask for the car twice before it was gotten. The room was very comfortable and affordable.

Great location, staff was extremely nice and helpful, very clean, and great free breakfast. Honestly have no complaints, except that valet parking was a little pricey. Will go back again next time I'm in Atlanta.
