Lovely attentive staff, great little hotel with a fantastic view of the eiffel tower.

Very nice hotel. Very good service.A little too far from the center of Paris-but easily reachable with Metro. Be aware that in the deluxe rooms ( which are bigger and nicer than the standard rooms) the bed is made up of 2 mattresses shoved side by side -wheres in the standard rooms there is a queen bed which is smaller but made up of one mattress.

It may not look it from the outside, but the Plaza Tour Eiffel is quite luxurious once you get into your room. The bathroom was spotless and well-fitted -- including a strong shower with a glass screen. There was ample storage space; the four pillows were of the best quality; there were free newspapers (incl. some in English); staff were pleasant and not only spoke English but tolerated my French. It's just a short, pleasant walk to the Place Trocadero, where you can have coffee while looking at the Eiffel Tower - pas mal !

Very good experience, the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Great breakast although not included in the price. Rooms are tiny, but who's going to stay in their room in Paris?! Very clean and comfortable, the location is great. Short easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants.

Brillant little hotel - 5 min walk to Eiffel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms extremely clean. Slightly small compared to NZ. Had a brillant stay and would recommend to all:)

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable. Walking distance to Trocadero Plaza with restaurants, cafes and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We travel a lot and this is the best Paris hotel we've found for the price.

Great hotel tucked away on a small quiet street - only a few blocks from the eiffel tour. Very clean - modern room. Front desk was very helpful. Grocery stores and bakeries steps away - great bistros nearby.

Our experience at the Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel was amazing. It is a relatively small hotel in the Trocadero neighborhood. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. It was a perfect neighborhood for my family; nice, clean, and quiet but at the same time, very close to the Metro, Eiffel Tower, and other sites. We could not have been more pleased. We used two rooms for a family of five and it was quite sufficient.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and close walking distance to Eiffel Tower (a couple of blocks) and river where you can get on the Autoboat and stop off at the Louve, Notre Dame etc. Great cafes and restaurants close by. Would definately recomend this hotel in Paris.

Hotel did not pick us up from the airport. On arrival we had a room booked and paid for; for 3 people. Room given was only for 2 people. Next day was given room 100 which is outside the lobby. You could hear people in the lobby and when exiting the room people were usually sitting in the lobby so they had a birdseye view of you and your room. Not very private. Noise from restaurant staff each morning starting at 6.00am penerated the room so had a very early start each morning.

We loved this quaint hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Everyone was very helpful and the food was delicious! thank you

This was a very nice hotel in a quiet, residential neighborhood near Trocadero Circle. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the rooms were modern. It is in Paris, so it is the typical linen-closet sized room, but it had all the amenities you'd expect. My only reservation is that although it is near the Eiffel tower, it is away from most attractions in Paris and there aren't a lot of restaurants, etc. nearby aside from a handful at Trocadero Circle. You will need to take the Metro (about a 1/4 mile hike) to get anywhere interesting. I was also slightly disappointed by an incident with wifi. The internet was down (it seemed) and when I went to the desk to tell them, the person at reception was pretty indifferent. He offered to give me another password, but when I explained it wasn't the password, but that wifi was just not working, he shrugged and said, "Sorry", and had intended for that to be that. I had to ask him to get someone who could help. Finally the manager came out and reset the system and it started to work again. A little training on how to deal with wifi issues is in order.

Overall the hotel is in very good condition and the staff go out of their way to be as helpfull as possible. A short walk to the Eiffel tower and close to a metro station so is conveniently located. Only downside is that the rooms are very small. I had expected a bit more from a 4 star considering the price we paid but would still recommend the hotel. Also, don't take the breakfast. It's very limited and they charge 18 euro per person. There is however a good breakfast place right next door which is very affordable and has a good variety.

We were satisfied with our stay here mainly because it was convenient to the metro and an easy walk to the Champs Elysees. Unfortunately, during check out, we had a misunderstanding regarding charges for laundry service. The person at reception got unnecessarily flustered and, assuming we couldn't understand, proceeded to complain about us in french to a co-worker...while we were standing there! It was very unprofessional and made an otherwise pleasant stay very upsetting.

Cute boutique hotel, nicely located near the Trocadero metro and Eiffel Tower. The room was clean (a bit small, but serviceable for just one person) and the staff was professional and responsive. My only complaint is that the bed was much too hard for my tastes. I would recommend the hotel to those who prefer extremely firm beds.

Very friendly and helfpul staff. The hotel was expensive but on a par with other hotels in Paris. Great location, very accessible to the Eiffel Tower.

top hotel. stay at the hotel eiffel and have a fantastic time. staff magnificent. clse to all the sights. ten out of ten for everything.

Great hotel with excellent location within walking distance of tower and arc. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was very helpful and fluent in English. Room was a bit on the small size, but for a short stay this was not a problem.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Paris and loved the location of the hotel. It is across the river from the Eiffel Tower, easy 15 min walk. We loved the neighborhood, actually felt like we lived there. Didn't feel like you were staying in a tourist area. So many great bread, wine, cheese and butcher shops close by. Perfect for making a picnic and sitting by the Eiffel Tower. Metro stop few blocks away (Trocadero)which will take you anywhere in the city. The staff was soo friendly and helpful.

We showed up at this hotel and they said they were having electrical problems and we could not stay there - that there was no room. It sounded a bit fishy, but safety first I guess. The hotel did arrange a taxi to one of their "sister hotels" - same price, same quality level... but overall I can't recommend a place that turns guests away.

The Plaza Tour Eiffel Hotel is in an excellent location in Paris' 16th arrondisment. It was less than a 5 min. walk to the Trocadero Metro station.The employees at the front desk were all very friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had and they all spoke English. The condition of the room was great except that the bath tub was breaking away from the tile and was difficult to take a shower without getting water all over the floor. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay here.

The location was fantastic, very close to the Eifel Tower and a good Metro entrance but in a quite neighborhood where you could sleep at night without noise on the streets. Everything was fantastic with the hotel. The only problem was the Internet was a bit "spotty" so I could not use Skype more than 3 minutes without losing the connection. But, the fact that it was free wireless internet is what made me want to stay there.

The hotel is located in a more residential area and is pretty quiet at night. The staff all speak english and were very helpfull. Close walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero.

What a great hotel. Very well kept room, L'Occitane goodies in the bathroom. Could see the top of the Eiffel Tower if you leaned out of the bedroom window! They were really great at making my 30th birthday fabulous. Champagne breakfast in bed was delivered when requested and was lovely. I would definitely stay here again, good location as five mins from Trocadero Metro.

Esta bonito, bien mantenido y limpio, el desayuno es excelente y la alatencion es buena. El unico problema es que el servicio de wifi es muy malo la recelcion de la señal. Deben mejorarla porque hoy en dia es una herramienta indispensable.

Dans un quartier assez calme . notre chambre standard était petite mais propre et très correcte. Rien a dire pour l'accueil. Situation proche du Trocadéro mais loin du centre parisien. A recommander.

Hotel agréable, avec personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Mais les prix sont bien trop élevés par rapport à la prestation. En province, pour le même prix, la chambre fait le double d'espace! Géographiquement bien placé.

Es war ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit Charme.Der Empfang an der Reception sehr herzlich.Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Leider war das Bad etwas klein und wenig Ablagefläche. Der Standort des Hotels, nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Eiffelturm, machte diese kleinen Mängel jedoch wett. Auf alle Fälle zum Weiterempfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden, freundlich bedienung, sauber, tolles früstuck und bett sehr comfortable, zimmer ein wenig klein aber sonst alles ok, sehr zufrieden!

l'hotel nous a proposé une catégorie supérieure pour plus de confort car nous avions une poussette et un bébé. geste très appréciable. pas de minibar dans les chambres ( présenté comme un choix délibéré ?, surprenant pour cette catégorie)

Cette hotel était génial! Nous avons pris la suite Junior et nous n'avons pas été déçu! La vue "Tour Eiffel" correspond à la partie haute de cette dernière, mais les petits balcons privés de la chambre furent bien appréciés.
